This Air B & B was little gem to find especially with been so dog friendly. The best way I can describe it is very home from home . The ground floor had terrace fab & secure for our cockapoo so great if you had young children. In the store under stairs had everything you needed to take to the beach or use on the patio eg sun bed, beach parasol even a small body board so unexpected extras. Towels were available also The bar-cue was clean and waiting to be used and patio table with four chairs and cushion were all in great conditions. Up the outdoor stair case into the covered terrace like conservatory was my favourite room to longe by night with the door open to the lovely climate outdoors with a comfortable L shape sofa and great table with stools to play games or have tapas and in our case where cockapoo laid on the lovely cool tiled floor & he slept there at night. The lounge and kitchen had all modern furniture and kitchen appliances. The shower room was great. Eva host fabulously

Great place to stay. Very remote and peaceful. There were 13 of us in total (kids and adults) and all enjoyed our stay very much. I would recommend coming by car as it's quite remote and restaurants and other things are too far away to walk.

Raúl is a fantastic host, even before we had arrived he asked us if we needed anything fetching from the shops as we had a late arrival. He was super helpful and friendly and responsive to any questions we had. The house is lovely, spacious and within walking distance to all amenities and the beach! The hot tub is an added bonus and value for money at €60 per week. It was a stressful time for as we had just made the permanent move to Spain but we couldn’t have been made to feel more welcome! We spent 2 nights at Moisés' casa rural and were lucky to be the only occupants to enjoy the property. Tastefully decorated home, peaceful surroundings, great swimming pool, large enclosed and secured area for our dog to enjoy. Moisés was the perfect host and made himself available to deal with any issue. This is a place we would love to come back. Highly recommended.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful stay! We had a great stay at this apartment! It was modern, clean and very well equipped – everything we needed was in place. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds and sofa were comfortable, and the air conditioning was great. The pool area was beautiful and well maintained, perfect for both relaxation and a refreshing dip. The location was also great – quiet and peaceful, but still close to shops, restaurants and the beach. The host was helpful and easy to communicate with all the way. Highly recommend 👍

A perfect spot for the beach and shops we walked everywhere, the home was lovely and clean with everything you could possibly need and more. The pool was great and we used it every day and all the other local home owners who have access to it were lovely and we were felt very welcome. Thank you very much for your hospitality and your home we had a fantastic time away and celebrated our daughter’s 18th birthday at the local Irish bar. Many thanks Liam and family

Everything was great. A quiet area to go with the family, a spectacular pool ideal for children. Paco was very kind and attentive and available if we needed recommendations for eating or doing anything. We'll be back for sure

Top apartment that is equipped with all comforts. It was clean, on the beach (incl chairs and parasol), parking garage included and a nice host. It gave the opportunity to have a nice breakfast and lunch in the apartment, but there is also enough to do that outside the door when you walk out the door. A nice clean bathroom with also the possibility to do the laundry, a nice kitchen with everything you need, and the bed was wonderful. Also a nice balcony where you can sit comfortably.

Location was amazing and I cannot say enough about the apartment. We have a family place close by and would easily book this again and would recommend it to other members. If anything it’s undersold on here and makes a perfect location in Cabo roig/la zenia

Great place to stay and location.

Great communication from Christine/Claude throughout, the property is very well equipped (it has everything !) for large families and a 5 minute walk to the beach. The pool & hot tub & outdoor area in general is fantastic for relaxing or playing (ping pong, darts, table football..) before or after the beach. Indoors the air con is a great relief on hot days, TV and sofa area good for relaxing and verry well equipped kitchen. Separate drinks fridge available outside for beers so plenty of space for food. Huge BBQ is great! Property is in a very quiet peaceful location, supermarkets & majority of bars & restaurants are a 20 minute walk, a car would be helpful but taxis are available if you don't like walking. The bar on the beach is great for drinks, Cafe Makai for brunch & Cassa Manalo for dinner/takeaway are all a 5/10 min walk. We all loved our stay and look forward to returning one day! Thanks 🙏🏼

We rented Mercedes' apartment for a week and overall the experience was very good. The apartment was in perfect condition, with beautiful views and everything was very clean. Every time we needed a utensil or appliance, we found it without a problem. We were pleasantly surprised that no mosquitoes entered even with the windows open at night, even so, we had mosquito plugs and sprays, which is appreciated. However, there were a couple of details that we would have liked to know in advance: we were not told that the pool would be under construction all week. It was a shame, as it was a service (included in the total) that we valued a lot when choosing accommodation and that, in the end, we could not enjoy. In addition, the ceiling fan did not work properly with the remote control: the light could be turned on, but we could not get it to blow air. Despite these aspects, it is a very good apartment to spend a quiet and comfortable vacation.

Lovely villa, has everything you need and has local restaurants and a good shop for all you’re needs

Fina our host, who is ultra friendly and couldn’t be more helpful, was quick to respond for any questions and cooked us all (12 guests) a fabulous paella . We were delighted to receive fresh eggs every morning to make a large Spanish omelette enjoyed by all. The swimming pool was cleaned every morning before we got up. It’s a fab place for a large family gathering.

We had a fantastic stay and the apartment was in a great location a stones throw away from the beach & shops and had a private entrance which was great and very well equipped for an air b&b. Everything was lovely very clean and such friendly hosts & very flexible and super helpful every step of the way. A great find & good value for money 😃

We have just had the most amazing stay in Javier's beautiful apartment which was filled with everything you might need. Very clean, bright and spacious and in a great location overlooking the sea. Javier was the most wonderful and attentive host, providing superb information/recommendations and replying promptly to our questions. We had a very good experience at this home. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with appliances, it has a bathroom in excellent condition and a bedroom with two single beds, as well as a large and very comfortable sofa bed. The area is excellent and quiet, ideal for resting, and the large terrace was a great plus. The air conditioning works great. The accommodation also includes towels and everything you need to go to the beach, which was very practical. Bryan was a very attentive host and communicated very well with us. As we were late, he kindly left the keys in a safe place so we could pick them up without a problem. Everything worked perfectly. We would definitely recommend it.

Fantastic location, views of MarMenor were amazing. We did know the area & had visited San Pedro many times so were very happy to while away hours reading & looking at the fabulous views. Apartment had everything that was needed to have a very relaxing holiday with a massive choice of bars& restaurants on the doorstep .
