The cottage is peacefully located with your own dock, large nature plot with the sea as your closest neighbor. The house is 54 sqm + sleeping loft and is pleasant to live in all year round. 1 room and kitchen/living room, 4+2 beds. Fridge, freezer dishwasher microwave, oven, wood-fired fireplace and TV. Fresh bathroom with washing machine/dryer. Possibility to rent smaller rowing / motor boat, canoe and kayak.

Centralt beläget gårdshus i pittoresk gammal miljö på torget där husen ligger tätt.Gångavstånd till fik, mysiga butiker, hav, hamn och skog. Gårdshus nära ägarbostad med ett rum och kokvrå.Badrum med dusch. Det finns en 140 cm säng och en liten bäddsoffa på 110 cm som passar till små barn. Katter finns på tomten och Katter o hundar vistas i huset ibland så inget för allergiker. Medtag egna lakan och handdukar alt. hyr för 75 kr per person. Nivåskillnader o trappor på tomten. Man städar själv.

Mysig stuga med plats för 4 personer i närheten av vatten såväl som natur. 300m till havet och badplats med skogen på baksidan. Stugan är belägen på värdparets tomt. Egen parkering jämte stugan och nära till Öland och Kalmar. Det finns ett fullutrustat kök med allt som kan tänkas behövas för matlagning. På toaletten finns det dusch och tvättmaskin. Sängkläder kan hyras för 100kr/paret Städservice ingår ej. Hyresgäster gör sitt eget slutstäd.

Relax with family or good friends. House in Timmernabben, 50 meters from Kalmarsund. We have nine beds plus a sofa bed. At the dock, there is a rowboat. With it, you can row out to one of the islets. Smoked fish is a part of summer. Nabben's smokehouse is nicely located by the marina. Timmernabben is a cozy place that is located right between Kalmar and Oskarshamn. In other words, we can offer both silence and activities close to other people.

Holiday apartment on the second floor of a garage overlooking water. open and lovely floor plan. Only 40 meters down to the jetty, where the boat included is located. 3 km to central Mönsterås with restaurants and shops. You can also take the boat to Mönsterås. You bring your own bed linen or you can rent from me SEK 150/ per person. Final cleaning is done by you as a guest . Final cleaning can also be purchased by me for SEK 1200.

The outdoor environment will be updated over time with patios and the like.
