Davide and Annalisa's cottage was absolutely gorgeous, exactly as the pictures showed. It was the perfect place for us to relax and enjoy our last week in Italy. Breakfast out on the patio with the birds chirping and surrounded by nature was a great way to start the day. Davide lit the heater for the hot tub for us and we were able to enjoy a wonderful evening relaxing. Davide and Annalisa were full of good recommendations for restaurants and local places to visit. The cottage is within driving distance of so much - Pisa, Florence, Siena and of course San Gimignano just to name a few. All the amenities we needed were included, the WIFI was great and the cottage was very comfortable. I would highly recommended staying here and if we are ever in the vicinity we would certainly stay here again.

Lovely experience, would definately stay again! This casa has absolutely amazing views: from relaxing pool days to the stunning sunsets on the terrace. The location and the overall atmosphere were exactly what we were looking for. Inside, there was everything we needed, great air conditioning and a cozy feeling. Parking was easy, and it’s a good base for day trips to Siena, Firenze and all other nearby locations, if you even feel like leaving this beautiful place. This is my third visit to the Lucca area, but my first time to stay inside the city walls. Fabrizio’s apartment is perfect with respect to location, style, and quality. The terrace is such a haven. Any meals we cooked were eaten out there, and a glass of wine in the evening is a must while you listen to the lively vibe of Lucca.

Die Kommunikation vor unserer Anreise war sehr gut, die Gastgeberin hat sehr schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert und sich selbst auch proaktiv bei uns gemeldet. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und durften sogar 1h früher einchecken. Uns wurde alles in und um das Haus gezeigt. Das Haus und der Garten + Pool waren sehr sauber. Die Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern waren wichtig und haben auch gut funktioniert. In der Küche findet man alles was man benötigt. Der Garten ist schön groß und top gepflegt. Auch der große Pool mit dem wunderschönen Ausblick hat uns begeistert. Die Gastgeber, die ca. 50m neben an wohnen, haben sich jeden morgen um den Pool gekümmert und geprüft ob dort alles okay ist. Die Anfahrt war auch relativ einfach. Ca. 30 Minuten Autofahrt zum Haus gibt es einen großen Coop Supermarkt, wo wir einkaufen waren. Das Meer ist auch nur 30 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und haben unseren Urlaub als 6 Personen Gruppe voll genossen!

Wat een rust en wat een uitzicht. Mooi landgoed en supervriendelijk mensen die het je naar de zin proberen te maken. Ook een mooi en fijn zwembad voor als het erg warm is.

Meravigliosamente immerso nella natura, il casale con la sua varietà di locali e di spazi esterni , angoli curati ed intimi nel giardino intorno alla casa , piante e fiori che decorano ed ombreggiano è veramente piacevole. Il nostro appartamento era spazioso e molto curato nei dettagli ..ho apprezzato molto le caratteristiche antiche mantenute nella ristrutturazione e la cura nei dettagli, la creatività dei decori. I "fiori all'occhiello" sono il terrazzino con vista sulla valle e la colazione che con cura è stata preparata da Viola..da non perdere!!! e la piscina ...un respiro fresco nel caldo estivo....e poi la compagnia discreta e dolce di Cappuccino , Nerina e i gatti tutti adorabili. I ventilatori al soffitto nel pomeriggio non riescono a rinfrescare molto , ma la sera e la notte la temperatura si abbassa nuovamente e si dorme benissimo nel silenzio della campagna. Un soggiorno nella casa di Viola è da non perdere, così come la sua marmellata di More di gelso da acquistare.
