Depa very nice inside. Just like in the pictures. Kevin and Jimmy were very flexible on my check-in time. Everything clean and has an iron. Super important. It's comfortable and if I would come back without a doubt. My only theme, is to show a little more, the location as is the depa outside (calle). To make it a little more realistic about who is renting it. But in general very pleasant and comfortable stay and they are super friendly always.

We recommend it if you want to move around the city easily and prefer a comfortable and quiet place to rest. Very clear service and 10/10 cleanliness.

It is located in a great location that allows you to move quickly to the main points of Toluca. Also, Kevin and Jimmy (hosts) were in contact with us at all times and were very helpful. It is located in a very quiet area, ideal for resting, and the space is comfortable, clean and perfect for accommodating three people or even four. In addition, the location is very convenient, since there are shops and services nearby. I especially note the attention of the host, who was very kind and was attentive to us at all times. I would definitely stay here again.

The view is total awe, especially at night. The colors and decor gives the apartment a nice airy feel. Barbara communicated well, there are people that say call me if you need anything, then there are people who really mean it. Good to have a host that shows that level of interest and willingness to help however they can. The location was convenient for every place I needed to go!

Excellent airbnb as described in the photos in the heart of Polanco! Excellent location to head to the main points of interest whether walking, by bike, by Uber. The apartment is spotless with just what you need in an apartment with private security 24 hours which made us feel very safe Gaby was always a super friendly host and helped us in what we occupied and was always attentive, I definitely recommend it and would come back !

We really enjoy our stay the only problem was that I really tough that we can use the gym area only the residents can do use of the gym to be honest that was one of the principal reasons we did our reservations But for the rest is really good The place locations is really helpful You can find what you need just for the simple reason that you are literally inside of a mall you have the restaurant a supermarket everything to be honest the area is really well located highly recommended and about the gym if your change your mind in planning to stay there just for that the gym is not really a problems at all there’s a gym inside of the mall were you can pay for the service or even get a membership we didn’t get a membership because our stay wasn’t for that longer But if you’re planning stay for more time maybe it is convenient to have one You also have another gym a few step away And palacio de hierro is not to far from that location To be honest I would love to stay again thanku

The accommodation was impeccable, clean, tidy and with all the details the same as they are in the photos of the publication. An ideal place to rest and the location was also very convenient, close to everything we needed. Excellent department. A beautiful view. Many restaurants nearby, 7eleven to one side. Pharmacies close by that are very necessary. On an avenue, but quiet enough to rest. We felt right at home, we will definitely be back.

The place is absolutely lovely and ran by a wonderful 24hr concierge team. Noelia & Gabrielle have loads of great recommendations for things to do around Polanco and further out. They've been super helpful in answering our questions and getting a lovely cleaner in for us. Walkable to some great parks and right near the Soumaya museum the apartment is really well located. Roma is only a 15min taxi ride away (without traffic...) and that's got loads of restaurants with many cusines including Mexican. We're hoping to come back and stay here.

This is the second time we have stayed with Alan and again everything was wonderful. Very nice apartment, with very good views and well located, and Alan was a great host. Totally recommended.

Despite these points, the value for money is fair and I consider it a functional option for short term stays. I recommend this place to those looking for a practical and accessible option, with the expectation of a simple but fulfilling experience.
