The house is located 3 km away from the Baltic Sea and offers a fully equipped kitchen (even a bread-making machine!), spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sauna and ca. 2000 sqm garden with a large fire pit, deck chairs and a gas grill. The surroundings are peaceful and the view of nearby church in the village is just amazing. This is a place for people who want to celebrate their free time with their loved ones.

Loissin ist mit seiner unbekannten und sehr natürlichen Küste ein Geheimtipp, ein versteckter Ort. Das Haus mit Garten ist nicht einsehbar und verfügt über ein Klavier, einen Kamin und WLAN. Wechsel immer freitags.

Unsere schöne 3-Zimmer Kamin Suite in der Villa Oesterreich liegt im 2. OG und verfügt über zwei separate Schlafzimmer und einen separaten Wohnraum, die Wohnung bietet Platz für bis zu 4 Personen. Die geschmackvoll ausgestattet und moderne Wohnung verfügt über 75.79 m² und einen eigenen Kamin (elektrischen Kamin). Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet.

Charming house 40 km from the Baltic Sea

In addition to an old rectory, we have developed a small side room individually for us, for friends and guests. Some are modern, others have the charm of past times. Much seems coherent to us, some is still in the process of becoming. So nothing is standard. What has not yet been considered by us and is useful for guests, can usually be quickly supplemented. The cottage is surrounded by a natural garden on the farm edge, so is located in a small, agriculturally active village.

Alte Försterei

The Alte Försterei is located in the middle of nature on the edge of the forest - ideal for enjoying peace and quiet. The apartment is very cozy and open. In the winter, it is particularly nice to enjoy the fire after a trip to Rügen or Usedom. In the evening, in the clear sky, it is worth going outside and admiring the stars in the deep darkness. In summer, children have plenty of space to play indoors and outdoors; from July, the swimming pond will also go into operation.

We rent a cozy cottage in a quiet location. In Binz on Rügen on the beautiful Baltic Sea. Right on Schmachter See. For 2 to 4 people. The larger bedroom is equipped with a double bed and TV. The smaller one has a double sofa bed and also a TV. The large American-style kitchen is fully equipped. The living area is open and invites you to a cozy get-together by the fireplace. 5 minutes to the beach. If necessary, also a second parking space.
