DeliApart Ossiacher See

Unser 2023 saniertes Ferienapartment eignet sich hervorragend für Paare und Familien mit zwei Kindern. Es befindet sich in einer ruhigen Apartmentanlage in Sattendorf. Zur Anlage gehört ein eigener Seezugang mit großzügiger Liegefläche, Umkleiden, Duschen und WCs. Zur freien Nutzung ist ein Paddelboot für 2 Personen vorhanden. Das Apartment verfügt über eine vollständig eingerichtete Küche, Wohn- und Essbereich mit Balkon, ein Schlafzimmer (4 Personen), Foyer und Bad mit Dusche.

Chalet "Hirschfisch" right next to the slopes

The chalet is located at an altitude of 1720 m, has a sauna and can be reached by car all year round. For summer holidaymakers there are hiking and mountain biking opportunities. Lake Ossiach can be reached in 25 minutes by car and in winter you are in the middle of the Gerlitzen ski area. The chair lift of the Wörtherseabfahrt is in 2 minutes walking distance. Ski tours or snowshoe hikes along the snow-covered slopes or in the forest are also welcome.

For those who want to enjoy the simple life, their independence and the wonderful landscape directly - or in new German: glamping at a high level. Spacious living in a small space, main room with double bed 160 x 100 cm, built-in wardrobe, mini kitchen with 2 hotplates, sink, mini fridge. Separate bathroom with rain shower. The 32m2 Garconniere, ideally located in the immediate vicinity of the ski slope, has been newly renovated and presents itself in a modern and appealing condition. The apartment offers an open cooking living and sleeping area, a separate bathroom with shower and toilet. Kitchen is equipped with modern equipment, including a Nespresso coffee machine, the bathroom has a spacious shower and washing machine. This cozy apartment is perfect for couples.

Whether you are coming because of our beautiful mountains, skiing, biking, hiking... this is your place to stay. Apartment on the upper floor of the house offers 2 rooms (1 with king size bed and a living room with an extendable sofa) that share a common balcony. Kitchen is equiped with all basic cookware and refrigerator. Roomy bathroom is equiped wit a washing machine. Every need that you might have will be taken care off. Welcome!

Spending the night under the open starry sky? Or sunbathe in the bed? Yes, of COURSE! Just go out with the bed and enjoy the breathtaking view in the terrace! It's all possible We did not build an entire chalet village, just a single, extraordinary, beautiful & cozy chalet at 1150m above Arriach, with unobstructed views in 3 directions. A stylish sauna with a picturesque view completes our Unterkircher Chalet.

Stay in a Cosy Campervan

Experience the Gerlitzen region from a cosy camper-van, at camping Lindenhof. The location does not disappoint; you will be staying about 500m from the lake, and about 1200m from the train, boat and gondola station. The gondola will take you to the famous Gerlitzen Gipfel, where you can hike, or go paragliding to enjoy magnificent views of the mountains and lakes.
