Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Tōkai Region

we had a great stay here. It was just a short scenic walk away from buey asakusa but felt peaceful and local. we could not believe how quiet it was! finding it and using provided codes was easy. Room was spacious for Tokyo and the price paid. Would book again!

So close to restaurants and the Meguro River and the shopping is great. Close to the train station so very easy to get around. The place is not spacious but then we were only there to sleep. We really enjoyed the locality. Riki’s communication was excellent.

Great location. Lots to eat and shop. Commuting was very convenient. The building was clean and elevator was fast. The guesthouse was perfect for our family of 5. We will book her place again when we go back to Osaka

Great location, very easy access to city centre shopping dining. 納涼牀grade patio, great for breakfast and night drinks. Lots of cool air, no need for ac on summer. Host Ken quick response and service. Can help book restaurants.

Motohiro-san’s apartment at Amino Residence was a fantastic place to stay. He was an excellent host, communicated promptly and responsively, provided detailed instructions on how to get to the apartment and answered any questions I had. You cannot ask for a better host! The apartment is located very close to Ikejiri-Ohashi Station, which is one stop from Shibuya. The area around Setagaya is a lovely, quiet neighborhood with tons of convenience, restaurants, nearby laundromat, and a beautiful inari shrine across the street. It was truly the perfect combination of quiet getaway with quick access to the heart of Shibuya. It was also only a short walk to Meguro River. It really made for a great time visiting Tokyo. It felt like home!

As myself being born and raised Japanese, I feel very proud of Seiji to represent us and providing a great service to the fellow travelers to Japan and improving the image of our country. The apartment is exactly as it’s described and more. It was the perfect base for my short stay in Tokyo. Thank you again for providing us the great place to stay in Tokyo.

Chie's place was beautiful and relaxing. I enjoyed my time there immensely and loved taking peaceful walks along the river. Chie and her husband are kind, patient, and very friendly. I felt well taken care of in her home and would love to stay again if ever I have the chance.

very nice house, very nice location. i want to emphasize that nearly every button you need (on the washing machine, on the toilet etc.) was translated, which made using everything so much easier thank you! we enjoyed cooking in the kitchen very much, since it is very hard to find something to eat in the area (even though there are many restaurants, everything seemed to be closed very soon). would recommend staying at this place!

Beautiful home next to Lake Biwa. Its a refreshing break from the city and the neighbors are all very nice. The house was very clean and spacious, the host was always responsive and helpful, even gave me a ride when I left back to the train station so I didn't have to walk with all my luggage. Only downside would be the steep stairs, so if you have balance issues maybe sleep in the room downstairs. Overall very nice place and my 2 weeks went by too quickly here. Will definitely rebook next time I'm in Kyoto/Osaka area.

今回な残念ながらうめの宿には泊まれませんでしたが、ご紹介いただいた宿も大変素晴らしかったです。 2人ではもったいない広さで、1泊では楽しめきれませんね！ 夜は悪天候でしたが、次の日の朝は晴れてチェックアウトギリギリまで広いお庭でのびのびできました。 ダイビング器材も乾かすことができてよかったです。野良猫も遊びに来てくれて癒されました🐱 また今度はうめの宿に訪れて、犬猫鶏たちと遊びたいです！

Beautiful traditional Japanese home. A 15-minute walk from a bus and train station. I highly recommend and would stay again. Be mindful the stairs are quite steep.

The house was wonderful! It was clean and beautiful. All of the amenities were fantastic and the host responded promptly. She worked with us to allow us to check in early to the AirBnB. She has also been very helpful in helping us retrieve an item we left behind.

素晴らしい古民家です。ふるい建物の匂いもよくて、窓から海と富士山も拝めます。 ホストさんとお酒飲みながら話すのもおもしろい、めずらしい体験でした。 サイコーな休日満喫できました。

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Tokyo dans ce logement situé dans le quartier d’Ikebukuro. La description et les photos sont bien fidèles. Tout s’est bien passé : mention spéciale à son hôte qui est très réactif si vous avez la moindre question !

We spent 7 nights in Osaka and still didn’t manage to explore everything—there’s just so much to see and do! The location of the house is perfect—within walking distance to the train station and major tourist areas. We travelled with two young kids and had no issues using strollers. There’s a lift at the train station which is close by, and we were even able to store both strollers comfortably in the house. The house itself is lovely, thoughtfully decorated, and feels very much like a home away from home. We settled in quickly and felt right at ease. We were initially concerned about managing trash disposal, but the host made it incredibly seamless and stress-free. The only minor downside was the soundproofing—it’s not the best. I’m a light sleeper, and the area can get a bit noisy at night. We also heard a crow early in the morning on our first day. Additionally, the linens were slightly yellowed, but that’s an easy fix. We will book Yoko place again if we visit Osaka!

Some people run their Airbnb just as a business, but it's clear that Yudike and Asami have a genuine passion for hospitality and meeting new people. One glance at the adorable guestbook lets you know the level of care and consideration that they put into every aspect of their property. We stayed as a family with one child, and it was absolutely perfect for our needs. Odawara is a wonderful, vibrant, and entirely friendly city that is bound to blow up in tourism over the next few years. Everything is four minutes away -- the station, Don Quijote, Daiso, dinner options, family breakfast chains, a bus to Yunessun. I will definitely be back, and hopefully able to stay at this exact same spot.

出張で３日間利用させていただきました。快適に過ごさせていただきました。チェックインの方法はシンプルで分かりやすかったです。周りはとても静かなところで、近くに線路がありましたが、音などは全く気になりませんでした。お陰様で良い滞在となりました。ありがとうございました。

房間整潔，家人很喜歡這裡很有家的感覺；車站/便利店都是步行路程5分鐘內便可到達，超方便。下次再來會再選這裡入住。

Host was responsive. Place was so close to Kuromon Market and 7-eleven. there are some restaurants nearby as well. Room was spacious enough for 5 people. Even the bathroom is spacious. Room was clean and homey too. thank you!

This was our first Airbnb in Japan and it started off the trip well. 5 full size beds in 3 bedrooms was great for privacy. Mattresses are on the firm side. It's in the middle of K-town so lively and exciting, but on Monday night, I could hear people and k-pop playing until 4 am. Luckily I enjoy the music and was so jet-lagged, I slept through most of it. There's a filtered water dispenser, which is very nice for filling reusable bottles for the day and not having to worry about buying from the store. There's a couple hosts and the one who was in charge of communication during the trip was very responsive, even when I messaged at 7 am (sorry!) The dining table was nice to eat quick meals at and a Lawson is right around the corner. The shower was fairly clean, but we did have to use the designated shower slippers and the area right outside the shower lacked clean space to put down our clean clothes or toiletry bags etc. Not a big deal unless you're a germaphobe. Overall great experience!

숙소의 위치가 아주 좋아요 조용한 동네이지만 후시미 이나리 신사를 걸어 갈 수 있어 이른아침 갈 수 있었어요 객실은 매우 깨끗하고 충전기도 있어 편리했어요 위치는 교토역에서 지하철 2정거장 이라니역인데 하루카로 교토에 내리면 이나리역 가는 지하철표를 다시 구입해야 하는데 개찰구를 나가지 않고 지하철을 타기 때문에 저는 지하철표를 못샀어요 이럴 경우에는 내릴때 역무원에게 말하세요 요금은 150엔 입니다. 현금을 준비해 가세요. 숙소는 2층이라 계단이 있어요. 도착했을때 밤이었는데 방이 어두웠어요.작은 스탠드라도 켜두면 좋을 것 같아요.잘 쉬었다 갑니다.
