Waterfront holiday rentals in Trafaria

We had an amazing stay at Susana’s place :-) Though, we didn’t expect to climb up such steep and narrow steps up to the apartment but we managed! Susana was responsive, kind and very helpful. Check-in was a breeze and the location is perfect— right in the middle of bustling street in the heart of Lisbon, made this stay incredibly worth it :-) The apartment itself was beautifully decorated, with gorgeous views out into the sea from the balcony and a humble pantry for cooking. Highly recommend.

Nous avons passé quelques jours dans l’appartement de Nathy qui a une vue magnifique sur l’océan. Le logement est impeccable et très bien décoré . Nathy nous a super bien accueilli à notre arrivée et nous a communiqué toutes les informations nécessaires pour nous permettre de passer un bon séjour. Et aussi, nous avons eu un panier garni de douceur, vin, pain et autres . Je recommande ce logement très bien situé et exceptionnel avec cette vue magnifique sur la mer et à 5 minutes à pied pour aller à la plage.

Great place to stay when visiting Lisbon…the ferry is a 10 minute walk away with a nice small beach right next to it…the ferry drops you of where all busses ,tram and metro or train lines meet…the apartment is well stocked one of the best we have been in…it is on the third floor without elevator but does have nice wide staircase…the outside patio is real big and offers nice summer breeze …bed is super firm but was ok for us…parking is secure and a bonus…good for smaller cars as it is tight to get in the door…a grocery store five minute walk and a small store right across the street which was nice…it was good to have more than 4of each kitchen utensils and lots of plates and bowls so we could load up dishwasher if needed…there was AC but both units were noisy and could not use at night ….owner was notified and stated he was unaware and would fix…overall would recommend and use again….

Joana’s apartment looked exactly like the pictures. Beautiful view of the river from the balcony. Air conditioning helpful on the warm days. Location walkable for many areas of interest. The Breakfast Lovers restaurant was 4 minute walk from apartment and phenomenal. Joana had a thorough list of local restaurants, which was helpful. There were nighttime celebrations for the upcoming feast of St Anthony, and outdoor celebrations at night were loud, just an awareness. Would highly recommend.

Antonio’s place is in a prime location. It is a 6 minute walk to the Baixa Chiado metro station. There are many yummy places to eat within steps of the apartment. The apartment itself had everything we needed. I.e dishes, silverware, washing machine with detergent etc. Antonio is a very attentive host and easy to reach via the Airbnb app. When dish soap was not in the apartment he delivered some to the front door. This was very kind. Thank you Antonio for the amazing stay and making us feel at home.

The apartment is located inn a great area - Alfama. The hike to get to the unit was tough especially when I went in the wrong direction from the train station, but Pedro was patiently waiting there for us. After our hike to get there, completing the 68 steps to the unit was a breeze. LOL The view is spectacular and saw cruise ships coming and going every day. The unit was clean, comfortable. I had issues with the TV but did not go to Lisbon to watch TV. I was connected to the Wi-FI but not the internet, which was fine as my phone did the work for me and I was not working online. Ann and Rita Have created a special space and were are grateful for the accommodations. They did a tasteful job with the decor. I would definitely recommend the unit to anyone. Great job. Marie's place is in a fantastic location, close to restaurants and cafes and the beach was no more than two minutes' walk away. Despite this perfect location, the accommodation was incredibly quiet. The accommodation is spacious with loads of storage and an exceptionally well appointed kitchen if one wanted to cook although why would you when there are so many great places to eat close by. If we were in Cascais again, would we stay at Marie's place? The answer is a definite yes.

Wir haben uns bei Bruno und Rita sehr wohl gefühlt. Die beiden haben immer sehr schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert und waren auch persönlich sehr sympathisch. Sie haben uns tolle Tipps gegeben. Das Haus und besonders der Ausblick vom einen Schlafzimmer ist ein Traum - jede Nacht das Wellenrauschen zu hören, war einfach wundervoll. Die Küche hat auch alles, was man braucht. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt!

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in het huis van Dinis. Zeer prettig ontvangst en uistekende communciatie. De ligging van het huis is erg bijzonder met fantastisch uitzicht. We zijn 4 nachten verbleven en hebben genoten van alles wat de omgeving te bieden heeft. We hebben fantastische hikes gemaakt vanuit het huis naar Cabo de Roca. Wel een uitdagende hike met vele hoogtemeters met mooie uitzichten en stranden, zoals Praia da Ursa. Ook een hike naar het noorden naar het strand Paria do Gribeto. Ook een fantastisch strand waar je je even alleen op de wereld voelt. De afdaling naar het strand is wel écht een uitdaging. Heerlijk gegeten bij het restaurant Azenhas do Mar - Piscinas op nog geen 400 meter van het huis. Daarnaast lekkere verse vis gehaald bij de lokale markt en die heerlijk gegrild op de BBQ. Kortom, we hebben mega genoten van de rust, ruimte en alle uitzichten.

Super Unterkunft direkt an einem wunderschönen Strand. Toller Ausblick aufs Meer von den Schlafzimmern und der Terrasse. Sehr sauber. Natalia und Dina sind superfreundlich, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Für Kinder gibt es Sandspielzeug und Sonnenschirm. Am Abend konnten wir die Fischer beobachten. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!! Vielen Dank!!

