We initially booked 10 nights at Raul house, but upon arrival, there was unexpected heavy construction noise from nearby which went on all day. Although this was completely out of Raul’s control, he was very apologetic and did his up most best to make the situation better and immediately moved us to another of his properties. While the second house was great, it didn’t quite meet our needs as we had hoped for a private pool and panoramic views like the original booking. Though we only stayed two nights, (one night at each house) we were very impressed with how Rau handled the situation. His communication was excellent, and he was fair and accommodating when we decided to move elsewhere. The original house was exactly as pictured, spotlessly clean with stunning Mediterranean views, we were very disappointed not to stay. Despite things not working out for us, I would definitely recommend Raul and his properties. He's an excellent host!

Lovely weeks stay, really enjoyed being surrounded by the orange trees and two buildings worked really well for us with a beautiful patio in between where we had all of our meals! Very tidy and nice bedding etc, generally great facilities with some useful herbs/spices etc, only downside which we didn’t expect if you can hear the traffic from the road unfortunately but overall still peaceful and pool good for cooling down!

We were a group of seven and this house was excellent as we all had enough privacy. The kitchen was well appointed, including a great coffee machine and we had some lovely meals both in the kitchen and outside, which in the evening was a lovely, shady area to eat and relax. The house was nicely private, not overlooked and the owner has obviously given a lot of thought to the fixtures and furnishings. Great location for either the beach area or to travel into town by tram, bus or metro. Overall a perfect house for combining a beach break with a vibrant, city location.

We had a splendid week at Jose's place. The villa is absolutely bonkers, has a lot of bedrooms and enough bathrooms for all people, as well as super spacy common areas and yard. The house is cool even if you don't use the AC. The amenities were great, we had everything we need. When we arrived, check-in was easy and the place was spotless. The only downside is the distance to the city centre and beaches - you have to plan your commuting well. But, there is easy access to the metro and you can use Uber and Freenow services as well. Huge thanks to Jose for being responsive during our entire stay, taking care of our needs and providing this wonderful villa for our vacation. Cheers!

Very quiet and private. Everything was very clean and drinks were chilled for our arrival. A little noisy, so pack Oropax if you are sensitive to noise at night, as you can really hear the people above the accommodation very loudly. Fantastically beautiful view of the mountains. You have everything you need. Supermarkets can be reached quickly by car in Cullera. Beautiful beaches are also nearby. Camera pointed directly at the pool, I found it a bit difficult, but I think it only serves for security.

Incredible stay about 30 mins drive from Valencia town / airport - a real gem of a find on Airbnb. We had 2 couples and 2 infants, and the property was ideal. Very spacious, extremely well equipped, beautiful pool and hot tub on the balcony. It was immaculately clean, especially given the size. The place was full of unexpected extras that really added to the trip, such as a games, archery set, balls, a large speaker for outside, brilliant bbq area, treehouse and a wendy house for the kids. Even though the pictures are great, they can’t do this place justice. Equally, it doesn’t show how great the host was. We arrived late on Saturday evening and we were treated to a lots of complimentary food and drink to welcome us - a wonderful touch. I would highly recommend this stay for any one looking for somewhere brilliant conveniently situated from valencia. It’s also only 20 mins from a beach, large supermaket and the incredible Mirador El Gabri viewpoint.

Beach was incredible. Apartment had everything you need and more. Soni is so helpful and responsive. Highly recommend this place. Super comfy beds too.

Each space is designed for comfort and harmony, making it the perfect place for a relaxing stop. We greatly appreciated the elegance and cleanliness of the place, as well as the small personal touches that made our stay even more enjoyable.

Great place in a up and coming neighborhood. My baby girls enjoyed their stay and Adriana's instructions were clear as water. I would definitely recommend the place to someone who has children.

Esther's place was perfect for our family of 5 (boys aged 15, 13 and 10) 15 mins from the oceanografic and science museum and close to a local park and a very new supermarket. Esther was great at responding to any questions we had and always helped in any way she could.

We had a great stay in Andres and Rocia's loft. The loft was very spacious, extremely well equipped and very quietly located. Distances to the city center and the beach were very doable on foot. Rocia responded very quickly to questions or requests we had. Really enjoyed the stay and it is not impossible that we will come back to Valencia again and then we hope to be able to stay in this beautiful loft again.

José is an amazing host. Pre arrival José made sure everything was already well communicated and made is feel at ease. As we were a little bit earlier the. The regular checkin time, José made sure it was perfectly fine. On the first day we were unfortunate and got in a minor car crash. Not knowing who to call, I reached out to José. He left what he was doing right away and came to help out with the paperwork and help with the police. He sure made us feel as if we had a friend near during our entire stay. The house is HUGE and very comfortable. Everything you need is available. 2 tv’s large bed and all the linnen. The roof terrace was great to sit after a long warm day and have a drink and relax. Simat de Valdegna was cosy, the people were insanely friendly and the environment is beautiful. We had plenty of walks by the vaca river and our children got to play in several playgrounds in the area. Having a supermarket directly in front of the house was also great! Amazing stay!

The arrival was very simple and we also appreciate that the house is at the entrance to the parking lot. We were very comfortable in the accommodation at all times. We enjoyed a few days of grilled meat on a grill with plenty of space and area to work the meat, next to a very comfortable terrace covered by the sun. The pool was great for a few hot days. If I had to give something "negative" but with the intention of improvement that has not affected the assessment... I would say that the freezer did not cool at the same power all the time. We put an ice cream in on the first day and took it out on the third day in the afternoon, but it wasn't frozen, it was more of a mousse. Even so, it fulfilled its function and I am sure that they will find a solution. Another aspect that I would like to emphasize is that there were food plastics (cheese and a chicken tray) from the previous guests in some areas of the terrace. Nothing that has bothered us, but I did want to point it out. Thank you very much for everything!

it didn't feel like a vacation apartment, but like your own home. In all my years of staying in apartments, I have never seen such a well-equipped accommodation, including everything related to cleanliness or basic necessities. Highly recommended.

We have had a wonderful family bridge. The plot and the house are very complete and you do not lack anything to disconnect and enjoy nature, a good barbecue and a bath in the pool as long as the weather allows. The treatment with Sergio and his parents was 10, very helpful and kind at all times. Recommended 100% if you are thinking of staying in the area 😊

The cottage and especially the garden are great! both are larger than I expected from the photos. The location in the nature park and by the beach is very beautiful! And the kitchen was better equipped than I have ever seen in a vacation home. I am very sensitive to noise, so I was glad that I had my earplugs for the night with me, as everything is 1 room, so you can hear the refrigerator, for example. If you are not so sensitive, it is no problem anyway, otherwise a tip! Furthermore, a wonderful place to rest, I would like to come back in the future :-)

For us it was a 10 stay. We had all the amenities that were described, and the host was always attentive to anything. We were able to enjoy our wedding weekend, and take some beautiful photos with a castle in the background. The garden area with the terrace are great, and the pool was impeccable and clean, which we took advantage of with the heat. Thank you for everything! We will not hesitate to choose this place again if the opportunity arises.

I stayed in the apartment for a little over 3 weeks in Chulilla. Conveniently located, had all the amentities I needed. Roberto was a helpful host.

Everything was perfect. It was a very pleasant stay. The house is beautiful, very cozy. The owner is very kind and made sure everything was correct. Perfect for visiting Valencia and surroundings. I would repeat it without a doubt.
