This is an excellent property close to Zion National Park. We would certainly stay here again.

We had an incredible stay in Ivins, Utah! The home was immaculate—brand new, beautifully furnished, and equipped with every amenity you could think of. The view overlooking the ancient lava field from Snow Canyon was absolutely stunning and added a unique touch to an already serene setting. The neighborhood was peaceful, welcoming, and clearly designed with relaxation in mind. The community pool and gym were great bonuses, and the adult-oriented environment made for a quiet and restful stay. The hosts were responsive, friendly, and made everything seamless from start to finish. Easy to access and perfectly located for outdoor activities. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and scenic getaway in Ivins!

We were in Ivins for business and Jackie was great to work with. The home is located near the Tuacahn theater at the mouth of Snow Canyon and we were able to catch a play while we were there.

The home was absolutely beautiful, the host was helpful and kind, I would absolutely stay here again!

Excellent rental! It was a quick drive to Zion, had a few local restaurants that were walkable, and a hot tub! Great host, and gorgeous home. Would highly recommend!

Another great stay! We were back for our annual Memorial weekend visit, and it was as wonderful as ever. I believe this was our 4th time staying here. Tons of space, great yard, amazing pool. Updated furniture and mattresses recently. Would stay again!

Brand new, spotless, spacious, charming, with a garden and pool to boot - what more could you want?! Total thumbs up.

The house was a little smaller than expected but otherwise it worked out great. Location was central to everywhere we wanted to visit. The kids loved the backyard!

Staying at Astoa Extea was an excellent experience. Ultra clean, super comfortable beds, and an overall peaceful place to stay. The home was well stocked which made it feel extra homey...would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat near beautiful parks and many outdoor activities.

Bailey, Jon and pups were wonderful hosts. It was one of the best airbnbs we stayed at while completing our Utah national park tour. Everything was labeled and easily accessible. Clean. Loved the “all things closet” that had various items including a pack n play and dry shampoo - the essentials. Coffee bar was awesome! Thanks so much y’all!

We arrived and found the home clean and nice..and cold! AC works well! Most of the house is updated. The upstairs full bathroom needs to be updated but in working condition! The back porch needs a decent amount of cosmetic love...so we didnt do much there...it was kinda sketchy actually, but functional. The orchard-- from the description seemed bigger in my head?!?! It was a large backyard with many trees and flowers and an old water feature that is ready to be updated to something else, but all in all, it was nice to wander around outside a bit with the kids. There were 3 couples and 2 kids and we all felt adequately spaced out and not crowded in the living room, dining and kitchen area! The dining table was matching the beautiful and redone kitchen. We did realize we should have brought paper towels or napkins...and there was 1 roll and we went thru it with a day to go still. Also, be ready to wash utensils after every meal or BYO! It was a great experience all in all!

Our first time visiting Zion was a joy while staying here! This house is clean, cozy, and an easy drive to the national park. We appreciated the small touches like business cards for local places and quality lotions in the bathrooms. The backyard is rock which was not ideal for our toddler but they had a closet with lots of toys which made up for it! Definitely would recommend!

The place was clean, comfortable, lovely views and very peaceful. We enjoyed our stay, felt at home and would recommend it to friends or anyone who asks.

Everything we needed was there. The place had great kitchen equipment, so I was able to cook comfortably. The owner responded quickly and was very friendly. We’re happy to recommend this place!

We immensely enjoyed our stay here as we visited Zion. Super cute and peaceful with gorgeous mesa views and surrounding areas. It was very peaceful . Mary was amazing and very helpful to familiarize us with the area. We would love to come back here!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at April’s charming historic home! The house is bursting with character, from its beautifully preserved details to the warm, inviting atmosphere. The location couldn’t be better. It’s perfectly situated for exploring the town of Hurricane, La Verkin, and a short drive to Zion. Our family’s favorite part was relaxing on the front porch each evening, soaking in the peaceful vibe. The beds were incredibly comfortable which was a huge bonus after a fun day of hiking Zion. It was the ideal spot for our family’s second stop on our National Park tour. Highly recommend this gem!

We stayed here as part of a large family vacation for a graduation. It was plenty spacey enough for the entire family to enjoy. The hosts had local recommendations and guidance before, during, and after the trip. We would most certainly stay at one of their properties in the future.

We loved this place, the swim spa, trampoline and play area outside as well as space for our kids. Beds were comfortable and we loved the local coffee shop 5 min away, River Rock Roasting, that had great views and yummy food. Close enough to many Zion hiking options and St George. Hosts were responsive and quick with any questions we had! Highly recommend. We are a family of 5 and it was really comfortable!

One of the most beautiful Airbnb’s I’ve stayed at. The view & serene vibe of the farm was amazing to wake up to and go to bed to each day. My husband, children, and I loved it so much. Also super nice for families since they have a high chair & pack and play! My kids loved the chickens and the playground and seeing the sheep & cows. Amazing stay!

Great place! Very clean and organized, equipped with all the essentials. The backyard is beautiful. Temperature was in to the 100s and the place stayed perfectly cool the whole time. Highly recommend!

We had a great time staying here for 3 nights! The house had lots of extra amenities, especially the kitchen. It was completely stocked with all the cooking utensils, pots, pans, toaster, etc., that you would need. The game room was a big hit with the kids, and we loved the outdoor space as well. You could tell thatthey had really thought through all of the things that people might need while staying here and I really appreciated that consideration. We would definitely stay here again!
