Beautiful, quiet location. We have stayed in a few different condos in this building but this one is my new favorite. Very clean, well appointed and beautifully decorated. I’ve never stayed in a place that offered so many amenities. Snacks, coffee pods and creamer, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys and towels, WOW! The view is amazing, gorgeous sunsets on the water, we saw dolphins everyday and collected so many sand dollars! It’s in a quiet neighborhood but just a few minutes to all the shops and food of John’s pass. We will definitely stay here again.

We had a great time at the condo! The 180 degree view of the Gulf was beautiful. The condo area also overlooks the pool. We also loved how close it is to John’s Pass. Lots of fun restaurants, shops, and water activities.

We loved our stay, family of 4 Beautiful view of the water and wildlife. My boys were able to fish off the dock, kept them busy when we were tired out from our excursions each day. Great cold air conditioning to return to after being out in the heat. We saw dolphins just about every time we went out on the patio. Highly recommend and would stay again!

What an awesome stay! Lana was so communicative and we loved everything. It was great having all beach equipment available, as well as coloring books for the kids and even charging cables to borrow! LOVED the access to fans and noise machines. The location was perfect, and so quiet and clean. Lana made amazing accommodations when our plans changed and ensured our stay was comfortable. It was just a minute away from the beach, and we walked to a new restaurant every night. HIGHLY recommend for your beach stay!

Anne Marie was a great host! She was very responsive but we hardly had to reach out. In unit#1 We had everything we needed, the AC worked great and the bed and pillows were very comfortable! Perfect size for two! Access to laundry would have been awesome to freshen up the beach towels and dry some of our clothes but we made it work! Steps away from the beach and lots around in walking distance! We would stay again, hoping to rebook soon!

We had a great vacation! We appreciate the flexibility of our check in which was simple. The location is perfect, just steps to the beach and walking distance to so much h but highly recommend John’s Pass that has plenty of bars, stores, restaurants and amenities. We went water skiing and had a great time. Condo was clean and filled with all the amenities for coffee, beach and bathroom! Highly recommend.

This Airbnb has a GORGEOUS view! It was so peaceful to be able to sit on the balcony and watch the ocean. And the beach was right there to walk down to. Was well-worth it to spend a week here away from my busy job - I’m leaving relaxed.

Nice little hideaway spot. Quiet clean and comfortable. The putting green is a nice touch.

My son and I stayed at "The Merry Yacht" when in town for Eckerd college dorm summer move in. Condo exactly as described and she and her husband were consistently kind and timely with communication. They did not hesitate to allow my son to check in a few hours after I reached out the morning we arrived with a request as we were exhausted from early morning travel. Quiet, condo so comfortable and homey; pristine throughout. Safe and short walk to Starbucks and one of our favorite restaurants in St Pete - Tiki Docks. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Alison went above and beyond to make this trip everything and more. she was responsive, personable and kind. would stay here again and recommend to family/friends. five stars!

We had a great vacation in a great place to stay! The place was clean, had two comfy king bed bedrooms, bathroom was clean, patio was nice and the walk to the beach was an easy 2 minutes. There were beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas available. I would definitely recommend this place!

This was a great place to stay. Right on the beach, amazing view and well kept up. Alex reached out to us several times to make sure everything was going well. An added bonus was there is a trolly stop right at the door of the property. Trolly runs from Clearwater to St. Pete regularly. We parked the car and used the trolly to go to restaurants etc. avoiding parking hassles. We would stay again.

My wife and I and our two kids (7 and 3) had the best time during a last-minute spring break trip from New Jersey. Tanya’s home was perfect for us- fully stocked with beach amenities including chairs, an umbrella, and an abundance of beach toys, shovels, and balls for the kiddos. The condo was immaculate and even more spacious than the photos depicted. Being right on the beach was super convenient, and we enjoyed the pool as well (the pool and pool deck was spotless and attended to throughout the day). We did some light cooking and the kitchen has everything you could need for a quick meal or something more complex. The area is full of great restaurants and shops within walking distance or a short drive. My daughter wanted me to share that she has never seen a prettier sunset, too! We’ll be back!

Overall , we had a wonderful stay at Brandon’s place! The airbnb was clean and in a great area! One thing was the drawer that was supposed to have beach towels was empty, so I recommend restocking. But overall would stay again!

Well maintained. Great location. The beach is beautiful. Balcony has great sunset views. A lot of kitchen supplies!! I love the Tupperware set for leftovers. Also so many spices. We had one small issue that was responded to quickly. Great customer service. We’ll definitely be back next year.

We had a lovely stay at 42 Gulf Blvd IRB! The house is comfortable, the beach area is peaceful and beautiful, and the location is perfect for a relaxing getaway. While we did experience a couple of issues during our stay, we truly appreciate how responsive and caring the management team was. They took our concerns seriously and handled the situation with professionalism and kindness. Their communication made all the difference. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a laid-back and enjoyable beach experience!

We loved this place! It is so close and convenient to the beach. The bed was really comfortable and everything was in good working order. I’d come back for sure!
