The house is simply beautiful and has everything you could ask for. 🥰 You immediately feel comfortable and at home. The kitchen is perfectly equipped and otherwise we didn't miss anything. Even more beautiful than expected – absolute recommendation! Our stay in this accommodation was simply fantastic - even more beautiful than we had imagined! The location is wonderfully quiet and yet optimal for reaching many different cities and excursion destinations within about 30 minutes. The house is well maintained, sparkling clean and furnished with great attention to detail. It exudes a warm, inviting atmosphere - we felt at home from the very first moment. The hostess is exceptionally warm, helpful and attentive. You can immediately tell that she is wholeheartedly committed and that the well-being of her guests is her top priority. We felt completely comfortable - our stay really couldn't have been better. Thank you for this wonderful time - we will definitely come back!

We were able to spend 9 wonderful days in Mikela's vacation home. The children especially liked the large garden with pool and the play facilities. House and furnishings were exactly as described. Mikela lives with her family right next door and was always helpful to reach or gave us insider tips for the area. Although the house is rural, it is ideally located to quickly reach excursion destinations both with the beach and inland. We have decided to come back in any case. Thanks again to you, Mikela!

Simply perfect. From booking to checkout. Rarely have I found such a positive experience while traveling. Even more beautiful and larger in real life than in the pictures. Marina was super communicative and quick to respond. When we are back in Istria, there is only one AirBnB for us.

Our stay at Villa ZEL was great. Located in the heart of Istria, the villa is an ideal starting point for trips around the region. It is also extremely comfortable for relaxing indoors or around the pool. The accommodation is clean, nicely designed and well equipped. Leana was always available online. We would definitely come back again.

Villa Faloniga is simply sensationally beautiful and you just notice that the house is only 2 years old and no costs have been spared in the well thought out construction. The workmanship and amenities are simply top notch, not to mention the quiet location and views over the vineyards 😍 The hosts are also available 24/7 and are happy to help at any time. A stay with a baby is also not a problem. We would like to provide us with a baby cot, as well as a high chair by the host. We can only recommend the villa and are considering coming back for the next few years.

Very nice contact person. Always very quick feedback and easy contact to identify key handover. The house was very beautiful and we had a great stay. In the same village there is also a place where you can eat well (only a 2-minute walk away). All in all highly recommended to spend a wonderful holiday with family or friends.

Villa Casa Nova is relatively new, in a quiet location, well equipped and very clean. The village of Bale is located halfway between Rovinj and Pula. The sea is also only a few kilometers away. We really enjoyed the pool, sauna and jacuzzi. Everything tipitopi. The rooms and bathrooms are functional and very nice. The mattresses guarantee a restful sleep. The kitchen is excellently equipped and the private barbeque room invites you to barbecue in a great atmosphere. Everything was provided except for the charcoal.

The house is great for having a good time with friends.

Very nice villa in a quiet neighborhood. Several externally similar houses in a small settlement, Located about 20 minutes from Porec and Rovinj, but easy to reach by car. Villa exactly matches the photos. Highly recommended. Easy check-in and check-out with keybox. Super nice quiet environment. But also no problem to let a little loud music run. Amenities largely correspond to the description, only small things were missing, such as salt,pepper and oil. Or a working hairdryer.

Everything was just perfect. We were 11 people and we had the best time. Igor, the host, was super kind, he organized taxis for us, gave us great tips and was super responsive. And the house is simply beautiful, with beautiful landscape and a lot to do. We were playing volleyball and golf, had a bbq evening and were relaxing in jacuzzi. Worth the price, cannot wait to visit again.

We had a wonderful week in this fantastic Airbnb! The house is rustic and charming on the outside, but ultra-modern on the inside - a perfect combination of coziness and comfort. We really lacked nothing: everything was sparkling clean, well-equipped and designed with great attention to detail. The pool was a real highlight – very well maintained and ideal for relaxing. The surroundings are wonderfully quiet, ideal for unwinding. We would especially like to highlight the host Mario, who was incredibly friendly, helpful and always quickly available. You feel immediately welcome and well looked after. We can fully recommend this place and will be happy to come back!

We had a great week in this nicely renovated and cosy house with a nice living room and great garden with pool. It is located right between several nice cities like Rovinji, Porec and Pula and close to many nice beaches. It is a place where you feel a home straight away.

This villa was a really nice place to relax and watch the sunsets at the pool :) Also the living spaces, kitchen and outdoor cooking area were excellent. We can really recommend staying here and enjoy the quiet surrounding nature. Thanks for hosting us :)

The accommodation is exactly as described and is exactly as shown in the photos – absolutely authentic! The villa is modern, very clean, well maintained and well equipped. We really lacked nothing and felt completely comfortable from the first moment. The location is very quiet and perfect for relaxing days. This was by far the nicest place we've ever stayed at on Airbnb—and we've had some really nice ones. A place just as beautiful as the pictures show. A very modern yet cozy house. Designed and furnished with great attention to detail. And we mean every little detail. Four gorgeous bedrooms with modern bathrooms. Our favorite place was the outdoor kitchen. We spent pretty much every evening there, cooking, eating, drinking – just outstanding. There were lots of toys for the little ones too. The pool was great, clean, and wonderful for cooling off and swimming a few laps. What else can we say? For anyone who doesn't necessarily need the ocean on their doorstep but still wants to have a great time in Croatia – this is the place to be.

We were there as a family (5 adults, 1 two-year-old, 1 dog) and it was a dream! The villa is surrounded by a beautiful, semi-shady garden and is absolutely quiet. The whole house was perfectly clean and the kitchen is more than well equipped. You really don't need to take anything with you. There are also plenty of towels per person. All of us slept well, grilling worked well, air conditioning works properly. There were even play options like a slide and a playhouse for our son! The possibility of washing your laundry is also practical. The property is also fenced all around, so the dog cannot go on an excursion alone. All in all, absolutely recommended :)
