We were greeted with a very friendly face. The location of the house is 3 minutes by car to the bazaar. The house is located on a very nice and quiet street. It was a very peaceful house.

The location of the house is brilliant. We really enjoyed it. The sunrise is breathtakingly beautiful. A short walk and you are in the small simple village. We loved it. The terrace is a dream and you just go out of the garden gate and into the sea. Wonderful. From my point of view, the house is more suitable for a couple and not for several people. Simple but wonderful. We can really recommend this beautiful place 100 percent. The communication with the travel agency team was also great, although that was not necessary at all, there were no problems. Really gorgeous. We loved it!

Hello, first of all we would like to thank Burak and his father Mustafa for their warm hosting and professionalism. The villa was very clean and as in the photos the owners are concerned about our well-being. They even advised us on activities and finding good restaurants. I would highly recommend it. The villa is in a very good location, we have everything nearby, there is even a Carrefour 100 m away. Thanks again. See you soon, I'll be back.

It was a stay that I could recommend with peace of mind. I would like to thank everyone who has taken an interest in us.

We did not have any problems except for the occasional power outage. It has a very pleasant terrace and a spacious living room. Ideal for 3 couples or 6 people. Having a microphone and speaker for karaoke made our stay very enjoyable.

We had great time with sea view terrace and amazing infinite pool in walkable distance. Hulya was very helpful and nice. Thank you!

Ms. Ayşe's house is a great place for those who want peace and quiet. The house was exactly as shown in the images. The house was clean and there was equipment to meet all your needs. I would love to come back. Ms. Ayşe was also a caring, kind person who responded to messages immediately. I would recommend it to those who are thinking of going, with my eyes closed. Our brother Uğur greeted us at the first entrance to the house. We are a very understanding and friendly brother. We felt like we came to our family friend's house with very warm and absolutely sharp rules like a host family, we thank him very much. Mr. Ilyas is a really good host and helped us a lot in everything. The house was clean and quite large. We went with our pet and the garden is very useful for pets. Transportation to the seas was very easy. You can reach many Beaches in five to 10 minutes, especially if you have a car. I would be very happy to stay at Mr. Ilyas' house again when I travel to that region again. We would like to thank him. :)

Such a nice house! Perfect for large families and groups of friends. Everything you need is available. It's nice to have a bedroom with an en suite bathroom. There is a very large living room and kitchen. We had our family dinner at the big table in the garden and enjoyed the pool. The sea is a 4-5 minute walk away. The host is definitely very attentive. Friendly and responsible host. Beautiful and Safe Neighborhood, clean water and beach, free parking , filtered water on tab. We asked for recommendations about the area and honestly all of our host recommendations were spot on, perfect. Villa felt like home, all of us felt calm and relaxed.

Great place to stay in Alacati, easy to find, park and location is more than ideal, very close to the bazaar but without all the noise! Had all the amenities and the host was great with communication. Would highly recommend if you are planning to stay in Alacati! The pool was also a great bonus for us

It was one of the most beautiful homes I've ever stayed in. The house was really clean, the furniture was brand new and tastefully furnished. Every corner of the pool, garden, and barbecue area was enjoyable. It was also a great advantage that its location was very close to both Alaçatı and the beaches. But what made this experience so special was Mr. Evren's interest and kindness. He took care of every detail and made us feel at home. It's really lucky to come across hosts like this. We would prefer it again with our eyes closed, and we sincerely recommend it to everyone.

Kaan was extremely helpful and always responded quickly to any questions we had. The house was lovely and Kaan even brought us coffee pods which was a lovely bonus. Check in / out was stress free and the house was really homely. We would stay here again definitely.

Our stay in Alaçatı was absolutely stunning! The home was huge, comfortable, and private, all while being right in the heart of the city. It was hands down the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. The best part, though, was how welcoming İpek and her cousin were—they were so friendly and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. This experience truly exceeded all our expectations. We can’t wait to come back!

Leyla was a great host and her house was really nice. The house has several really pretty sitting areas inside and outside the house. The house was very clean and had everything you need. The AC worked very well. Leyla gave very good recommendations on where to go (a more private beach or a local restaurant). Loved my time there with my family.

One of the best houses you will experience on airbnb. A location in the middle of all the important beaches in the best neighborhood of Çeşme. The house is better than it looks in the photos and has all the facilities. If you are going to Çeşme and looking for a place to stay in, you can stay without hesitation.

Great place to stay! 15/20 min walk from the centre or a 5 min cab for around 200tl. Alacati is beautiful and so is this place
