Villa holiday rentals in Tkon

We had a wonderful stay at the place. The location of the house with the sea view is great. Since it is directly on the street, you can unfortunately hear the motorcycles in the garden. But down by the sea, it is not so loud and therefore tolerable. We felt very comfortable and even saw dolphins. The equipment is great, the existing SUP is a big plus and allows you to endure very hot days by the sea. Communication was great. There is nothing to complain about and the house is absolutely worth the price. We will be happy to come back!

Tatjana and her husband are very accommodating hosts. The house was in wonderful condition and very clean. Tatjana's husband came almost every morning to clean the pool. That didn't bother us at all, because he was very respectful, friendly and you usually didn't notice him. The communication with Tatjana is really outstanding. I've never experienced anything like this before. She is helpful and has brought us fresh towels if necessary, for example, although you can also wash them in the accommodation. We didn't miss anything here and we had a relaxing time in the small village of "Sopot." We would book it again anytime.

It was the most incredible stay we've ever had. My family and I had a wonderful time, enjoying both the peaceful surroundings, the beautiful house and the exceptional service from Vladimir's father. Such special, wonderful people! We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the coming years with our new family member, Mia, the bravest cat in the world from Čista Mala.

Perfectly shielded house. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Plenty of room for many guests and all the facilities you need.

Lovely modern villa, great to have the pool table etc downstairs to keep the kids occupied. BBQ area is great with the outside seating as well. Spacious villa that is well maintained. It's lovely to sit out in the evening and hear absolutely nothing apart from wildlife, very peaceful surroundings. Plenty of walking and biking to be done and close to busier areas. All along the coast is beautiful with plenty of areas to get in the sea and ferrys available if you want to look around other islands in the vicinity.

Everything was top-notch! The house was just a 20-minute drive from Zadar, making it super convenient to visit the city while still enjoying peace and privacy. Communication with the host was very easy and smooth. The host was incredibly kind – she even brought us cake and really cared about making our stay great. The house itself was perfect: very spacious, lots of bathrooms, and an amazing private pool. It had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who wants to be close to the city but still enjoy privacy and comfort. I would definitely come back!

Our stay at SevenOlives-Haus was simply fantastic. The house is not only beautiful, but also lovingly furnished down to the smallest detail - you can immediately see how much passion is put into it. Upon arrival, we received a warm welcome and a plate of regional delicacies was waiting for us. As a special welcome gift, we even received wine and homemade elderflower syrup - a very personal and beautiful gesture. The pool is huge, super well maintained and was a daily highlight for us. Neno, the host, traveled from Split just to adjust the pool temperature for us - this is not a matter of course. We didn't miss anything at all. Everything was clean, fully equipped and in top condition. If you are looking for peace, privacy and real relaxation from everyday life, you have come to the right place. We enjoyed every minute. Luka was super friendly & helpful. It was a warm welcome and he gave us a good introduction to the house and the surrounding area. The villa is well equipped, everything was clean. The huge garden with the pool was also ideal for a larger group. Only two of the three bedrooms are a little smaller than expected. Overall, we were very satisfied and would book the place again:)

We had a lovely stay at Villa Family. For our group it was very nice to have a separate living space so we could also have some time to ourselves. Some of our group loved to be able to walk down to the grocery store and beach each day, but it was also nice to be able to spend time at the property. The view was unbeatable. Megy was very helpful in helping us arrange taxis. My favourite was the large outdoor table on the terrace so we could all dine together!

We had an amazing stay in this property and our hosts were amazing with everything from start to finish. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the outside space is amazing with the pool and outdoor eating options. Highly recommended.

10/10 stay, the place was just as described and shown in the photos. We enjoyed our stay a lot and will definitely aim to come back in the future. Amazing place! So peaceful in the mornings to just sit on terrace and drink coffee. Sauna was amazing and walkable to the sea! Restaurants nearby are also delicious - 4 mins drive. Thea was super responsive and very helpful. We loved staying there and can't wait to go back!

