Beach house holiday rentals in Torre Vado

Die Unterkunft war wie in der Beschreibung. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist wundervoll! Der Kontakt und die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war äußerst freundlich und warmherzig und der Empfang durch deren Vater sehr herzlich. Besonders gut fanden wir, dass Sonnenschirme vorhanden waren. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig. Eine Spülmaschine und eine Dusche im zweiten Badezimmer wären noch super. Der Supermarkt und ein Cafe sind fußläufig erreichbar, das haben wir sehr genossen.

This house is a real gem. It is located right at the sea. There are stones in front of it but you can go swimming, if you want. On both sides approx. 5-10 min are very nice sandy beaches. The view is amazing and we had super nice sunsets. The house has everything you need and the kitchen is fully equipped. The decoration is maritime and quite cute. It was really peaceful and we had a great time. There are a couple of restaurants in the village as well as shops and even fish shop. We were there at the end of May. Many shops and restaurants were still closed but 20 min by car there is a bigger town where you have everything. We really enjoyed our stay. If you look for peace and quiet - book this lovely house! Highly recommended!

Die kleine Wohnung liegt wirklich traumhaft. Die vorgelagerte Straße hat uns kaum gestört, da der Blick auf das Meer und die Dünenlandschaft - sowohl bei stürmisch-regnerischem Wetter als auch bei Sonnenschein einfach fantastisch ist. Den etwas längeren Weg zu Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (fußläufig etwa 20-30 Minuten) nahmen wir gerne zum Anlass für ausgiebige Morgen-Spaziergänge am Meer und durch die (saisonbedingt) noch etwas verschlafenen Straßen des Ferien, Wochenend- und Sommerhäuschen geprägten Torre di San Giovanni. Insgesamt ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in das gesamte Salento. Wie schon öfters beschrieben, ist die Wohnung mit der kleinen Küche top ausgestattet, wir haben hier überhaupt nichts vermisst . Die Kommunikation mit Emanuela und ihren Eltern ist vorbildlich. Die Restaurant Tipps konnten wir nicht alle ausprobieren, bei Nachfragen hatten wir spätestens nach 30 Minuten hilfreich und zielführende Antworten! Danke für diese unvergesslichen Tage!!!

Lovely rustic villa, with sea views. Great location with an easy easy walk to town with cafes and restaurants. We enjoyed a quiet stay and parking was available in the street.

Maison très bien situé dans un environnement très calme. Pietro est très disponible et a un vrai sens de l'accueil. Idéalement situé pour rayonner sur le territoire et avec une petite plage à proximité (2 mn à pied) pour se baigner en toute sécurité et faire du snorkeling (ce qui est un vrai plus, car en Italie les plages sont soit privée : surchargées, soit difficile à trouver pour un accès à l'eau du fait des spécificités géologiques de la cote). Nous étions en couple et avons très apprécié cette maison.

Obwohl die Wohnung etwas spartanisch eingerichtet ist – vielleicht würde ein Bild im Schlafzimmer noch etwas Atmosphäre schaffen, oder das Sofa könnte etwas gemütlicher sein – haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Durchblick aufs Meer wunderbar. Ein paar Schritte über schroffe Felsen ans Wasser wunderbar. Der Jahreszeit entsprechend war es sehr windig und das Meer dementsprechen rau – aber in der idyllischen Bucht von Cala dell'Acquaviva konnten wir noch fein baden. Ebenfalls sind der Küstenstraße entlang noch weitere bizzarre Bademöglichkeiten, wie Spiaggia e Piscina Naturale di Marina Serra sehr zu empfehlen. Und in Tricase Porto gibts den besten Cafe...

We had a wonderful week at Antonio’s home. It was even better than the photos and description. Little details like having coffee to make in the morning, some water in the fridge on arrival and cookies for the girls. We arrived quite late and Antonio met us to ensure we got in ok. He was so helpful with recommending some great spots for food, beach clubs, local activities, local supermarkets. In my opinion, Antonio went above and beyond to ensure that we had a lovely holiday.

Sehr schöne, saubere, gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit einem megatollen Gartenbereich. Sehr nette Gastgeber welche uns mit Geschenken empfangen und verabschiedet haben, Giuseppe war immer erreichbar & es hat alles bestens geklappt. Wir werden wiederkommen!

Maison très agréable, tres propre, avec une très grande terrasse bien appréciable dans cette region. L endroit est super car on a accès à de belles plages, rares dans la region. Il est central vu qu on est à moins d une heure de Otrante, Lecce, Galipoli .. Nous avons eu la chance de rencontrer la propriétaire qui est une personne très sympathique et charismatique qui nous a raconté l histoire de cette maison de sa construction et des oliviers qui l entourent. Elle devrait d'ailleurs écrire tout cela et le mettre à la disposition des voyageurs 🙂. Un GRAND Merci à elle pour ce merveilleux échange.

Great villa. Modern styling, open plan with plenty of space for family party of 10. Lovely house in a peaceful location but close enough to walk to nearby town. Very helpful and responsive hosts. Highly recommended.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana meravigliosa presso Villa Palibella. La villa ha superato le nostre aspettative, soprattutto grazie alla splendida piscina e alla cura della struttura. L'intera area è incantevole e perfettamente tenuta. Un altro punto forte è la pulizia impeccabile, che ci ha fatto sentire a nostro agio dal primo momento.

Enea ist immer erreichbar und hilft, wennman ihn benötigt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön gelegen, ruhig, nahe dem wunderbaren Meer. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und auch für Familien mit kleinen Kindern bestens geeignet.

