**IMPORTANT** There is ongoing construction in several areas around my place. (1) The building next next to my house is under construction from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM. (2) Construction on the bridge (which you can see from your room) is expected to start in October. (3) Construction on the house across the street is scheduled to start soon.
