Holiday rentals with a patio in Towson

Great weekend stay in Baltimore. Would book again! The place was clean, easy to find, and stocked with everything you need. Parking was tough but overall location was great with lots of walkable places nearby and a quick uber or car ride to other attractions in the area.

I stayed in DC over 20 times in the past 20 years. I have to say Chris’s place was at the top of the list. I picked it because we were going to the Smithsonian zoo. Which was only a 8 minute walk to the Harvard walk in gate. The best restaurant within walking distance was ll Supremo Italian food. Very good for such a small place

Jillian's place was perfect for my husband and I on a short visit to DC. We loved the location so close to Rock Creek Park on a tree lined quiet street. We did have a car, but carless transport would require a bit of a walk to transit to get to downtown DC. The place is a typical DC daylight basement apartment, so a long stay working from home might not be feel a little claustrophobic. Jillian and her family were very quiet overhead which we appreciated. For a night or two this place is great -comfortable bed, excellent shower, comfortable sitting area and kitchen with enough for our stay. We would stay there again if we are back in DC.

The apartment was located near everything we wanted to do at the inner harbor and beyond. The space was well appointed with everything we needed. It was very clean and extremely cozy. The bed was so comfortable and the hosts were very responsive and friendly to any questions we had. Thank you, Matthew and Elaine!!

The place has all the amenities like cooking, great shower, has a washing machine and dryer. Has netflix access so you wont bored. Easy access to highways. The neighborhood is very quiet and felt safe. We have a great time staying in this place.

Aneta was an amazing host. She was very quick responding to messages and super friendly. The place was immaculate and well stocked with the basic essentials. The location was incredibly convenient for walking to the inner harbor and exploring the surrounding neighborhoods. I would absolutely stay there again.

For our visit to Maryland, we wanted a place that's clean, safe, quiet and relatively affordable, knowing we'd spend most of our time out and about and just come back to sleep, and Geetank's place was just that. First off, the entire driveway is reserved for guests' use. The kitchen and bathroom are both updated and clean. All the furniture is simple and functional. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, but also close to shops and restaurants. Geetank greeted us the moment we arrived. The next morning, when part of our family flew in on a red-eye flight and needed to catch up on sleep until noon, Greetank kept his upstairs noise to the minimum for the entire time and our family appreciate his extra effort. If we were to visit Maryland again, I wouldn't hesitate staying here again!

Cozy clean house with a responsive host. It met all of our needs and we would definitely stay again. Street parking during the day was easy, but you may have to circle around a few times and park several blocks away at night.

A gorgeous gem in the center of everything! Ally’s place is clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. We cooked several meals in the well-stocked kitchen, enjoyed time on the sunny patio, and walked to many amazing restaurants and shops. There were lots of thoughtful details - from the umbrella that helped out in a sudden rain storm to the labels on the light switches. Truly a gorgeous property in a prime location!

We’re very happy that we booked this house. Very comfortable and homey. The host was very accommodating and friendly. The location was awesome, and had so much right there to walk to. Super convenient location to get over to Merriweather Post Pavilion to see our concert. Wish we could have stayed another night to enjoy it more.

Our stay at Justin’s Hot Tub Haven in Annapolis, was exactly that…a haven with a much enjoyed hot tub! Justin was exceedingly responsive, proactive, and flexible. The home is very well appointed with all the necessities, plus all the thoughtful touches like umbrellas, a doggie waste station, and bath robes to name a few. Our children loved the downstairs space (and secretly the adults were thrilled they had it too), and it felt to them like they had their own little apartment. The backyard felt like a small resort. We loved the quick walk to shops and the our boys loved the nearby basketball courts and baseball fields. We highly recommend this home and will stay here again!

Although the area is a little sketchy, felt very safe inside the home. Beautiful home, very clean, very spacious. Jeff was great

The house is very beautiful with many things to do in the house. Plenty of space, beautiful kitchen, comfortable bathroom, and spacious rooms. We went for a wedding and my bride, groomsmen, bridesmaids, and I all felt very comfortable and loved the house.

One of my best experiences for an AirBnB. Helen’s home was extremely clean, new and very user friendly. With a dedicated parking spot within the city, this is a special place. We were in town for a baseball game, so I hope we can stay here again next time.

My husband is an O’s fan so we come to Baltimore enough to know to always eat in Fells Point. But now we know we’ll always stay in Fells Point thanks to Linda’s charming home! It felt like walking into a friend’s house, you instantly feel at home. The decor is so fun & funky without being out of place surrounded by so much history. The bed in room no 1 was comfy making for a restful night’s sleep. Linda had plenty of extra towels, pillows & blankets should we need them. Check in was a breeze too. The bathroom was adorable & clean. I love the fun koi pond wallpaper! We didn’t use the kitchen much & I didn’t see anything obviously missing should you choose to stay in & cook. But with so many great restaurants nearby it’s easy not to. We also didn’t get to use the patio but it looks as pictured. The location has to be near perfect! It’s easy to feel like a local here. There is nothing you need that isn’t within walking distance. We highly recommend Linda’s home!

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed the spacious place with (private) parking just right across the street from us. It was quiet and the hosts were extremely responsive and super helpful and friendly! When we come to DC again, we'll definitely book if available :)

Great apartment! Sean’s apartment is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. It is completely quiet at night and the bed is good. There is a good vibe in the neighbourhood and the apartment is less than five minutes from a Green Line metro station that will take you directly to the best art museums in the city. Sean and his co-hosts are very helpful and responsive. I hope to come back to Washington one day and if that happens, I will definitely try to book Sean’s apartment again. Thank you Sean, Megan and Loren for all your helpfulness and a lovely stay!

I definitely loved this home soooo spotless felt right at home. You might hear people walking here and there BUT it’s not an all the time thing, other than that it’s so peaceful. Kitchen is beautiful and has all the spices you kinda need if you wanna cook, bed was sooooooo comfortable and the living room was so inviting. It’s close to food spots banks grocery stores, etc. I’m definitely booking again.

Alexander’s place is great. Peaceful, clean, and in a walkable neighborhood. Very responsive host. We enjoyed our stay.

My girlfriends and I were in Washington DC for National Police Week & were looking for a place close to the city but reasonably priced. We found Chris’s place. It had everything we needed. It was clean, modern, just as described & came with a book of recommendations. The area is nice & we felt safe. Great restaurants. The bus & train r walking distance. We learned how to use public transportation instead to taking our car to avoid traffic and parking fees. My bedroom window faced the street so I could hear the cars & people walk by but when I turned on the fan I didn’t hear anything. Also this is a Renovated basement & have upstairs neighbors & can hear them walking around so if u r looking for a super silent place then this isn’t the place for u. It didn’t bother us. It has a private entrance and it was super easy to find. Chris was so attentive & helped with whatever we needed. He was an awesome host!

Trip went very well worth every penny. Owner was very helpful answered whenever we called to help with check in gave us no problems about playing music on their Alexa or living room tv. Would get again for another trip.
