Holiday rentals with a pool in Topsail Beach

Had a great week at Liquid State. The house was extremely clean and had everything from kitchen items to beach items (chairs, umbrellas, wagon, canopy, etc.). The beds are comfortable, but soft. Great location with a short walk to either the sound for amazing sunsets or the beach. House was comfortable and the pool was amazing. Would recommend this house and would stay again! Thanks Bridget and Thomas for the candy, wine and goodies, as well as your quick responses to minor needs.

We had a great stay here! The location in proximity to the beach access and walkable to restaurants was a big plus for us. The communication and responsiveness was so appreciated! The house itself matched the pictures and there were so many thought out details and amenities already provided. Thank you!

We had the best beach vacation at Kristin’s place. The house was just as described and very well stocked with just about everything we needed for a great stay. The kitchen was one of best for folks like us who cook most meals - plenty of pots and pans, utensils, and lots of dishes. Beds were all super comfy. And the use of the beach towels, chairs, sun shades and toys were WONDERFUL saving us precious packing space in the car. Kristin was very helpful with all my questions. 10 out of 10! Next time we are headed to the beach, this is the first place I will try to book. Thank you!

This property was incredible! We had a great weekend here with some incredible vibes. Scott was super responsive to any of the questions our guests had for him and gave us the perfect location for the perfect time. Everything about the house was great and the views were incredible! The mini putting green was great practice for the round of golf we played during our stay. Our whole group would love to come back someday and we highly recommend it to anyone else looking for a great long weekend at the beach!

We had an amazing stay! The home was new, clean and beautiful! There was plenty of room, especially with the decks! It met our needs perfectly! We loved all of the activities in the fun yard! It was the best one in the area! We also enjoyed how close we were to the beach! Drew responded quickly to my questions before our stay, which I really appreciated. He was very kind and helpful. We would definitely stay here again, if we vacation in Oak Island in the future.

This is our second visit in this beautiful house. Everything you need for small kids and the island is one of our favorite places! Great hosts! Great house! We will be back.

Great place, close to the beach (5 minute walk) and excellent host. The real gem was the pool. Very convenient location to everything in Emerald Isle but also private enough that we weren’t bothered by noise or neighbors. Family friendly house that we’d definitely consider again. This was our third time staying here, and it never disappoints. The location is perfect with easy access to the beach—just a short walk and you're there! The space is cozy and welcoming, and the bed is incredibly comfortable. It's our favorite beach, and the kids absolutely love the pool. Always a relaxing, enjoyable stay—we'll definitely be back again!

This place was beautiful! Fort Fisher is literally right next door! The place was clean,beautiful, quiet and had everything we needed. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook, the pool was well kept, and The view was hard to leave. Will be back. 🫶🏻

We had a great time at Rachel's condo, the place was amazing and is better than the listing shows.

It was our 40th anniversary and we decided that we wanted to go to our favorite beach in North Carolina. We could see the ocean from this apartment and a very short walk to the beach. Enjoyed sleeping on the beds and having 2 bathrooms were fantastic. AC was great and water pressure in shower, was too. They had everything you needed and didnt lack on the supplies. Denise has thought of everything. Her condo is absolutely perfect, a very private and peaceful place. The pictures are accurate and in person it’s even better. My best friend and I have been going on beach trips for 9 years, so we have seen many beach houses. We know what we want and we FINALLY found one we are returning to next year for our 10th to celebrate 40 years of friendship. I can’t think of a better place for it. ♥️ Denise is very detailed with YOUR experience. She has literally thought of all your needs and the home is emasculate. I cannot say enough about this GEM. It was clean, modern, stocked and comfortable. The view was AMAZING. The privacy was incredible. A total reset from “adulting”. I cannot say enough except STAY HERE, STOP LOOKING! The condo was the perfect vacation spot for a couple and our 3 kids. Love the upstairs space & decor. Pool and beach were walking distance. The beach was clean. The area was not overly crowded. Private entrance, safe. Would recommend for a family! Chris was also very responsive & helpful. Thanks for a great family vacation!

Loved staying at Bee and Joe’s place! Beautiful home with beautiful ocean views! Close and easy access to the beach. Convenient to go back and grab a snack or anything else when needed. Well stocked with supplies to get you started. They send timely messages with needed information for check in and check out, and are quick to respond when messaged. Perfect beach vacation! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Bee and Joe for a lovely family vacation spot!
