We had a wonderful stay at this house. It was clean, spacious, very warm despite the cold, and had a terrific pool table and air hockey table. Our family relaxed and spent good time together.

We loved our stay at Valerie’s place for 5 adults and 2 kiddos. Check in and check out were seamless and she is very responsive to any questions. The house is just as pictured with lots of things to do (pool table, board games, puzzles, multiple decks, outdoor games, fire pit, etc). The 4 bedrooms were all pretty comfy. Two rooms don’t have AC, but there are fans to help cool it down-I do anticipate it’s probably very hot in the peak summer months. Everything was very clean and organized. There were a couple kitchen chairs that were pretty wobbly and may be in need of an upgrade soon. We opted to pay for the passes to the country club for the extra amenities. Kids under 6 were free. 125$ got 6 wristbands which gave you access to all the amenities at pocono farms country club. The pool was great for the kids and we took advantage of the beach area. Unfortunately, there were a couple things closed while we were there. Overall it was an excellent stay and would recommend!

We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway than Deer Haven House—it truly lives up to its name! Each morning, we enjoyed our breakfast while watching deer and birds just outside the windows. The home is stunning and exactly as pictured; my children were enchanted by every detail and genuinely sad to leave. Ian was an exceptional host—always prompt and helpful. The thoughtful touches throughout the house made all the difference: a baby gate at the top of the stairs, convenient chargers in the bedrooms, and generous provisions of shampoo, conditioner, paper products, linens, and towels to name a few. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals. One small note for future guests: the stairs to the second floor are a bit steep, so the baby gate really came in handy each evening for our little ones. Other than that, this was a flawless stay. We can’t wait to return!

Our stay was great, house felt cozy and personal. The backyard was great and the entire environment of the home was welcoming and peaceful. Would absolutely recommend.

This villa is very nice and clean, 3 beautiful bedrooms, big kitchen and living room and terrace. Beautiful and clean neighborhood with so many playgrounds and swimming pools. We could see lots of deer playing around. We absolutely will do vacations here again! Our kids really love being here! Thank you Mr. Justin for being very responsive and giving the clear information to us. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Michelle was an incredible host! She was super responsive and was flexible with both our check-in and check-out times. There were many games and the hot tub was so much fun. The home was clean and in a secure neighborhood. I truly enjoyed my stay and appreciate Michelle for having great communication throughout the stay. My college friends and I had a beautiful Memorial Day weekend.

I must say, being that it was my first time traveling alone, I felt safe and comfortable. I think I found my safe spot to unwind and relax. I love how peaceful and calming my stay was. There are things to do that’s no more than 30 minutes out. Jonathan and his team were very responsive when needed. The unit is exactly as the picture, very clean, appliances are in great condition, it has been maintained very well. I’m definitely coming back!

This place was cozy, clean, and felt just like home. It’s in a great location—within walking distance of plenty of delicious local restaurants and fun activities. We loved how easy it was to explore the area without needing to drive. If you’re looking for a comfortable stay that’s close to food, attractions, and also a short drive to hiking and other things to do in the Poconos, this is a perfect choice!

They were not kidding when they named this bambis haven because we were able to get up close and personal with deers all over and even got to get friendly with the homes kitties.

This is our second time staying here. We love the peaceful residential setting- older homes on large lots with plenty of trees.

Great place, clean, nice location, many nice toiletry extras (toothbrush, toothpaste, makeup wipes, etc.). Would book again. Only negative was where the parking spot was located, but a very minor inconvenience, and the apt was a little warm even with the A/C on high. Host’s recommendations were also spot on.

We enjoyed our stay in Jordan’s home. It was immaculate and cozy. She was always responsive.

My family and I rented Jonathan's place as a long-term rental during ski season. We wanted to be close to Big Boulder given our involvement in the race program and the place could not have been more conveniently located (it was also great being able to walk to Boulder View Tavern for apres ski!). The unit was just like it was described, and Jonathan was always incredibly responsive if we ever needed anything. This place became our "home away from home" for ski season and we were truly sad to pack up on our last day. Highly recommend both this unit and Jonathan (I believe he has other properties) to anyone considering a stay in the Poconos. Fantastic experience and absolutely wonderful host!!

Wonderful place to stay in Scranton! The apartment had everything we needed. We loved the front porch and dining area next to a big picture window. A full kitchen was a huge plus and Paul & Jess had everything we needed to prepare a great meal. The house was quiet, in a peaceful neighborhood and we felt safe. The bed was a dream and after many hours of driving, it was so appreciated. Even though we only stayed one night, it was a perfect stop. Thanks again!

Jackie's condo is spacious and welcoming. Beautiful lakefront property, minutes from Big Boulder. Close to all the local restaurants. Layout is larger than it appears on the listing. Felt right at home!

We stayed here for Memorial Day weekend! The view of the lake, mountain, and pool from the balcony was absolutely stunning and peaceful. The condo looks exactly like the pictures and even better. We rented a boat and went fishing on the lake which was very relaxing. The kids loved the pool and all the activities at the Boulder Lake Club. Megan and Duane are amazing hosts. Great communication from the time of booking until checkout. Very helpful and accommodating. The condo was very clean and nicely stocked with everything needed. We truly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to go back!!! Thanks Megan and Duane for an amazing stay!!

We truly enjoyed Sharon's place! Its very clean, with great surroundings and so many little thoughtful details. The balcony faces the pool which is very convenient. Rule pools are quite strict ( have to drop off pick up entry bracelets every time, no kids in warm pool/spa). Great restaurants nearby!

We had the best time, and this was the absolute perfect spot! Clean, comfortable, perfect location with beautiful views and easy access to the pools and hot tub! Amy was incredibly responsive and helpful. 10/10 recommend and would visit again!
