The fire pit, deck and paddle boats are shared with guests from the north side suite on the other side of the house.

In Town Cabin in the Woods

Nestled in the trees & a five minute easy trail-walk to town through the Birch Trees, (after the snow melts), this cozy rustic-modern music-themed cabin feels remote yet close to town and a short stroll to the river to see Denali. There is a fully appointed kitchen, coffee, & tea & condiments with everything you need for cooking & a cozy gas fireplace for warming your feet by the fire. I block the adjoining cabin for your privacy but message me to rent both!

Nana's Cabin

Nana's Cabin is located 4 miles from downtown Talkeetna. This charming log home was built by local builders for their mother (Nana). Perfect for all seasons, includes a full kitchen and one bathroom with tub, shower, washer and dryer. Downstairs room has a queen bed. Upstairs has a room with queen. Common space has a twin, pull out couch, and a pull out twin. There is a 1/2 mile walking trail on the property and access to local bike and ski trails.

Two of the rooms are common spaces shared with your kitchenette and sitting room, which look out to the garden and lake. Cozy, well equipped log cabin in a convenient and quiet location. Fully furnished with an outdoor hot tub and gazebo. Full bath with shower/bathtub combo, washer and dryer, coffee and coffee maker. Two bedrooms upstairs. One has a queen bed, the other has a double bed and a twin bed. There are privacy curtains between the bedrooms upstairs, but no doors. Please reference the listing photos.