A lovely villa in a quiet location. 5 minutes drive away from restaurants and shops. The villa is a little rustic internally and lacks some home comforts. The outside area is stunning with lovely sea views. We had a restful stay and would recommend the accommodation.

We loved this place. The view from the terraces is stunning. The pool area is peaceful and we were lucky enough to have it to ourselves most of the time. You can walk down to restaurants in 20 minutes. There is also a basic supermarket there.

Alle unsere Bedürfnisse und Fragen wurden sehr schnell beantwortet und geklärt. Das Anwesen übertrifft sogar alle Angaben es ist ein wundervoller Aufenthalt gewesen wir wollte schon garnicht mehr weg. 😃 Wir werden wieder hierher kommen. Absolut Sauber absolut traumhaft ich kann den Besuch garnicht zusammen fassen so schön war es. Vielen lieben Dank an das ganze WoWhomes Team. 🙏🏼🥰

Beautiful villa with lovely private grounds and pool. Felt at home straight away. Easy, if steep, 14 minute walk to the sea, Torre Vado town and bars and restaurants, plus many other places within 10 or 15 minutes drive. Umberto was easily contactable and very responsive. We spent a super week and were sad to leave!

La casa di Giorgio è INCANTEVOLE in un contesto stupendo, curata nel dettagli un “bijoux salentino”. Grazia ed Antonio sono stati molto accoglienti e disponibili durante tutto il soggiorno. E’ stata una vacanza meravigliosa. Grazie di cuore!

It was a wonderful stay at Assunta’s place. She met us at the door and showed us the place (including the gated parking). She also gave us many recommendations. We went to two of her recommended restaurants, and they were both really good. Porta Cesareo is beautiful, and it’s walkable from the house. Assunta’s place worked out really well for us.

Luisa ist eine ganz hervorragende Gastgeberin. Sie ist auf unsere Bedürfnisse eingegangen und war immer gut zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft ist einfach, aber sehr sauber. Es fehlt ein wenig an Küchenutensilien. Ansonsten ist sie schön gelegen, direkt am Meer. Der Zugang zum Meer ist felsig und das Wasser (im Juni) wunderschön klar🥰 Der Ausblick aus der Wohnung ist atemberaubend. Es ist nur ein kleiner Spaziergang zum Dorf, wo alles vorhanden ist. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist unschlagbar. Wir haben es hier geliebt☺️🌞

Maria e suo marito sono stati host che, con grande gentilezza e discrezione, ci hanno accolti in una magnifica dimora sul mare: pulita, ben organizzata e con accesso praticamente privato al mare. 50 gradini vi separano da una scogliera brillante della quale potete godere una vista tranquilla e rilassante dalla splendida terrazza attrezzata. il parcheggio privato agevola gli spostamenti da una location che rimane vicina (5/20 mins) a tantissime spiagge meravigliose. Vacanza meravigliosa data anche da questa casa incredibile.

Luisa Maria/Marta’s place was perfect! We had zero problems. The apartment had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was fully equipped and came with extras (e.g., tea, salt, oil, jams, napkins), which we appreciated. AC throughout the apartment, but we only needed to use it in the bedroom at night. Bathroom was clean and lots of hot water. Laundry. The patio overlooking the town was the best part... we had breakfast there in the morning and watched the world go by with a glass of wine at night. It is very conveniently located in the centre of town, close to beaches, coffee shops, grocery stores... everything! She was easy to reach, responded quickly and even went the extra step to help coordinate some transportation for us. Super happy with our experience and would return again!

The descriptions and pictures are very accurate. The apartment is easy to find if you don’t use google maps directions/navigation. The most direct route is to follow the “lungomare”, turn at AMU restaurant, and proceed to number 10. The apartment is on several floors, without an elevator. There are 65 steps from the street to the rooftop terrazzo and kitchen. Each bedroom is on a separate stop along the stairs below the kitchen floor. The apartment is the best equipped of any apartment in which we’ve stayed over a period of 12 years. Francoise is very helpful and responsive. She provided a great deal of local info and recommendations. Also, she can arrange for a parking garage; street parking is non-existent.

Dieses Haus und die Location sind nichts weniger als ein wahr gewordener Traum. Ein Ort voller Ruhe und Frieden, nicht weit vom Strand und doch mitten in der Natur mit Sicht auf das grosse Meer. Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht und noch viel mehr, jedes Detail ist mit Umsicht und aussergewöhnlichem Geschmack geplant und eingerichtet. Bei schönem Wetter und sogar bei leichtem Regen kann man komplett draussen im schönen Garten leben. Die Gastgeberin Manuela hat uns mit vielen guten Tipps ausgestattet, und ist uns sofort ans Herz gewachsen. Eine wunderbare Begegnung, die ich nicht vergessen werde. Hoffentlich können wir bald wieder an diesen schönen Ort kommen. La mia terra promessa. Danke Manuela für alles, und für dich.

Villa Carmen is a little piece of paradise. Tucked away on the hill overlooking the most outstanding view, you can’t help but feel peaceful and relaxed. It’s a modern building, built in a traditional stone style and full of character, in generally excellent condition. Inside it’s very homely. The furniture and fixtures are good quality and very comfortable . Plenty of kitchen items though none of the basics like oil, which would have been useful for a week’s stay. The outside space is expansive and has somewhere for all times of the day to sit in comfort. The manager is very friendly and we had no problems at all. Torre Vado in late October is quiet and free from crowds. Most of the restaurants and attractions are closed, but there are a few open. Walking down to the grocery and beach will keep you fit - it’s very steep! It’s well-located for the stunning clear beaches on the West coast of Puglia. I would gladly stay a month. Thank you!
