Holiday rentals with a pool in Toccoa River

This house has everything you need for a getaway. We stayed on the decks more than in the house. The furniture outside has been upgraded since the photos on the listing. Kitchen was spotless and had everything I need to cook for my family. I will be back. There are 125 steps to get to the water. I knew it would be a trek, so it didn’t bother me. But, just a heads up if you aren’t able to climb that many steps. All of the houses are like that.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb for our girls’ weekend! The house was absolutely perfect—clean, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we needed. Every one of us slept comfortably, which can be rare when traveling in a group, but this place was so well set up. The location was secluded and very private, surrounded by nature, which made for such a peaceful retreat. We even saw a lot of deer right outside, which was a beautiful touch! Our host was fantastic—very responsive and incredibly helpful with recommendations. She suggested some great wineries and restaurants in the area, as well as local hikes to explore. One of her recommendations, Roo Winery, was a standout. We went there and had a wonderful experience—the wine and atmosphere were great. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we would definitely come back!

We loved the cabin! It was just as described. It was clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely bring a different vehicle next time, had a little bit of a hard time maneuvering on the mountain roads to get up to the cabin. Steep downhill and inclines. I decided to book a last-minute getaway—literally on the day of my 30th birthday—and it turned out to be one of the best decisions ever. It was me, my wife, our two kids (11 and 5), and my mom. We were completely stressed trying to get out of the house, but the moment we arrived, all of that melted away. This was, hands down, our best Airbnb stay to date. The house was beautiful, spotless, and incredibly welcoming. The pool was a huge hit—so much so that we had to practically drag the kids out of it! The lake view was absolutely stunning, and everyone loved their rooms. There’s honestly nothing negative I can say about our experience. The location is perfect—just 5 minutes down the road is Hiawassee Brew, where we enjoyed a great lunch and some local beers. Despite the peaceful setting, you're not isolated at all—there’s even a Dollar General a minute away for any quick needs. Oh, and the Wi-Fi? Solid! The hosts were fantastic: easy check-in, super responsive, and very accommodating

Bryan was very communicative and responded right away. The place was beautiful and perfect for 4 adults, 2 teenagers, a 5 year old and our 10 month old daughter. It was new and kept very clean. Hot tub was great and there were TONS of deer all around the property that were very friendly and came to hang out with us outside. My only warning is the steep driveway and hill the house is located on. We got in late and it was dark and very difficult to back our truck up to the property without almost driving over the ledge.

Great option to stay here if you are attending an event at the Brasstown Resort. It was only 6 minutes away and had all the comforts of home—full kitchen, comfy furniture, and Peej at the lake. Close to a few restaurants and bars. Overall—great alternative to some pricier stays in the area. Although, it was still a bit pricey for being such a basic place. The A.C. unit wasn’t working the first night but they quickly came and got it fixed the following day for the remainder of the stay. Good location and clean.

The views off the top floor balcony are stunning! A great view of the sunrise over the lake. The house is very large and spacious with all the amenities you would need for a long stay. Well stocked utensils and cookware in the kitchen. A great loft area that turned into our prime hangout spot. Patricia is very quick and responsive and the check-in/out was a breeze.

This location was beautiful and quiet, but close enough to everything that it was easy to get around. It can be walkable, but there is a bit of a hill. We were there when the leaves' color change peaked, and the location was perfect. The accommodations were spacious, and we really enjoyed the deck.

Great little weekend getaway for our family of 4 including 2 small children. So many amenities and lots to do. The view from the patio with the porch swing was amazing!

Great location and close to great restaurants. Second floor patio was very relaxing and private with an amazing view. We will definitely be back.

Great place to stay and host was real nice and responsive, close to everything! Only issue was trying to get to the house originally, GPS will take you in a way that you are not able to get in unless you are a resident.
