Holiday rentals with a patio in Topsail Island

This is a beautiful place! It is just steps from the beach! The unit is well equipped to make any of your favorite meals. There is plenty of space and a beautiful view from the deck. We will definitely be back!

We loved staying here for a week! We had an extremely memorable time together. The king bed was so incredibly comfortable to sleep in. Kitchen was great to cook in and had plenty of everything I needed to make meals. Loved the living room space, it was very warm and cozy. The balcony had a nice ocean view. Plenty of beach items to use, we loved the beach cart to be able to be rolled up and down to take what we wanted to the beach.

We had a wonderful stay at this oceanfront apartment in Topsail Beach! The space was clean, bright, and beautifully maintained, with unbeatable views of the ocean. Waking up to the sound of the waves and sipping coffee on the balcony made every morning feel like a dream.

My boyfriend and I loved staying at Lauren’s place! When we arrived check-in was simple with a code and check-out instructions were clear as well. Everything was very clean and looked just like the photos. The area was great because we were less than 8 minutes from pretty much everything you can think of. Thank you Lauren!

Was in Wilmington for a 5 day work trip. Great place to break up the monotony of staying in a hotel every week. The location is perfect and the vibes of the unit and building are immaculate. Would 100% book again if I find myself in Wilmington for work or personal travel!

First, Thank you and your husband as veterans for your Service. Sarah was a wonderful host. Her condo faces the beach and pool area and they were very easy to access. It was very quiet during the day and night. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching and listening to the waves. The appliances were all new and the condo was very clean. I had difficulty with the condo house number and the lock (operator error on my part) and Sarah answered my text in less than a minute and offered to come over if I needed. The beach was clean and very walkable.

We rented Steve's place to attend our granddaughters graduation.The location was very convenient with plenty to do within walking distance. Plenty of street parking but also a private spot in the back of the house. We didn't do any cooking but the apartment was well equipped if you wanted to cook small meals. There are 2 air conditioners which made the apartment very comfortable. Plenty of hot water with great pressure for 2 people. My only suggestion is to add a book with suggestions for things to do and places to eat. I'm very familiar with Wilmington but for newcomers, there's a lot to see and do that only locals can recommend. Great breweries, restaurants...even the Harris Teeter has a wine bar with music! Buy a bottle of wine, cheese, italian meats and crackers and enjoy the relaxing porch at sunset!

Beautiful full ocean view. Loved how all three doors opened onto the balcony with the four Adirondack chairs to take in the view. The condo was clean and nicely decorated, perfect for the four of us with two rooms and two bathrooms. We hope to stay here again when visiting our son!

What a lovely stay at Cameron’s. We absolutely loved the peace and tranquillity. The porch was so relaxing. If you golf, you are steps away from teeing off. There were snacks waiting for us, which was such a nice touch after our flight. There are so many things to see and do. We would definitely stay here again. We knew it was going to be nice from the pictures, but, it was even better than expected. The bedroom was large and the bed was comfy. There’s privacy between the primary and other bedroom. Great large bathrooms, too. Hosts were very responsive and wanted us to have the best time! Thanks so much for having us!

This place is a gem! Beds were comfy, views of the sound at sunset were amazing and the produce stand next to the house made grabbing last minute items a breeze! We will definitely be coming back 😊

My husband, our dog Max and I had a wonderful time staying at Tara's place. we loved the decorations, the peace and is just like the pictures described. We are very thankful and we can't wait to came back again! Thank you Tara you have an amazing and cozy place.

A perfect little spot for a couple! Incredibly easy walk to the beach and cute restaurants/shops. The beach access right across from the unit wasn't overly crowded and made for relaxing and peaceful beach days.

Janet should be a super host if she is not already ranked as one. She was very hospitable and the location was amazing. We had everything we needed including complimentary drinks and snacks.

Had a peaceful weekend getaway with my girlfriend here. It’s a beautiful home with a historic look and feel. Comfortable bed, gorgeous bathroom, clean kitchen, private parking, nice colors, and a lot of natural light. It did everything we needed to and more. Special thanks to the hosts for reaching out and making sure everything was top notch, and replying quick to any questions or needs. Would stay here again.

Our time at Bikini Bottom was everything I hoped for and more. The views were stunning, the villa was spotless and beautifully furnished, and the beach access and pools made every day feel like we were at a resort. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and unwind. Highly recommended!

Super awesome place! Location is the best part of this condo. Although it can get loud on the weekend nights, it is central to downtown and you can easily walk anywhere. This place is clean and cozy. We will be back!

We so enjoyed our stay! The property was just as pictured and the view from the balcony was beautiful. Morgan was responsive and proactive, as well!

Warren's condo was perfect and just as descried and pictured. The evenings on the deck watching the boats go by and beautiful sunsets were wonderful.

A great place for two people in a perfect location for walking to the nightlife around the historic Wilmington area and waterfront. Clean and comfortable inside and the balcony provides a wonderful view of the Cape Fear river and battleship!

it was a lovely stay, but way you checked in at 3:00 p.m. and had to leave by 10:00 a.m. So I don't feel it was quite worth the amount of money that we paid, especially since we had to do some of the cleaning at the end. we're not really cleaning, but just you know start the laundry and what not. the location's great. I don't think there was enough mentioned on the steps on the ad about the steps that you have to to go up in order to get into the condo. it's quite a bit and if you've got suitcases or anything you can't roll them in so there's an enormous amount of steps and that was a concern or a slight problem. The place itself was cozy and comfortable and clean and lovely.

We enjoyed our stay. The location is fantastic. It is just 1 block off the beach with shopping, bars and a grocery store just steps away. The bridge to go into Wilmington was very close and convenient. I was so impressed with everything that was stocked for us...extensive kitchen utensils, a full coffee/tea bar, paper towels, cooler, beach chairs/towels, a bag of ice, etc. We had everything we needed. The shower was wonderful. It was very clean, and communication was great. The outdoor deck was fantastic. We spent most of our time there. I highly recommend!
