Beachfront holiday rentals in Torrazzo

We stayed 4 nights and we enjoyed every moment. The property is very unique. It is a detached apartment on a lot of a huge historic vila. We loved the most the terrace with the lake and garden view. Having breakfast and watching the lake was unforgettable There was a wedding one night and we can not say that we felt the noise at all The hosts were very nice and welcoming, they invited us to a family hosted event with BBQ and music

We stayed at the property for nine days and were generally very satisfied. Highlighted is the extremely central location and the balcony, which is directly facing the lake. So you can read a book or have a coffee there. The balcony to the back, near the bedrooms, is much quieter and also very sunny, mainly in the afternoon. Although Carla said it was a problem parking the car, we almost always found a parking spot in front of the house or in close walking distance on the promenade. Since we are not Italians, the waste system was a challenge for us. But Karla also helped us very well here. Our dog also felt very comfortable and enjoyed the hours of sunshine on the balcony and watched people from there. All in all a very good apartment in the best central waterfront location in Stresa. We will be happy to come back and recommend the apartment.

Stay at the end of April for this rental. Perfect location to visit Milan and the Boron Islands. Located a few dozen meters from the lake with a private grassy beach and beautiful views, ideal for an evening meal watching the sun go down. A very well equipped accommodation for long stays even if we only spent a long weekend there. At this time few restaurants nearby but a large area nearby (10mn walk). And above all, a 5-star welcome after our struggles on the road and the accumulation of several hours late to the scheduled arrival. Thanks!

The place was very nice and very close to the lake. Even though it is right on a side road, the night was super quiet. Recommended

Casa die Sophie is a nice apartment equipped with everything you need. The location is very good to the lake and center, the only problem is the main road with a lot of traffic (but that was already described and we were on the road all day, so it did not bother us) If you are there with a dog, the garden is worth its weight in gold. Gaetano is a very friendly host, very helpful! He provided great toys for our dog. Be sure to eat at his pizzeria Vizio 5! Everything is very tasty! It's worth it!

Our visit to Marta’s place was relaxing and enjoyable. We spent two nights there and decided to eat in both nights because of the location and facilities. Marta even sorted out the barbecue for us. Lots of nice touches milk, juice,breakfast stuff all available upon our arrival. A very relaxing stop in a busy area of the lake.

A great relaxing location on the waterfront. Our host Mafalda was very attentive and made sure our stay was exactly as we wanted. We enjoyed the private balcony next to the water with sun beds and outdoor furniture. The 2 sunshades were very good to have. We also rented a boat through Mafalda which was of top quality and well maintained. It was a great way to see the lake and the attractions she pointed out to us. Please note the apartment does not have air conditioning however, the bedroom has an oscillating fan, and, as there were no mosquitoes we were able to have the terrace doors open all night. It was not an issue for us. A 5 minute walk to Feriolo gives you access to a myriad of cafes and restaurants of varying price and service. Thank you Mafalda for a great experience. We had an absolutely lovely stay here. With four adults and two young children we had plenty of room and so enjoyed having the lake on our doorstep and the kayaks. We will definitely be back!

We struggled with the lock but Giuseppe was extremely helpful. The place was very good value for money as we wanted space and a garden for our dog and a washing machine as we were on a month long trip. At first you don’t get an instant impression of where you are but the location was right next to a panoramic walk along the lake for about 20 mins into the town.

The apartment is clean and well maintained, in a quiet neighborhood, a little away from the city center. There is a pier for the Borromean Islands just down the hill, following the road that descends from the church. The apartment is well-equipped and the garden is very nice. Marco was very welcoming, responsive to our messages and his instructions are very clear. Our stay was very pleasant and we'll keep the address for our next stay at Lake Maggiore.

Alessandro's place is very nicely decorated, clean and well arranged. The residence, located in the heart of a vast and beautiful park, is very pleasant and quiet. The apartment is located not far from the city center of Stresa, a pretty little town from where you can go to visit the beautiful Borromean Islands. Communication with Alessandro is easy, it transmits accurate information and can be reached at any time. Everything is organized to make the stay enjoyable. We thank him for his friendly welcome. We highly recommend this beautiful place by Lake Maggiore.

Beautiful apartment with great lake views. If you are good on foot, you can reach the beach in 2 minutes. The location itself is very central between Pettenasco and Omegna. The apartment offers everything you need for four, is clean, friendly and tastefully equipped. We were very warmly welcomed and instructed. Whenever we had any questions, someone was there. Perfect location, beautiful and clean apartment. The small balcony and especially the small, enclosed single garage for our motorcycles were again extra plus points. The Communication with Edoardo was very good and completely hassle-free. We will be happy to come back.

We had a wonderful week of vacation. The very lovingly renovated and very well-equipped 3-storey former fisherman's cottage is located in a small side street to the waterfront. All rooms have air conditioning, the rooms are spacious and both have a small balcony. The small kitchen is very well equipped. Contact during booking and support on site were great. Easy check-in and check-out. Nadja greeted and said goodbye to us personally, provided us with various tips and was always available. The eastern side of the lake is a little less touristy. In Angera, there are several beautiful bars and cafes, a small, very well-stocked supermarket, and very good restaurants. Everything is easily accessible on foot, so you can get by very well without a car. Ferry pier 2 minutes from the house, Arona with train station (Domodossola-Milan route) and ferries up the lake, so easily accessible. Free public parking on the street. We'd love to come back!

We enjoyed our time at Liz's lakefront condo. The views of Lake Maggiore from the living room/dining room and balcony are stunning. The location is peaceful, less crowded than the Piedmont side of the lake (Arona, Stresa, etc) but still has plenty to offer: good restaurants, historical sites, a beautiful promenade, and ferry service. The condo's private beach hadn't yet opened for the season during our stay. The listing and pictures are accurate. The unit is spotless and cozy with a decent kitchen, smart TV, and super comfortable bed. Our free parking spot was across the street next to the condo's private beach. Liz and her husband Alessandro are friendly, gracious, responsive and helpful hosts. They greeted us upon arrival and showed us where everything was and how things worked in the condo. They also had good suggestions for places to eat and visit. Liz checked in with us a few times during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a very nice stay in Cerro in Andrea's apartment, from there we enjoyed a lot and were looking forward to the evening view of the lake every time. The apartment is located on the second floor within walking distance of Cerre, was sparkling clean and tastefully decorated. Our recommendation would be to provide a pan and a smaller cooking pot more as well as egg cups. The garbage separation or storage system did not open up to us immediately. Overall a great stay thank you so much

A beautiful place right by Lake Orta. The apartment has everything you need for a relaxing stay. So idyllic to be able to sit on the private dock. I swam every day. Only a few minutes walk from the Oira ferry, which takes you to Orta San Giulio.

We had a great time at Silvia's place, it is extremely well equipped, well located and we really appreciated the little touches that awaited us ( everything for breakfast...). On the other hand, the presence of a kayak and bikes is a real plus, as well as the private parking space. Silvia is a helpful, discreet and very friendly host. We warmly recommend this place.
