We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Kyoto! The home was spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was perfect—quiet yet conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and public transit, making it easy to explore the city. The amenities were top-notch, and everything worked exactly as described. My family and I had a fantastic time here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kyoto!

I had a very pleasant time. I thought it would be nice to have some guidance materials, as the entrance is a little difficult to find. The overall evaluation is really high!

Convienently located close to a station in a great neighborhood! Plenty of restaurants nearby to eat at for every meal. Mimamo and Maya are amazing hosts! They helped whenever we had questions or needed recommendations and guidance.

Our group of 7 fit comfortably and felt right at home. Shopping, food, and train stations were a close walk. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. I cannot recommend this home or our host enough.

Very spacious, clean and cozy! Just steps away from the train station. Had everything you needed to cook a meal or just relax. The washer and dryer were super convenient as we were backpacking. The projector screen was fun to watch a movie and the beds were super comfy. Our only regret was only staying for 1 night!

The house was stylish, clean, and very comfortable. The location is ideal — just a few minutes from the train station, which made getting around super easy. Everything was exactly as described. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Location was great! We used it for our university graduation trip.The room was also moderately spacious, and we had a pleasant time even if we used it for 10 people without any inconvenience.I especially liked the sauna, and everyone is very satisfied. I thought it would be nice to be able to use it for a longer period next time!

This is a spacious Japanese home appointed with wonderful furnishings, creating a trip back in time to the 1960s. We stayed following a few days of hiking on the Nakasendo and this more than met our needs. Just be aware Sakashita is small and is not a destination unto itself.

The sauna while listening to the murmuring of the Itadori River and the birdsong was really the best! There were plenty of options for meals, as the kitchen and BBQ facilities were well equipped. It was fully equipped with electrical appliances, and I was able to spend a stress-free time in an environment with easy-to-understand instructions. It was beautiful wherever you walked on the large grounds, and I really wanted to stay here forever🏠 In addition, the owner was very attentive and polite, so I was able to relax. I would like to stay more consecutive nights next time, as it is even more worthwhile! I think this price is exceptional for this quality, even if you don't stay consecutive nights. I don't want it to be too well known, but I want to recommend it to everyone😊

The house is very Japanese, very clean and comfortable, like in a Japanese drama.There are good Japanese restaurants around, the kind that locals frequent.There is a convenience store next to the B&B, which is convenient.10 minutes walk to the subway station.I'm so glad I got to stay in such a unique house.

The house was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It gave us a real taste of countryside life, and the host was incredibly responsive and kind. A perfect blend of comfort and authenticity!

Noriko's accommodation is simply the most comfortable, pleasant, and well-organized accommodation I've had on my entire trip to Japan. Everything is impeccable, down to the last detail. Absolutely loved this place it was a perfect spot to relax and take in all the wonderful surrounding nature. The property was spotless and we loved the onsen, sauna plunge pool and cinema. All very easy to use

Highly recommended. This is a beautiful, compact house in Japanese style located in a quiet side street 10 minutes’ walk from Nagoya JR station. Convenience stores and restaurants are just a few minutes’ walk away. The house sleeps 8 people comfortably, in two bedrooms of three plus a two person loft. All beds and rooms are in Japanese style with very comfortable Japanese futon. The house is finely crafted in beautiful unfinished wood with airy, high ceilings – a really pleasant surprise. All areas including bathrooms and kitchen are spotlessly clean. Bathroom is in traditional Japanese style. The kitchen is equipped for simple cooking. Electric kettle, tea and coffee bags are provided; you may prefer to bring your own french press etc. Highly recommended for a stay in Nagoya!

We have stayed at many homes in many cities and countries; Kei and FJ Terrace is the absolute top of my list! Kei was such an amazing host. She was friendly and so helpful. She even arranged transport to the train station for my family when no taxis were available! The home is stunning, and the pictures do not do it justice. The beds were comfortable, plenty of linens were provided. Kei even left some extra special gifts in the fridge for us upon arrival. If we are ever in Japan again, we will most definitely stay with Kei and FJ Terrace again!

We had a lovely stay in this Airbnb. Beautifully nested in a private and quiet neighborhood, it appears walking distance to the train station. We drove which makes the private space really enjoyable. Highly recommend- this is the first time my family of 4 stayed in such a spacious and quaint home that is nestled in a beautiful garden. Highly recommend the indigo dye experience too.

This is even better than I’ve expected. The location is literally 30s away from the beach. The house is meticulously clean and with all the amenities you could have imagined. It is very obvious that the owner of the house put a lot of thinking when they designed it, if you pay a bit attention you would easily notice how organized and easy to live the house is. I especially love the kitchen and bathroom, despite being a bit small, it has the complete list of functionality you would (and wouldn’t ) expect. They prepared salon-level dryer and shower spray, and the bathtub can reheat after the water gets cold….. honestly speaking the place is a bit far away from the station, but remember: it’s right next to the ocean, you can’t have it all. The host was probably the most responsive ones you’ll find on this app, they are always there to give you handy advices. Overall SUPER RECOMMEND!!!

It was my first time using the villa, but I was very satisfied with the outcome.In particular, the sauna and jacuzzi facilities and flow lines were easy to use and popular among friends.However, it was a villa with a sauna, but the number of towels was small and I was forced to use it, but overall it was a high level of satisfaction.
