Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Torre San Giovanni

Beautiful house, super divided for three families, as there are three separate units and you can also retreat well. The disadvantage, however, is that the kitchens are not very large. We imagined the distance to the sea to be smaller, you can already walk there but it is (especially with children) not quite as close as expected. The communication with Giulia was great, she always responded quickly and kindly and was very helpful and accommodating. The apartments were very clean and the garden and Pool nice and well maintained.

We stayed for 11 nights in June. The place was very private and quiet. The apt. had everything we needed. The sea was really just a 1 minute walk away and there were hardly any other people swimming. The water was very nice. The terrace was incredible and had direct sun only in the morning. The view is east bound. The master bed was good in size, the mattress could be better. Towels and sheets were plenty and clean. The washing machine was good. The kitchen stove works with gas and the hot water works with a boiler. The water pressure was good and the water was always warm. The oven didn’t work unfortunately, switching it on made the electricity go off. WiFi does not work well inside the house but on the terrace, but we didn’t mind. We had a wonderful stay here and would recommend the place for a couple or a small family.

A comfy home with beautiful high vaulted ceilings. It has a huge rooftop terrace where you can enjoy a drink at the end of the day. Massimo was easy to communicate with and kind enough to swap mattresses so the firmest one was on the down stairs bed for us. There is a quite steep, winding and narrow staircase to get into the apartment and more to get to the second bedroom and also the rooftop terrace which adds to its charm but may not be suitable for the elderly and unfit. Its in a very quiet location only 10 minute walk from the station and only a few minutes to bars and restaurants.

We (7 people) had a great stay at Sara's place. The villa is very tastefully decorated, with everything you need. Each room has its own ensuite bathroom. The spacious covered veranda gives plenty of shade in the sun or makes it possible to be outdoors even in light rain. The infinity saltwater pool with ocean views and the outdoor kitchen with gas and charcoal grill are a real highlight. Also the rooftop terrace with sea view, which we used for yoga sessions. The location is super quiet in a villa district. Villa has a fantastic tuff stone garden. Santa Maria de Leuca is within walking distance. There are smaller shops and a few bars/restaurants. However, some things were closed during our travel time (mid-October). Weekly markets, larger supermarkets and restaurants in the neighboring towns between 5-8km. Sara and Sergio (contact person on site) were always available and super helpful. Clear recommendation. THANK YOU ❤️

Very spacious house as described. Very useful washing machine with a clothesline on the terrace. Very nice and spacious yard where in addition to parking our car, we had breakfast and dinner every day. Host very willing to help and gave us many local recommendations. The house is next to a great pine forest but logically attracts mosquitoes. In the park in front they gather every night for children and young people, so it is noisy until midnight (one day even more). One last excellent detail of the host: on the last day we left a battery charger of the camera and he wrote to inform us; he offered to send it to the next house.

Maria is the best host in the world. They helped me to rent a car, they looked for me at the station of a nearby village and even gave me their prosciutto and a wine for the first night. Friendly and generous. Maria and Mauricio are special. I just have words of thanks. And the place is a spectacular beauty. An ideal confabulation for the perfect vacation.

We arrived late in the evening because of a delay in our flight. Cosimo's parents nevertheless welcomed us very, very warmly, took a lot of time to show us everything and even got us a pizza. The house is perfect, nice and quiet, offers plenty of space to relax. All the basic equipment you need was there. The house is beautiful, modern and practically furnished and equipped with many small thoughtful details. The outdoor area is very spacious and offers plenty of shade. It's only a few meters to the beach, and during the week there were no people there. We had a perfect week.

We stayed with Mrs. Giuseppina the first week of June. We were greeted with enthusiasm and were given advice on beaches, excursions and restaurants. The house is very cozy and spacious. Having a double exposure, the house offers both a wonderful sea view and a sheltered back garden where you can dine and grill. Highly recommended!

Perfect stay right near the beach that felt like home! This property has super comfortable beds, nice linens and many little things that made for a very relaxing stay. We thought we’d visit a number of the villages in the area, but found ourselves just wanting to relax at the house and on the local beaches instead. If we come back to the area, we are 100% staying here again. Also, although there are good restaurants in town, cooking was easy bc there’s a BBQ on the patio, lots of spices and pots/pans to cook with and plenty of plates/cups/glasses/etc. It’s a well stocked kitchen - much more so than many other places I’ve stayed. If you’re thinking about this place, stop looking at other options and book it. You won’t regret your decision. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!!

We had a lovely stay in Lecce, thanks to Marion. She was extremely kind and welcoming, and went above and beyond by providing thoughtful, detailed recommendations that truly enhanced our experience. She checked in with us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed, which we appreciated so much. The apartment itself was beautiful, comfortable, and full of character, and such a peaceful place to return to after exploring the city. Unfortunately, we had to leave earlier than planned due to a long drive and poorly timed flights on our part, but we truly wish we could have stayed longer. This was a 10/10 experience, and we hope to return one day. Highly recommend!!

We loved the property. Sophia was a perfect host. When we forgot our home keys, she made sure we collect them without a problem. If we can we want to come back with our friends to enjoy this beautiful farm house during summer. It would be perfect for 3-4 families as a base.

Our stay there was beautiful, I felt at home. Francisco treated us very well. I would like to highlight that he is a hard-working, good and kind person. He was always present during our stay. We stayed for 10 days and he always took care of the place and was present. He also invited us to eat fruit from the trees that the house has and was always kind. He also lent us the umbrella for the beach. It is a place that I highly recommend, you have to move by car in Puglia, but there is Peace and all the people I met are friendly. This accomodation is a real gem. It is perfect to escape the stress and pace of every day life and to finally breathe in absolute peace. The location is just perfect with a lot of restaurants in Nardò and the sea is not far away either. It is also possible to spend the entire day at the pool of the accomodation. Anna and Carlo were amazing hosts - kind, attentive and always helpful. We recommend to stay here, you won‘t regret it!

This is the nicest Air BnB we have ever stayed at. It is as beautiful as the pictures depict, both inside and out, and exceeded our expectations. Our hosts were very helpful with any questions we had and were very pleasant. I would highly recommend this place.

We really felt comfortable at Patrizia's! We were there for 12 days and could reach everything great by car, there is even a beach that can be reached on foot. The accommodation had everything we needed and Patrizia was very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend the place!