Wir waren mit Freunden da und das Haus war perfekt dafür geeignet. Der große Essbereich, die vielen Schlafzimmer und der einmalige Pool mit Blick bis zum Meer haben uns überzeugt. Für besondere Anlässe kann man seit neuestem eine Art Wintergarten dazu mieten, der riesig ist und zum Verweilen im Garten einlädt, auch bei niedrigeren Temperaturen. Die Zufahrt mit einem Camper ist etwas eng, sobald es Gegenverkehr gibt. Wir waren zunächst auch etwas verunsichert, weil es ein Durchfahrts-Verboten Schild für Wohnmobilen gibt. António hat uns dann abgeholt und uns alles gezeigt. Er war jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar und wir durften unseren Camper mit Strom und Wasser befüllen.

Amazing place, the view is so incredible, we spent a really great time at the villa, it is peaceful, beautiful and private! If I come back to Portugal I would definitely want to come back! Thank you again for everything!

El piso de Jaques está tal cual las fotos, todo es nuevo y no te falta nada… jaques ha dejado unos regalitos y lo vimos en nuestra entrada, a parte de que no te falta nada. Ha dejado sal, aceite, azúcar, itens básicos que, muchas veces, en otros pisos no te dejan nada! El piso estaba super limpio, la cama es muy cómoda, la ubicación es muy tranquila… para los que queréis descansar, es el piso correcto. Para ir a Lisboa, hemos ido en coche y aparcamos por allí, así que no podemos opinar sobre el ferry o autobús que lleva a Lisboa… nos ha gustado mucho, esperamos repetir! :)

Gisela è una padrona di casa speciale, attenta e cordiale, sollecita e pronta ad offrire supporto e consigli. La casa è molto pulita e carina, un restauro conservativo ben fatto, in una posizione strategica per spostarsi e in una zona tranquilla. La consiglio vivamente

Wir haben mit 2 Familien eine Woche in Daniel's Haus verbracht und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Das Haus und Grundstück sind nicht nur groß, sondern auch schon eingerichtet bzw. angelegt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und mit beheiztem Pool, neuem Kicker, Yogamatten, der Tischtennisplatte und dem Grill gibt es auch ohne Ausflüge viel zu tun. Aber angesichts der schönen, ruhigen Natur (ab und zu nerven das Hundegebell etwas) in unmittelbarer Umgebung und den vielseitigen Strände (im Westen mit Wellen, bei Sesimbra ruhig karibisch, allerdings kalt:-)) wäre es schade, auf Ausflüge zu verzichten. Man braucht allerdings einen Mietwagen und Einkaufsgelegenheiten sind etwas weiter weg (bis den den kleinen Shop im Ort, der Essentials anbietet). Wir würden das Haus definitiv nochmal buchen.

We had a lovely stay here, the apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. August and Teresa were fantastic hosts making sure we were okay and gave us recommendations. The pool was a real bonus, especially on warm days and when the beaches were busy. It’s also in a great location for exploring the area, with easy access to both Lisbon and Cascais. Would happily recommend!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Von der Wohnung aus konnten wir sehr viele schöne Orte besuchen und es ist trotzdem sehr ruhig und privat. Das Dorf ist nur 4 Auto Minuten entfernt und auch sehr schön dort etwas zu essen und am Strand die Zeit zu verbringen. Die Gastgeberin versorgte uns mit allen notwendigen und war nicht aufdringlich. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

Séjour de 3 nuits dans l'appartement de Pédro et Thérésa très agréable- Conforme aux photos et descriptif de l'annonce- La vue sur le Tage est superbe- Appartement très confortable dans un quartier résidentiel- Le bus pour aller dans le centre de Lisbonne est à 5mns à pieds et le métro est à un peu plus d' 1km- Point positif supplémentaire : l'emplacement de parking en sous-sol

La estancia ha sido perfecta, es pequeño pero dispone de todo lo necesario, igual que en las fotos, se puede aparcar en las inmediaciones de forma gratuita y segura. Patricia es una anfitriona estupenda, preocupándose en todo momento por nuestro confort y recomendandonòs buenks lugares de interes

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights and it was perfect for us. The space itself was beautiful and thoughtfully decorated. It was spacious, with air conditioning, and had all the amenities we needed. It was a modern apartment that had the charm of an older building. The location was fantastic! In the heart of everything and close to great restaurants, bars, and historical sights. It was nice to constantly see the famous tram 28 going by the area! I would recommend this stay for literally anyone. It’s also accessible by elevator which is nice after many kilometres of walking the city. The host (Andre) was friendly and met us at check in and provided many recommendations! Thanks for the wonderful accommodation

The location is picturesque, safe and vibrant with shops and restaurants, but, like most of Lisbon, hilly so be prepared. We stayed in 6 airbnbs on our trip and Barbara’s was the most comfortable and homey…I could live here. We highly recommend Senhora do Fado across the street for amazing food and authentic live fado music. We would love to return to Barbara’s place.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist zentral, trotzdem ruhig, und wir fühlten uns sofort sehr wohl. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es eine große Vielfalt an guten Restaurants, Bars und Frühstückscafes. Die Kommunikation mit Susu war hervorragend, was sich besonders zeigte, als wir am Freitag Abend um 21h00 ein Problem hatten und sie innerhalb von drei Minuten reagierte. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet, sauber, und die Betten waren gemütlich.

Fantastic location close to lots of great restaurants and bars. Handy also to luggage storage if you have a late flight out as we did. Totally recommend and also Flora and Fauna - 30 metres up the street for a fantastic breakfast
