An excellent option to go with the family, very nice and well cared for, many amenities for children and everything excellently cared for. Spotless cleanliness not a single animal in the rooms incredibly comfortable beds and pillows. The pool and heating exelentes was always hot. they were always attentive to my doubts and the pet was also an incredible step. We will gladly return is a great private paradise.

the house was just like the photos, it is 10 minutes from downtown but it has a good location because it is in a good area to rest from the noise , there is a lot of bug but good that does not depend on them, I would only recommend putting some beds and pay system on the TV why did not grab any channel with the antenna :( , the beds , the bathroom and all the spaces in general are very good , the house is very nice!

A very nice place, we wanted the accommodation to have a pool and a separate jacuzzi and the accommodation has it. Emma was very attentive. And the place has a square very close by, which makes a stay much more comfortable.

Everything was excellent from the time of booking to departure. Miriam was very kind and was attentive every time we needed her help. The house is super complete to enjoy a few days of relaxation or even something more lively and with more people. The entrance has enough space for several cars. The dog park gets all the applause. At all times Ivan and his team were available, the communication is extraordinary, which makes the stay a plus. It is faithful to the publication, it has everything they advertise and I would say that even more, you can explore all the parts of the house and feel as comfortable as in your home. Bring the family, there are water pistols for the little ones and not so little ones so that the fun continues in the pool and garden. We had a small incident with the wood oven and they came to help us. They were such nice people that I completely agree with the title of Super Host. We'll definitely be back soon another weekend. It is a very nice house. My friends, two dogs and I spent a long weekend at the house and had an amazing time. The views are beautiful, the only thing is that there was no shampoo or soap in the bathrooms and that's always appreciated so you don't have to carry it, so don't forget to bring it. On the other hand, it has everything you need to cook, just make sure you bring the necessary groceries as there are small stores nearby but they close early and if you forgot something you will have to go a little further.

This is the second time we have rented the accommodation and as always 10/10. I feel at home, my friends and I were relaxed and swam a lot in the pool. I already know the area and there are many places to eat and 10 minutes from the center of Tlayacapan.

Excellent installation, with a very good atmosphere, the location was very easy to find, everything was in good condition including hygiene. We brought our 5 dogs and they enjoyed it as much as we did and had a great time. Mariana's attention was excellent, she was attentive before we rented the place, she was very accessible to all our questions and for our first time using the app we were very satisfied. The house is amazing! It has a pool with a super cool waterfall, ideal for spending the day there relaxing with friends or family. The lighting is super well thought out, it makes everything look super cool, whether it's day or night. The subdivision is super quiet, zero noise, so you can rest comfortably. In general, everything was luxurious, we had a great time and we would definitely come back.

The place is quiet and beautiful, it is very peaceful. The cabin is nice, clean, tidy and with nice touches. Lula and Chantal are friendly and attentive to your needs. The place is spacious and has different spaces to rest, read or just be. The Center is very close and can be reached on foot.

We really liked the place, it was private even with more cabins around. When we arrived, everything was very clean, and there were enough utensils in the kitchen to prepare what we brought. I recommend going prepared materially and mentally for the bugs (repellent and awareness that there will be several, especially at night). It will always be appreciated that the arrival at this type of place is as early as possible (1:30 or 2 in the afternoon) and dry wood for the campfire; Alonso very attentive to my doubts. I highly recommend this place.
