Beach apartment holiday rentals in Topsail Island

Carmen was wonderful to work with! The only downside was there was really no beach with high tide due to erosion. We made the best of it and found a public access a little further away and had a great time. The place was adorable and we felt incredibly safe the whole time. Would definitely book this place again!

Verya clean and modern space, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The amenities were thoughtful, definitely recommend!

First, don’t worry if you are going to have a beach. We stayed there one week after a topical storm hit. At high tide (10:00am) you have enough to sit up chairs and umbrella. From 11:00 am to sunset you have plenty of beach. The condo was well stocked with kitchen utensils, pots and pans. The AC works great and the beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows. Patio was nice for ocean views. Good news, easy to sleep late without sun blasting into the window. Bad news, no sunrise or sunset view. Having an elevator in the complex was great loading and unloading. When we contacted Lauren she was always quick to respond. Well done. This was the kind of stay that makes you look to see if a condo is for sale to move there.

We thoroughly enjoyed 3 nights over Memorial weekend at Shelley’s place It’s perfect for 2 people and maybe a small family for a peaceful family time Unfortunately weather wasn’t the best but advantage of ocean front on 3 rd floor with an excellent view made for it Apartment is tasteful decorated, comfortable, clean and homey, has everything you need including beach attire, easy parking, pool, playground, outside grills Shelley is very friendly and easy approachable, thank you We are very picky eaters and found no great restaurants in a whole Topsell beach area , so I recommend to bring food you like and beverages and enjoy it at her apartment with oceanfront views 😀

Suze and John are such a pleasant couple and went above and beyond to meet our needs! They both are kind and helpful. They were prompt in their responses and in servicing an appliance need. The space felt like home and is definitely blessed! The view of the ocean and being able to walk right out to the water was wonderful!!! Very clean and organized. Clam Chowder is a comfy little slice of heaven! We will return!! Thank you and Bless you friends!

We absolutely loved Brandi’s condo! I told my husband it felt like I was right at home, from the decor and furniture to the peaceful atmosphere, it was perfect! Extremely clean and well kept, everything was provided just as listed and then some. We will definitely be returning and had the most perfect vacation. Thanks Brandi!

Beautiful condo, right on the beach. Complex had several pools and a jacuzzi, restaurant off the lobby. Elizabeth was very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend her condo.

Definitely worth every penny you pay to stay here! it was very comfortable and about as oceanfront as you could possibly get. the host has quite literally thought of everything when it comes to amenities in the home too!

We loved our stay at The Salty Pineapple! The location was perfect! We enjoyed several meals out on the patio. Everything was exactly as Kim described. We can’t wait to visit again!

Location, location, location…walkable and affordable best of both worlds. Recommend renting bikes from shady rentals to get to the beach quickly without the hassle of parking.

Absolutely loved our stay at this Mira-Mar's vacation rental! The property was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing getaway. Just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and local shops, which made everything super convenient. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure we felt right at home. We can't wait to come back and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful beach escape!

What a great place to stay! It was even cuter in person and oh, so clean! We loved the location and were able to walk to many places! It was “so close” to the beach as well. We plan to come back in the future and consider this one of our best ABB stays.

We loved our stay at Heather's place! Everything was just as described and as shown in the pictures. The kitchen had everything we needed, the unit was exceptionally clean. Heather was very responsive, she also checked in with us a couple times to make sure we arrived ok and after a bad storm moved through. Great host! We highly recommend Heather's place and would definitely stay again in the future!

It’s a great place and the location is perfect. There’s a pool and a beach access. There are beach chairs available to use as well. We really had a great time. The instructions were very clear and we really appreciated the early check-in. It was indeed a lovely beach getaway. We will definitely be back.

Our time at Bikini Bottom was everything I hoped for and more. The views were stunning, the villa was spotless and beautifully furnished, and the beach access and pools made every day feel like we were at a resort. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and unwind. Highly recommended!

We had a Girls getaway and this place met our needs perfectly. We love how close it is to the beach and everything was clean and everything thing you could possibly need is here. If we come back to this area we would definitely book this place again!! 😎

This was a gorgeous place in a wonderful location!! We loved watching the boats and the drawbridge! We walked to the wedding rehearsal dinner and party and for coffee and lunch. Highly recommend!

Absolute perfection! The condo is exquisitely decorated, incredibly well-equipped, extremely comfortable, super-clean, and on one of the most exquisite sections of coastal NC! We loved every moment - from coffee on the gorgeous balcony to walks along the tranquil shoreline - which is just steps outside the door. Our family of 4 cannot wait to return to this exceptional property, and we are so very grateful to Suzanne and Orsi for being so responsive, organized, and hospitable! Highly recommend!

This great Station One condo was just what my family needed for our stay in Wrightsville! The surroundings are beautiful, and the property is easily walkable to restaurants, coffee shops, and a favorite boutique. Payton’s place is just as pictured — clean and neat, with a lovely view. When we had a question, it was promptly answered. We had a wonderful stay!

You can’t ask for a better location. The view is stunning and there’s a private beach access. There was plenty of space and it didn’t feel crowded at all. We also had very clear communication leading up to and during the trip from our host. We’d definitely return!

For our vacation trip we had 5 adults, 3 kids and a baby and we absolutely loved our stay here! It is a great spot! Everyone loved the place. There was plenty of space for us all. We would definitely stay here again. The balcony has a good view of the ocean and the pier. We even saw dolphins from the balcony. Navigating the resort was easy. The kitchen was well stocked for us to cook. We had everything we needed for our time here. Our kids really enjoyed the pools. They also enjoyed walking the beach looking for shells and playing by the ocean. It was so beautiful You have to try the restaurant here too, it is so good, we all loved our food. We had a prefect vacation! Thank you so much for opening your place, we hope to visit again.

Our last minute stay was great! The house was newly renovated and the hosts were thoughtful in providing more than the bare minimum. Quality paper products/laundry/dishwasher pods/soap/shampoo/basic cooking oils/seasonings. Very well stocked kitchen. Above and beyond a typical rental space with what they provided. Beds/linens/towels were great and comfy. Only recommendations are more places to hang things (no towel bars/hooks in 2nd full bath, more hooks in general to hang towels/ bathing suits etc.). We would be happy to stay here again!
