My stay in the space was very pleasant and cozy, a clean, tidy and ideal space to relax. Its surroundings are very safe and a few minutes walk you can find grocery stores, Oxxo, fonditas etc. Azcela, the super attentive hostess, provided us with support outside and inside the establishment, very friendly and kind to me at all times.

Ruben and his wife were always very kind to us. Communication with him was excellent and he was always attentive to any situation that could arise during our stay. Thank you very much for having met us with our two dogs and for all your attention. The location is another strong point that they have in their favor. I would book with them again without hesitation.

Rafael, a very friendly person, was always available and responded quickly to messages. He gave us privacy at all times. In addition, it is a clean and very pleasant accommodation, in a quiet area.

Very nice place, everything is very clean and tidy, there is always someone 24 hrs, you feel very safe. It has many steps for the elderly, but I definitely stay again.

Angie was super kind to me and was always on the lookout for everything, she is an incredible and very helpful person, incredible how clean the toilet was and the room smelled very nice, super recommended ✨

The location is phenomenal, it feels a lot of privacy, in a suburb that feels a lot of tranquility. They can't wait for the interior to be nicer because it would be what follows perfect. The attention and freedom to come and go is wonderful. In general, good for the price.

Excellent place for a convenient Serca stay in the Basilica de Guadalupe & Ecatepec (for those visiting the factories). Sublime experience having breakfast on the terrace with beautiful views of the city center. Front Desk staff are very friendly & friendly.

This was a wonderful place to stay at! It felt safe, was clean and exactly what we needed for our last minute trip. I will for sure keep this place in mind for further trips as it was close to my families house. Gloria and her hosting team were awesome, welcoming and very helpful!

The apartment is small. It was clean. It was a clean area from which you can move to any "EYE" area. IT IS not CENTRAL, BUT THERE ARE LINES OF MEXICABLE TWO BLOCKS AWAY with which it is easy to get around. From the tapo to the apartment we got 60 minutes From the baseboard hour and a half Tehotihuacan dos horas al igual que a sixfalgs They treated us very well. We enjoyed it ✨

We had such a lovely experience staying at this Airbnb in Polanco! I visited with my parents, and the apartment was perfect for the three of us—clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. The space felt cozy and safe, with all the little touches that made it feel like a home away from home. We had an amazing stay at REN’s place. It felt comfortable and just like home. The unit was very spacious and clean. We also loved the decor choices. I would highly recommended others to stay here for their travels in CDMX.

Great condo location, modern architecture, amenities and excellent front desk and service staff. The condo and area was safe and secure, but even though condo was on 3rd floor and glass sound absorbing, there was still some street noice during night that can affect peaceful sleep. Staff was always ready to assist and even though we skipped some days, staff was ready to clean condo daily. We had wonderful experience, cool mornings and evenings and of course great Polanco street atmosphere and lots of top rated restaurants. We highly recommend it.

The place is as shown in the photos, it is in a safe and very accessible area. Columba is a super host, always attentive and making sure everything was fine. The building's security staff also provided excellent service.

The view is total awe, especially at night. The colors and decor gives the apartment a nice airy feel. Barbara communicated well, there are people that say call me if you need anything, then there are people who really mean it. Good to have a host that shows that level of interest and willingness to help however they can. The location was convenient for every place I needed to go!

Excellent airbnb as described in the photos in the heart of Polanco! Excellent location to head to the main points of interest whether walking, by bike, by Uber. The apartment is spotless with just what you need in an apartment with private security 24 hours which made us feel very safe Gaby was always a super friendly host and helped us in what we occupied and was always attentive, I definitely recommend it and would come back !

The apartment and the standard was really amazing, just as much as our host Madrid who was super responsive, I highly recommend this apartment
