Very good stay, quiet house, clean, pleasant bedding, well-equipped kitchen, the house retains freshness. The view of the lake is crazy and swimming is a real joy. Very good communication with Silvia who offered to check us out later than planned. The only downside is that a single bathroom containing the toilet can sometimes be a little bit just for six. We would recommend this house without hesitation!

Ghanim was, together with Vera, an excellent host. Very friendly, helpful and seemed to be always on call for our questions. We had some trouble finding the location (due to Google Maps not selecting the right area, Apple Maps worked fine) and Ghanim was very helpful by sending us waypoints and screenshots of the road we had to take. Also the check-in and check-out were very flexible. The location itself is huge, beautiful, nicely decorated and all the amenities are present - from linen to appliances and fresh lemons from the tree in the garden. Morning coffees in the greenhouse were part of our main routine. Can and will absolutely recommend 🙏

We had a lovely time in Vale do Espinheiro. Antonio and Sara were great hosts and the place was clean, well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. The garden was very peaceful and the lake nearby was fantastic for swimming. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing three-night stay at Eduardo and Ana’s place! From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Eduardo was there to receive us, gave us a great tour of the house, and shared some wonderful local recommendations. Their flexibility made everything so comfortable and easy for us. The location is beautiful and peaceful; perfect for a relaxing getaway. The garden is lovely, with a nice BBQ set that we enjoyed using. There was convenient parking space for two cars, which was super practical for our group. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed: enough towels for everyone, a steamer and iron, and plenty of space. It was perfect for our group of three couples. Thank you again, Eduardo and Ana, for your hospitality. We truly had a fantastic time and would love to come back!

We were a group of friends spend a weekend and loved it! The house is amazing to spend time in groups quite comfortably. The photographs do not live, live the house has a different energy fueled by the incredible view of the Bode Castle Dam, with incredible sunrise and sunsets. The swimming pool is great and well served with the annex where it has the barbecue and which also serves as a seating area. we will definitely return:)

Samuel is very kind of the place, super clean and impeccable, very tidy, it has everything you need to make the stay a pleasant memory.

The airbnb seems to be in a family complex in a small town outside of Tomar. It is very peaceful, we would stay here again. Sofia was very helpful with check in, helping us light a fire and get a dinner reservation in town.

We had a wonderful stay! The surrounding countryside is stunning and the atmosphere super calm — perfect for resting and enjoying nature. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with all the necessary utensils, which made it much easier to prepare group meals. The space is ideal for groups of friends and families alike. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. The location is also excellent — it's close to Tomar, so you enjoy the best of both worlds: the quiet of nature and the possibility of visiting the city. I recommend for sure and we look forward to coming back soon!

Beautiful place, ideal for a relaxed weekend with friends!

Spent a few days in Dirk's place with family. We were looking for a peaceful place to relax and that's exactly what we got. Definitely booking again when I go back to the area.

Group trip of friends with children and dog. Great stay. House with rustic but comfortable style, clean and with reasonable equipment. Despite not having A/C, the house remained cool on days when the outside temperature was above 30°C. Possibility of additional beds. The host's kindness and availability was exceptional. Flexible check-in and check-out. Possibility of fresh bread and fresh fish, both delicious! I recommend it!

A perfect place to relax. The house has a large beautifully wooded garden with a pool. Typical and affordable restaurants nearby. Maria and her husband are accessible and friendly.

We had a lovely holiday at Rosa’s house. With 10 of us we were at capacity but there was plenty of space for everyone. With 3 bathrooms and 2 sitting rooms in the main building and a very well equipped kitchen with plenty of crockery and glasses for us all without having to wash everything after every meal. The saltwater pool is a great size and occupied everyone for hours and the Astro was amazing too! The location was great; lovely and peaceful and surrounded by lovely countryside and only 10 minutes into Tomar. Rosa went out of her way to answer our questions, including finding a local waterskiing place! I would recommend the house and hopefully we can find an excuse to come again!

If you are looking for a place to unwind, for contact with nature, a great lake beach and lots of privacy, look no further. We spent 4 days at Ricardo's place and it was just what we wanted: peace and quiet, swimming, reading, and walking in nature. It is a simple house (but extremely well built, it was always cool inside despite the heat outisde) but with comfortable beds and sofa, great porch with table and beanbags to read, eat and look at the the great view of the lake. I could not recommend it more. Ricardo is an attentive host, responds quickly, and is super nice. Thank you, Ricardo, for your kindness. <3

Lots of friendliness and availability. Spectacular residence, with a lot of offer in the area to visit and very friendly and accessible people, the space is enough for an excellent season to spend without even having to leave the property of such pleasant and extensive that it is. It has everything you need, from kitchen with its utensils, bedrooms, patio, swimming pool (very well treated) and telheiro. I highly recommend it, and the best compliment is to say that it makes you want not to leave. Congratulations and thank you for everything

This is one of my favorite bnbs I've ever stayed in. If I could rate it higher than 10, I would. The apartment overlooks a luscious organic garden and an old Portuguese village. The hosts, Ivan and Ceres, are the most warm welcoming people. They generously share their incredible home and invited me spend time wandering in their big garden. I highly recommend staying here if you have the chance. The value of staying here is priceless for this refreshing, re-grounding experience. Thank you so much for everything, Ivan and Ceres. I'll certainly be back!

What a beautiful farmhouse style.. so much space with garden and private pool for that money.. You will see the animals passing by on the side and greeting you curiously. Maria is super kind and what a service as a host! Fresh eggs and is there something ,she jumps right in to arrange it for you. Her husband too.. We had bad luck with extremely bad weather which was exceptional for portugal but still enjoyed the stay Highly recommended to stay

Very beautiful and spacious house. Everything impeccable, only the microwave made a strange noise. Very close to taking, in a pleasant and private place.