Super nice stay at Villa Luna. We didn't miss anything with a group of friends from 5 couples. The villa is very nicely equipped, was very clean and with two kitchens there is enough space for cooking. The spacious outdoor area offers many opportunities to swim, to play and to relax. Josip, the owner of the villa, was super helpful & nice and was always available for questions. Skradin beach and Krk Np are only 5 minutes drive and the sea at Šibenik is only 25 minutes away. We felt very comfortable!

We had a very nice stay at the villa. The location was very good and the house had not only a breathtaking view but also a beautiful ambience. The host was also very attentive and we felt comfortable from the beginning! We thank you very much for the beautiful time and would definitely come back!

Our extended family (6 adults, 2 children, and a baby) stayed here for a week. Our arrival flight was delayed and we arrived at 4 a.m., but Ante arranged the check-in without any problems, so we had an amazing first impression. The accommodation was exactly as described—and even a little more. We were extremely happy with everything. There was enough space for all of us, and everything was clean. We were lucky with the weather and were able to enjoy the pool area every day. We can't praise this villa enough! Ante and his family are genuinely kind and helpful people.They respected our privacy, but whenever we needed help, they were there. I wish there were more people like them.

Everything was perfect! House is looking even better than on the pictures - everything clean and full equiped. You have privet access to all facilities like swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, grill and many many more. View frome the terrace was amazing. Host prepared for us dinner with local fish, fridge has been full of beers and some drinks ,two bottle of wine and host served to us also some local sprits-everything included price. Definitely recommend and for sure we will come back in the future. Thank you!

The place was very clean and the kitchen was well-equipped. The location is pleasantly quiet with a beautiful view and plenty of privacy. The neighbors are nice, and there are many animals all around - overall very idyllic and relaxing!

We were a total of 4 boys and had a great stay. Natalija and her husband Mate are super friendly and do everything to make your vacation easier. Due to the fact that we were allowed to check in earlier and could even decide on the day of departure when we wanted to check out, the vacation became even more relaxed. Mate even took us to the airport. The house is (except for the loungers by the pool) exactly as seen on the pictures and very clean and tidy. There are pretty much all the kitchen utensils and also spices, coffee, coffee filters and much more. The house is quite remote, but still easy and quick to reach with a car. Without a car, however, it is more difficult, as at least out of season there is hardly any bus and there are no timetables. Overall, it was a great stay and we would be happy to come back.

We had a great stay. The location is wonderful. Situated on a hill with a great view of the valley towards the sea. The hosts were very friendly and always easy to reach. The house has everything you need. The pool was cleaned every morning. Highly recommended! Thank you :-)

We had a wonderful time at this place with four adults and a baby. Even before arrival, we had contact with Diana, who gave us all the necessary information about check-in and also helped us to bring our boat into the water by crane upon arrival. In the accommodation itself you will find everything you need for a nice vacation on an island, it is clean and offers a lot of activities (SUP, pool, table tennis, etc.). Diana was always available and had a solution and an open ear for every situation. Transportation from the island to the mainland (or vice versa) also worked great. The property is quietly located and rewards you with the most beautiful sunrise every morning. All in all just perfect and great to switch off and well suited for a nice family time or time with friends. Thank you for everything, dear Diana! We will be back :-)

Our travel group consisted of three adults and two children. The Hrvoje family received us extremely friendly and warmly. Unfortunately, the seven-day stay passed far too quickly. However, a repeat is already planned for next year. The house is ideal for families, impresses with its cleanliness and modern facilities, especially the excellently equipped kitchen. The outdoor area with the first-class pool also impressed us. Only a larger parasol or an additional shade option would have been desirable for families with small children – but this is only a minimal suggestion for improvement. Stunning view. It was so nice there. Everything is within walking distance and the beach is only a few 100 meters away. You had your peace there and the host was always available. We will come back next year. 😍
