Enjoy our caravan located in stunning Hoburne Devon Bay, Paignton. The caravan provides unsurpassed guest facilities, with attention to detail throughout. If you love the great outdoors but also crave luxurious comfort, this caravan is your perfect destination. This property has a full gas central heating and a wall mounted electric fire in the lounge area, to keep you cosy and warm during your stay. Staying here also allows you access to the private decking with a private hot tub As a self-catering, caravan you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a full sized fridge/freezer, a 5 ring hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, an airfryer, a dishwasher and a microwave. The caravan is a perfect place to relax and offers 2 smarr televisions and internet access. This caravan has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6. In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed. and a full ensuite In the next bedroom, there are 2 single beds. The third bedroom also contains 2 single beds. There are 2 bathrooms. The first bathroom is ensuite, has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower. The second bathroom has a toilet a sink and a walk-in shower. Entertaintment/site passes, inen, towels, and an iron/ironing board are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. House Rules: - Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am. - Smoking is not allowed. - There are free on-street parking parking facilities available at the property. Pets stay free Entertainment passes, all linen, towels but not beach towels are all included
