We felt immediately at home at Nieves! The house was beautiful, spacious, cozy, quiet and clean. Nieves was always responsive and available when we had questions. We felt very much at home and would return in a heartbeat. Thank you Nieves for sharing your home....and dogs! Sally

Andrea's villa was perfect for us. Very cozy and with a private back garden much appreciated by both us and our dog! The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Mr. Massiamo was very kind and helpful, and welcomed us with a very welcome tray of pastries! Thank you so much for everything!

Gabriella's place was absolutely stunning! The photos can't do the beautiful grounds and landscape justice. Both Gabriella and Clara were extremely responsive and helpful whenever we had questions, and their local suggestions for beaches, sights and restaurants were great. Both ourselves and our friends (who were staying at one of the other villas on the property) were travelling with infants, and found the layout and amenities (they tracked down a second set of cribs/high chairs for us) great for children. Would absolutely recommend this place for anyone looking to explore Salento.

My husband and I were in town for a wedding. The church was 2 mins walking from the Airbnb and it was very convenient findingg everything in town. There were plenty of places where we could eat, drink and shop. We love the private space and the location was not on the main street so noise was surprisingly lower than I expected it to be. The host checked in to make sure we were ok and was responsive. It was about 8 min walk from the train station making it very convenient for us. I would definitely booked again if I'm in Lecce again.

Comfortable apartment and great location. The instructions for getting there are very clear, very good communication from Mario. I highly recommend this little gem in the center of Lecce 🙌🏽

Wonderful stay! Ilario met us in the street to make sure we were parked in the right spot. He took us in and explained the construction of the home, which was very interesting. He provided us with a map and recommendations on restaurants and things to do. Great location. Walkable to many of the sites and restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

The accommodation is in accordance with the description. We had a very pleasant stay in a typical house of the region, inland but close to many tourist places especially on the coast. A quiet place to rest after a hot and active day, full of discoveries. Air conditioning in the bedroom is a plus. And above all, a sincere and warm welcome :-) Thank you for the little touches :-)

* Best location in Gallipoli! - right across the street from the main beach, and right in old town. * Responsive host - even though you can't drive or park in old town; Stefania made check in super easy. She was waiting for us when we arrived, and helped us bring in our luggage while one person waited with the car. Then she drove with us to the parking lot where she had saved us a parking spot with her car. So easy! * Beautiful apartment in old neighborhood; I believe it's her family home; gorgeous touches throughout * Gorgeous patio - though note that there is only shade for a few hours in the afternoon; for much of the morning and late afternoon it is sunny and HOT on the main patio (with beach views) * FYI on layout: entry level is 3 BR/BA en suite; up narrow spiral staircase is second level with small kitchen, dining room, and one patio; up outdoor staircase is the patio with beach views. Need to be comfortable with stairs. Highly recommend!

Had a fantastic stay at Emanuele's place. The room and pool area were lovely and created a great environment to relax in. The location is great, and Emanuele is a super kind and attentive host!

We arrived and departed with a „WOW“ on our lips. The place of Bea is so special und unique - it is obvious how much love and care is put into this place. It is good to relax and enjoy the fabulous pool! We would love to come back!

Buena Onda's place was just perfect. The quality of the services exceeded our expectations and the villa was even more beautiful than in photos. The interior of the house is very well decorated and offers plenty of space for a family, with well separated parts that allowed our 11 year old daughter to have her own space. The house is also very well located and makes it easy to visit the south of the chickens by being both close to Otrante, Lecce or Gallipoli. We recommend this address without hesitation to all families or friends wishing to visit the area and spend a pleasant time in a house in the heart of nature.

