Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Tolentino

We had a wonderful holiday and are very grateful to Flavia for being responsive and accommodating. And massive thanks to Giuseppe who helped us so much throughout the week, from greeting us on arrival and providing advice and suggestions, and saying farewell when we left. The house was beautifully presented with great attention to detail: comfortable, equipped with what we needed, tidy and clean. The gardens were gorgeous, lots of flowers when we visited in late May, and the trees around the perimeter create a sense of seclusion and tranquility, and yet you can see Trevi up on the hill and are in a great location for getting to shops, train station, roads etc. I've never seen so many different species of bird in one garden, it was wonderful! I would be delighted to have the chance to go back and would happily recommend this lovely house to my friends and family. We really felt able to relax and didn't want to leave! Grazie mille, again.

For Casa Colorata, we only have praise! The house is spacious, very clean and well located on a hillside; the landscape of the Marche countryside all around is superb. Loretta decorated her with love and equipped her in everything, in the smallest detail. We spent sunny days surrounded by animals, flowers and olive trees - the oil produced by Loretta is exquisite. We will be back without hesitation!

We had a great stay at Robert and Joanna's guest house. We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt at home. They even provided some treats from their own garden. The accommodation is exactly as advertised and the view is possibly even better. We enjoyed the serenity and the beautiful scenery. Perfect to discover Monti Sibillini and go for a hike. You will also find several cosy villages nearby, like Penna San Giovanni and Sarnano. We would definitely come again!

We spent 8 nights in this beautiful cottage surrounded by olive trees, with a spectacular view and convenient to reach all points of interest in a short time! Raffaele was super helpful and gave us a lot of useful tips! We've never had such a kind host! Our vacation couldn't have been better! A piece of our heart is still there ❤️

We had a fantastic New Year's Eve in this beautiful mountain apartment! The location is ideal, just a short walk from the ski slopes and the Zeta Chalet. The house is large, cozy and always well heated, ideal for relaxing after a day in the snow. Everything was impeccably clean, and the newly renovated interiors give a modern and comfortable touch. We immediately felt at home and appreciated every detail. Experience to repeat: we will definitely be back!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sven’s beautiful home in Nocera Umbra, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The house is charming, welcoming, and equipped with everything one could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated to make guests feel at home. Even before we left the UK Fabio had made contact and made sure that everything was in place for our visit. On arrival the house and the views are stunning. The house is very large and spacious. It is very well equipped with everything we could have needed. It has a very large garden with the most stunning views. The garden is also gated which gives reassurance and secure parking. We will definitely be back. Thanks Fabio!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming apartment in Spello, Umbria. The location was ideal – nestled within the historic town, full of character, peace, and beauty. The apartment itself was spotless, well-equipped, and full of authentic Umbrian charm. Every detail had been thoughtfully arranged to make us feel comfortable and at home. What truly made our stay exceptional was our host, Ferruccio. From the moment we booked, he was attentive, warm, and welcoming. He went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed, offering excellent recommendations for local restaurants, attractions, and even helping us navigate the area like a local. His hospitality made us feel not just like guests, but truly cared for. If you’re planning a visit to Umbria, we can’t recommend this apartment – and Ferruccio as a host – highly enough. It was a memorable experience, and we hope to return again soon!

Sabina's place is spectacular with ocean views from every room. It's a truly peaceful retreat. We didn't want to leave!

Ascoli and its surroundings are very beautiful. Compared to food, there is little alternative for those who do not eat meat. But we had taken this into account. The apartment is super nice and a stone's throw from the center.

Bettina is very warm and helpful. There was a delicious piece of cake ready for me when I arrived. Bettina has good tips to discover the area. Recommended!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa! The place was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking mountain view from the swimming pool — absolutely stunning and peaceful. Paolo (Stefanie’s husband) is a fantastic hosts — incredibly friendly, approachable, and always ready to help. He gave us great recommendations for local restaurants and activities, which made our trip even more memorable. And all of this with an excellent english. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended — we’d love to come back!

Our stay in Villa Lunas was perfect - very quiet location and yet not far from the action. The offer is great and leaves nothing to be desired. All in all, highly recommended - even with a child!

If you want to experience heaven on Earth, stay at this getaway in Spello. You will never open your doors onto a view like this anywhere else! The hot tub was a really nice bonus, and the house was very comfortable for our extended family. Barbara was so helpful, from planning our trip to answering questions during our stay as well as providing every amenity you could think of. We will always think fondly of our time here!

Our stay at the villa was very pleasant. Our hostess, Daniel, was lovely and answered all our questions/requests. The villa is located in the heart of a beautiful, quiet, and peaceful nature reserve. The house is very beautiful and well-equipped. The homeowners left us olive oil, spices, coffee capsules etc. Also dishwasher detergent, and washing machine detergent were available. We highly recommend the place.

Laura was the best host ever! She was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout our entire stay. Whenever we had any doubts or questions, she was always available and ready to assist us. The house and rooms are amazing and spacious, making our stay even more comfortable. Her kindness and attentiveness made our experience truly exceptional. We couldn’t have asked for a better host! Excellent from start to finish. Smooth check in, super clean, and great for sleeping. 3 bedrooms each with their own bathroom are on lower/sub level down from main floor. 1 bedroom and bath is on main floor. Layout made for awesome, quiet, and cool temps at night. Mattresses and sheets and pillows were excellent. Professional turn around on the linens. Hosts had 2 bags of ice in the freezer at check in, which was a nice touch (because Europeans don’t seem to value ice as much as Americans …) We were there for a wedding at the castle up the hill. Previous guests have noted that it’s not walkable, which is correct. It’s an easy 8 minute drive up the mountain. From this house. The normal town of Assisi (not the ancient village on the hill) is an easy 10 minute drive with restaurants and a couple grocery stores. Driving in Italy eas easier than expected. Great hosts, would stay there again.

We had a wonderful time at this lovely home. 1600’s construction, modern kitchen and baths, comfortable beds and sitting areas, with a pool and view that you will never want to leave. We loved every minute of our stay. Even better than this home is its owner. Reilly was helpful throughout all of our planning. Even finding a last minute driver for my late arriving daughter. His activity and restaurant suggestions were spot on and he was a generous with his time. We hope to return often.
