Upper porch to sit and enjoy coffee in the morning or wine in the evening, also covered porched to sit under in those hot or rainy days, large dining area, fully equipped kitchen, sandy beach area for kids. Deep water off the dock. Great for fishing, swimming, boating, tubing. Boat launch on property, access to McLean lake, Gloucester Pool and the Trent Severn from our lake. Fire pit, gazebo. Lots of board games for those rainy days.
