Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Trafaria

Joana and Francisco have a very beautiful place that is centrally located in Lisbon. Many public transit options can take you on a short ride from their place to anything that you would possibly want to do. Their place is located on a busy street, but the building is relatively quiet. The bedrooms are so far from the street that you can easily get a restful sleep. On the busy street are many incredible restaurants, small clubs, and places to shop. Their place is beautifully designed, clean, spacious, and airy. It makes for a very relaxed time when not sightseeing. I cannot recommend their place enough. Joana kept in touch, letting us know what there was to do and making sure that we had an amazing stay. You will love staying at their place as much as we did.

The view was everything that was promised. Excellent neighborhood close to good dining and nightlife.

Susana and her family were wonderful hosts!!! They came to meet us when our street was closed by the police due to a soccer celebration. Their apartment was exactly as described, had an elevator, and was easy to leave and come back too each day. The apartment was walking distance from two fantastic coffee shops and the restaurants near by were all excellent. They will be our first call when we make our next trip to Lisbon.

On this trip to Europe we stayed at 3 Airbnb’s and I have to say this was by far the best. Paulo thought of everything to make a guest feel welcome and at home. The appliances were state of the art and worked! The live plants, recipe books, flow of the apartment gives the impression of someone who cares about life and nature. We would gladly come back and stay at b this little gem

The best B&B I've stayed in on this trip to Europe!The room is even more perfect than it looks in the photos. It is indeed a sunny room with beautiful scenery. Moreover, the landlord cleaned it very well. Even the shower head is clean and free of water stains. Every place is very clean. The room layout is also very cozy. It really feels like home.The curtains are also very opaque, and you can pull the curtains in the bedroom and bathroom so that it does not affect your sleep in the morning.Downstairs is the lively neighborhood of Belém, with many small restaurants, small supermarkets, and we don't feel unsafe when it's dark at night.There are also fast food restaurants like McDonald's and Burger King nearby, as well as a century-old shop for Portuguese egg tarts.

Raul was a great host. He was quick to respond to any needs, he also have a list of recommendations (food, sights, etc) which was very helpful. My brother arrived a day earlier and was able to smoothly communicate with Raul to check in. We also ordered packages and Raul graciously gave us an address we could send them to and he personally delivered them to the Airbnb. The location was peaceful and safe. Market on the first floor was a huge convenience. We were able to buy water and other essentials for the stay. The Airbnb itself was clean and stocked with the basics. The kitchen was stocked with numerous seasonings. There is also parking in an underground garage, be aware it is a little steep and get a little tricky but go slow and you will be fine. we did have an SUV so maybe a smaller car would make it a little easier. Uber and Bolt were easy to use and a reasonable price. If I am in Lisbon again, I would definitely stay here. Raul thank you for your hospitality!

We loved the apartment, perfect location and quiet as it is very close to Bairro Alto but there are no bars in the street so the nightlife is not at the doorstep. There is a very good quality mini market close by so we had our breakfast like if we were at home. There is a lift! a luxury in any of Lisbon's old building.

Beautiful place. Loved the deck and view of the street. Very clean, had all we needed (except blow dryer but in fairness I didn’t look at amenities to check). There were 4 of us, 1 couple, myself & my brother. The 2 bedrooms were great, all beds comfy. I was in the loft which was fine, was helpful to have the fan to circulate the air. Did admittedly bump my head a bunch of times, being 5’3 I’m wasn’t use to being careful about that. 🤷🏻‍♀️. Good location, go up the hill to the better restaurants we found. Nice health food market right down the street where we got snacks, milk, etc, & a nice coffee/breakfast place very close too. The place has lots of lights and is nicely decorated. Felt very comfortable, 5 star. The host was very responsive which is always a plus. Was great having a washer/dryer, and we could hang clothes on the deck also. One note is it is very unsafe getting out of the 2nd bathroom tub/shower, could use some kind of step stool. We all agreed would recommend & stay

I have stayed at many Airbnb's and Marcos was one of the best hosts that I have experienced! Great communication and more! The beds were very comfortable and kitchen had everything you need! It is located close to the beach and markets close by to get whatever you may need. There is a restaurant across the street that has good food and service. I would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at Ricardo's home and the overall experience. He was always responsive and gave clear instructions for checking in and getting to the home via different transport methods. The home itself is perfect for couples or small families, and especially well thought-out for children. The panda in the crib was a lovely touch that our son loved! Belem is a great area to stay in, too. Lots of lovely parks, beautiful buildings and places to explore.

It took us about 15min to lug our luggages from Sintra station via an uphill road. This is also the trail to the Moorish castle, so you will get a head start to the castle staying here. The view from the bedroom is amazing. The kitchen is well equipped. The place is clean. Rita is very responsive to our message. She is a great host!

The house is big, clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean and kitchen very big. The younger guests enjoyed the pool, we enjoyed the spacious house. Parking was easy. The property is very accessible from the highway and is relatively close to Lisbon. We really enjoyed our time, we recommend this airbnb to anyone looking for a relaxing place close to Lisbon perfect for a large family or group.

If you want a real local Sintra experience then this is your place. Charming house with a lot of character, charm and history. We were a group of 6 and cooked in for dinner 2 of the three nights. Very close to town center for walking. It’s a very hilly town so if you like walking it’s great for you. Maria could not have been nicer.

No detail was overlooked at Xana & David’s home. Everything was PERFECT. I truly cannot put into words how amazing our time was. From the beautiful home to the perfect location (close to restaurants, super markets, beaches and the city), our stay was incredible. I wish I could give more than 5 stars- the best home with the most incredible hosts!!!

Had a wonderful vacation at Rose’s place! Enjoyed the pool and location. Rose responded immediately when we had questions. I would visit again if I ever am ever back in Lisbon.

We enjoyed our stay at Duques Villa. Completely renovated historic property with plenty of room for two and all the modern conveniences. Extremely clean and comfortable. Relaxing outdoor area shaded by fruit trees with view of the river. Our host Lucinda was friendly, proactive, and responsive. Short drive or invigorating walk to city center. Recommended!

From the moment we arrived, the host's warm welcome set the tone for a delightful stay. The apartment itself was impeccably clean and well-maintained, featuring comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen stocked with essentials like coffee, tea, and laundry supplies. Public transportation was easily accessible, with metro stops just a short walk away, making it easy to get around. Ana was great and so was her place!

Fabulous accommodation. So spacious and clean. Also very quiet considering it is in a busy area. Walk to everything. Ferry, trams, buses. Great local restaurants and cafes. Fabrics coffee shop downstairs has great coffee. Good having air conditioning, double glazing and shutters. The beds were very comfy and good water pressure. We would stay again. Having lifts is also helpful.

The apartment is fantastic, like staying in a piece of history. Wilfried has taken great care with the renovations and has also kitted out the apartment with high quality bedding and toiletries. Kitchen is really well equipped and Wilfried provided a vast array of coffees and teas. The rooms and bathroom layout worked well for us, a family of five with three grown-up sons, so everyone had their own room and slept well. The location is perfect, very central and easy to walk to most attractions or use Uber for going slightly further out. Its in a busy location with a lovely atmosphere. We weren't troubled by any noise - the trams and bars also close relatively early anyway. Wilfried is great and pro-active communicator. Everything was clean and Eugenia was a delight to meet. Thank you, we would love to stay again.
