Needed a quick stay in GDL and Carlos' apartment was perfectly located for what I needed. Easily accessible and centrally located, just one block from Av. Chapultepec. The apartment was very clean and smartly decorated. Carlos' instructions prior to check-in were clear and extremely detailed and he was very responsive anytime I reached out. One thing to note (which was more my issue as I quickly made the reservation without reading the details) is that the unit does not have AC. It was fine for my one night stay, but may not be great for those staying longer during the hotter months in GDL.

I spent one night at Edgardo's place and it was fantastic. There was a lot of security in the place, which makes you feel safe. The beds are very comfortable, and the air conditioning makes it have that extra something. The only observation I would make is that the main bathroom had a fault and did not fill. The area is very cool, very well located and in the surroundings there are many options for restaurants and cafes. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful place. I think it was even nicer than appears in photos!! Perfect location for Centro, everything is an 8 minute walk away. Couldn’t recommend more highly!! Would definitely stay here again

This place is amazing. Fabulous restoration, lots of little things in the decor and furnishings that add to the ambience. Checking was super easy, access was easy. Only thing bad I can say is that I wish I had booked longer!! ;) Very close to shops, squares, heritage buildings and places to see. Ramiro and Martha were very responsive and great to deal with. If you are looking for a place to stay in Centro historico - or just Guadalajara - STAY HERE! We will definitely stay again when we come back!! Rooms are huge, kitchen and outdoor areas are perfect.

Excellent place, the area is very quiet. Patricia was always on the lookout. In the area there are many restaurants nearby, you can reach them by walking. I would definitely stay here again.

Highly recommended place to stay. The house is very close to ITESO, so you can walk there. Because we use the house basically for bathing and sleeping, I can't say much in case someone needs to cook and work from there, but it has everything you need to do so. Check-in is super easy, the host is very attentive and kind to answer questions and send the check-in instructions to the house, and the guard at the entrance to the estate gives you extra security.

The place is spectacular, the pool is at an acceptable temperature, it is large and very comfortable, close to a shopping center and places to shop and eat.

Excellent accommodation, comes with everything you need. Very comfortable and highly recommended.

Both the room environment and the surrounding environment are excellent, there are many restaurants nearby, there is an OXXO convenience store next to the building, everything feels convenient, it is definitely an excellent accommodation environment and the best choice.

Super great day! Lots of things to do nearby and walkable distance. Not to mention if you do get bored, you always have the pool available upstairs.

Beautiful apartment, love how modern it is. Like others mentioned, there were dogs that barked only in the middle of the night randomly but only for a short while. Slept through it no problem. Water temp for shower did get cold in the morning. Other than that, it was a great stay! Host was very responsive. The entrance was a little tricky for us but a neighbor helped and we had no problems since. And the neighborhood is peaceful. Walkable to the town center if you can handle 30 mins one way. We would stay again! 10/10 recommend.

10/10 for us. I loved it. Very close to the pharmacy and meat and vegetables market and other restaurants within mins of walking. I will be coming back to the beautiful department. There’s a bar right across the building so it’s a little noisy but not bad. The staff are friendly. Very reasonable. And we enjoyed the pool and the grills that they have outside. The host was very nice. And I would recommend this place 100%.