We just got back from Salento, and there's already a melancholy that makes you want to leave again. Everything was perfect, a week of pure relaxation. Pamela is an extremely friendly host and, although we only communicated by message, she was always responsive, responding immediately to every message. Marta welcomed us: she is a very nice Salento girl who was always present but discreet, she provided us with a lot of information about the surroundings and everything that could be useful to us. The meeting point is easy to find, then we were escorted to the property where Marta showed us the house and explained everything. Calling it a house is an understatement, the trullo is a real oasis surrounded by olive trees, characteristic, well-kept, clean and the private pool compensates for the distance from the sea. We thank both Pamela and Marta, we will carry a little Salento in our hearts hoping to return again. Nicolai and Luciana

Villa with a beautiful outdoor space, a superb terrace and a pool with a sea view. The interior of the villa is smaller but well-equipped and sufficient. Two independent sleeping areas, which can be appreciated for the privacy of each. Isolated villa in the heart of nature, there are therefore many different insects. Alberto and Chiara were very welcoming and responsive. We had a basket filled with various local specialties that we enjoyed a lot. We had a lovely stay.

Stefania's house Not on a nature-protected coast, surrounded by a huge garden with beautiful plants, from which you can see the sea from everywhere. We had a perfect stay in Stefania's house and felt extremely comfortable. For people who love nature, this place is an absolute paradise and Stefania is an unconditionally excellent host who does everything at all times to make her guests feel comfortable. Since we had our dog Anton with us, the large garden was also a perfect place for him. From the grounds, you can take wonderful walks along small country lanes all the way down to the sea. The coast in this region is breathtakingly beautiful with many small coves and wonderful hiking opportunities. We can fully recommend Stefania and her heavenly garden. Masseria Luci is one of the homes that one might see on a travel website and think “oh I’d love to stay there”! Beautiful home, wonderful gardens, great pool and outdoor living areas. Marco was a responsive and generous host, and the place certainly lived up to expectations.

We stayed at this lovely place for two weeks and couldn't have had a better time. The place is beautiful, very clean and has everything you need. The host was also very kind and always quick to respond and help when needed. Besides having a great little pool, it's also close to the sea with many amazing swimming spots nearby.

Lucci d’Oriente exceeded our expectations. The apartment is spacious, cheerfully decorated and equipped with absolutely everything - nothing is missing. From each window you can see the sea, as if you were inside it. The terrace with direct access to the sea is a real privilege. Going up from there to the apartment takes some effort, but it's totally worth it. It is ideal for a family with children, very comfortable and functional. Santa Cesarea Terme is quiet, with some options to eat light and enjoy an ice cream. Parking lot next door is free if there is a place, and very accessible if paid. Rita and Stefano were exceptional hosts: attentive, friendly and always available. They made us feel right at home. We would definitely go back!

We spent a couple of days at this accommodation and the first thing that caught our attention was the care the host has in every detail. Everything is very clean, the kitchen is very well equipped, you can cook whatever you want and even use the BBQ on the upper terrace, everything smells very good, you could tell by the candles scattered throughout the house, the sheets, clean towels with a very good smell. He made sure that the guests felt at home, he gave us a bottle of wine (very good by the way) and offered us a bag with beach towels to use as well as a list of recommendations to make the most of our trip. Every day of our stay we always emphasized the good decision we made by booking this accommodation. A winner.

A special stay for 3 nights, in a lovely setting. Alessandro gave us fantastic recommendations for local shopping, and the kitchen faculties were great to cook in ! Spongano is a cute town, check out the icecream shop too. Alessandro's place has lots of space, and makes you feel like you're really staying in Italy !

Really nice apartment with spectacular sea views. Large well equipped terraces., very comfortable beds and a great bathroom. Short walk to bars and restaurants, super clean, super friendly - would happily stay again!

We spent a week in this wonderful little typical house lost in the middle of the countryside. It has a large plot, everything was perfect, especially the tranquility of the place, close to the beach, close to the cities to visit (Lecce, Galatina, etc.) the traders and the locals were very warm! I highly recommend for lovers of calm and beautiful places. Grazie mille Francesco!!!

Our stay here was a paradise. The super clean house was charming, eco friendly, nature filled and extremely well equipped. The location was quiet and yet very close to cafe supermarket and beach/swim places. Remarkable restaurants also. I would highly recommend Donatello and Massimina’s naturalistic home to anyone seeking charm and quiet. They are such lovely hosts too. Many thanks for our fab stay.
