Beautiful and thoughtfully decorated apartment in a very quiet area. Everything was great: the cleanliness at the top, the comfortable bedding, the equipment in the kitchen. The garden area, quiet and shaded in the evening, is a real plus to enjoy the evening outdoors. Emeline and Jeremy were welcoming and accommodating. I would recommend it in a second.

We had a great time in Hossegor with a group of 10 friends. The place was perfect: spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The location was great, just minutes by bike from the beach and shops, which made our trips very easy. A perfect place to enjoy Hossegor as a group. I highly recommend this listing!

Beautiful stay at Barbara and Davy's! A warm welcome, recommendations on the region, well-maintained and super-equipped villa, faultless :-) The pool is a big plus in a super quiet neighborhood. Barbara and Davy are very attentive and accessible hosts (thank you for the cold drinks and the surprise basket on our arrival). Moliets beach is accessible in 10-15 min by bike (rented and delivered via the Moliets bike shop), count 5 min by car. Surfing, restaurants and shops galore... super U 5 min drive. A relaxing stay, we recommend it 100%

New accommodation with all the necessities and bedding at the top , quiet residence except in the morning, a company is just across the street that wakes up early enough and stops quite early too ... fat morning complicated ... Close to everything: Penon center, market, shops, restaurants and beaches ... all on foot!! So crest very enjoyable! Private parking. No TV channels so either you have subscriptions via the apps or no TV. There's something to do with the people going out … fortunately there weren't many people going out 😁 Overall: appreciable!

Aline was a great host who made our stay extremely comfortable and enjoyable. The house had cleaning of the common areas every day which was great since we were a big group staying for the week. The house is very beautiful and a great place to stay when visiting Biarritz!

We had a great time with friends. Wenda and Manuel are very friendly, welcoming and available. The house is spacious and very well-equipped. And the little extra that makes all the difference is the outdoor space: the summer kitchen is fully equipped and the outdoor bathroom is really nice. We'll save the address for next time:)

We felt right at home, the Agency was very helpful ! The home is surrounded by a lot of trees and is very peaceful. The rooms are spacious even the « TV ROOM ». Kitchen has all the amenities for stay at home lunch and diner. The pacio is perfect for dinner and apero !

Everything is perfect, to say a pega I would say the pool was a little cold, so it is covered but not heated. That didn't stop several of the group from getting into it. The jacuzzi was off and the cold water so we set it up and it took to heat the water almost 10h, but then not a single problem. On Saturdays a maintenance guy goes for the pool and caught us by surprise since no one warned us, but that does not prevent us from choosing this place again in the future, my friends and I are already looking for a date to repeat.

We had a great weekend with 5 couples and 9 children/babies. The house is really great for large groups, with large rooms, a beautiful living space and a very pleasant exterior with a large pool. The soundproofing of the sleeping area from the ground floor is perfect, allowing everyone to respect each other's different rhythms. The pool heated from May is a real plus, we enjoyed it! Vincent is very accommodating and responsive. We'll be happy to go back!

We spent a weekend with friends, we loved the house and the location! The setting is peaceful and everything is accessible by bike. Julie was very responsive in answering our questions and welcoming us during this wonderful stay. I'd recommend it without a second thought.

Arthur is a very nice and responsive host from the time of booking. He was very welcoming on arrival with clear information about the accommodation and the outdoor environment. The house is very nice, modern, clean, bright, very nice ceiling height in the living room and the bay windows overlooking the garden are very nice. We also enjoyed the proximity to both the Basque Country (Biarritz, Biadard, Bayonne, etc.) and the Landes (Hossegor, etc.). Also, if you have children they will be delighted to benefit from many board games and toys ;-) Finally the house is located in a small very quiet village and with excellent shops (second world medal cheese maker), wine shop, baker, butcher…. In a word, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this villa without a second thought! Thanks again Arthur for letting us have such a pleasant stay!

We had an exceptional stay! The house is beautiful, tastefully decorated and perfectly equipped. The setting is simply idyllic: calm, greenery, a beautiful swimming pool to relax, many terraces and a great weather. A true haven of peace. super sejour a Cosse. Our hosts were very flexible when we arrived, good advice and welcoming. The house is great and as described. the children greatly enjoyed the pool and ping pong table!

Had a great week with the family. The villa had everything you could need and only a 20min walk from the beach. Only negative was the pool was quite large and not heated so a bit too cold to use in September
