Family-friendly holiday rentals in Torre La Mata

We live in the area and needed a place to stay temporarily. We are glad we chose this apartment as it was clean, modern, bright and airy. The pool is literally just a few metres with well maintained areas and very peaceful. You will need a car to venture further to beaches etc but everything is on site. Easy check in/check out with a very friendly and helpful Max. We would recommend to family and friends.

We spent 2 nights at Moisés' casa rural and were lucky to be the only occupants to enjoy the property. Tastefully decorated home, peaceful surroundings, great swimming pool, large enclosed and secured area for our dog to enjoy. Moisés was the perfect host and made himself available to deal with any issue. This is a place we would love to come back. Highly recommended.

Todo perfecto: apartamento muy agradable con todas las comodidades, excelente atención del propietario, ubicación perfecta en una bonita urbanización pegada al campo de golf de La Roda y a centros comerciales, restaurantes, zonas de ocio y playas. Totalmente recomendable. Si hay que poner una pega es que la alcachofa de ducha del baño principal está bastante mal. Por lo demás, totalmente recomendable.

This was our 2nd stay and it was just as amazing as a couple of years ago. Exceptionally clean with the most wonderful terrace and easy access to the pool. In a fabulous location within a short walk to restaurants, bars and the beach. Would not hesitate to recommend and we will hopefully be back!

Удобный подъезд, есть возможность и места оставлять машину возле квартиры, но даже если вы решите ставить машину на паркинг, он расположен в 15 минутах ходьбы, с удобным заездом. Используя приложение вам будет дешевле стоимость. В квартире есть кондиционер, что иногда не мало важно, хотя ночью мы его не использовали, так температура в квартире была комфортная. С удовольствием порекомендую это место друзьям, и воспользуюсь возможностью остановиться в следующий раз. Спасибо огромное Пепи.

J'ai passé un séjour incroyable dans cet appartement face à la plage. L'emplacement est parfait, avec une vue magnifique! L'appartement est très beau, moderne et bien équipé, offrant tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour agréable. De plus, l'hôte était vraiment accueillant et réactif, ce qui a rendu notre expérience encore plus agréable. Je recommande vivement cet endroit pour une escapade près de la mer !

Bonjour, Nous sommes une famille de deux adultes et trois enfants entre 13 et cinq ans. Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour. Nous avons passé des vacances dans un cadre très reposant. Nous avons eu à notre disposition tout ce qui était décrit dans l’annonce et même plus… le rapport qualité prix est très intéressant. À proximité, il y a les commerces d’alimentation, boucherie, restaurant… il y a même des centres médicaux si besoin… la région est magnifique et offre une multitude d’activité et de balades. La piscine à l’intérieur du logement est très bien entretenue et magnifique. Sue et Michael sont des hôtes très réactifs et avenants toujours prêts à renseigner ou à aider. En résumé, nous recommandons +++ 😄

Fantastic location, views of MarMenor were amazing. We did know the area & had visited San Pedro many times so were very happy to while away hours reading & looking at the fabulous views. Apartment had everything that was needed to have a very relaxing holiday with a massive choice of bars& restaurants on the doorstep .

I had a wonderful fortnight in this apartment in Torrevieja Great location handy to shops restaurants and so close to the beach. Moises a great host and available for any queries. Apartment was clean and comfortable would definitely stay again!!

Hemos pasado una estancia maravillosa! El apartamento era precioso, muy cuidado, súper limpio y ordenado. Se nota la atención a todos detalles. También contaba con todo tipo de enseres y útiles. Todo estupendo! La ubicación de la casa es fantástica a sólo 2 minutos de la playa caminando. Además, Natalia es muy buena anfitriona. Fue muy amable y flexible, tanto con la hora de llegada como con la de salida. Muy agradecidos, de verdad! En cuanto podamos, volveremos seguro!!

Ha sido el apartamento mas completo en el que hemos estado, una piscina comunitaria bien cuidada, hemos estado muy cómodos y no hemos tenido ningún problema con Natividad. Cabe destacar un punto muy importante y es que el apartamento estaba muy limpio y muy completo en el ámbito de la cocina y en general. La cama era muy cómoda y el apartamento es idéntico a las fotos. Estaríamos encantados de volver

Stayed here from the 3rd to the 10th June 2025. Viviane was a great host, nothing was too much trouble. Replied very quickly to my questions. The villa is absolutely gorgeous, the location is spot on, it’s so quiet and peaceful and only 10 minutes to the local amenities. We spent most of the time outside by the pool or upstairs on the top roof. The views are beautiful and the sunset is lovely. Will definitely book the villa again. Thanks Viviane for being a great host.

This was the third time we've used Paul's place, I think that says something. weather was mainly sunny with little rain. we love the house and the area, and find it very convenient to local amenities and walks around the nature reserve. It's a nice area with a mix of English and Spanish people living in the neighbourhood. There was some work going on at the pool this week, which didn't affect us but Paul made us aware that it was to happen. We are hoping to book for next year and hope the house is available for our dates.

was in a very central location which made it great for travel. but that did mean it was very noisy at night and early morning. However that wasn't a big issue for us. place was clean and well stocked, with some amenities. It was clean overall but some beer was left in the fridge so not sure if that was intentional or had been overlooked. if you want to cook need to bring some of the basics as not all are provided. the host was very helpful at all times and even let us check in much earlier as our checkout time was very early morning. response time to messages was great. would definetly stay again if visiting. thank you Celeste and Sarah also!!

Had a great stay in this house with great facilities. Location is also great nearby the beach, restaurants and supermarket. Will come back!

Takk for et fint opphold. Stor fin leilighet i et stille rolig område. Leiligheten hadde alt man trenger. Perfekt for alle som søker et koselig opphold helt uten problemer. Anbefales på det sterkeste! Stort og solrikt bassengområde.

On arrival, I was a little disappointed to find that there was no parking on the premises, and I had to park approximately 100 metres around the corner. Parking on the street near the property operates on a first-come, first-served basis. That said, this was my only gripe—though I may be a little overprotective of my car. Jose was at the gate when we arrived and kindly assisted with the bags and cases while I parked. He helped my wife carry our belongings up the external stairs to the apartment situated above his home. The apartment was warm and cosy, with good views of the surrounding area from the large balcony that wraps around most of the property. The WiFi was easy to connect to, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. Steve

Prachtig verblijf. Huisje was simpel maar alles was aanwezig en heel proper. Prachtige tuin en zalig zwembad. Genoeg bedjes aan het zwembad en in elk huisje kussens voor de stoelen. Had het zwembad soms voor mij alleen. Een auto is wel nodig maar dat wordt gemeld bij boeking. Tina reageert direct en de schoonouders komen elke dag langs en staan altijd klaar. Het is superfijn om recht van het huisje in de tuin te kunnen stappen. Top verblijf !!!
