Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Tijuana

We stayed here with my family for the weekend. I love how quiet the gated neighborhood was and the walkability from the beach to the convenience stores nearby.

this place was perfect!!!... what a beautiful view from the master bedroom and from the main level patio.. ..this place is a complete open concept kitchen ,living room to outside patio area.. the windows and sliding doors open up all the way into the wall so it opens up the place completely... this place is even more beautiful in person than the pictures... we were a group of 8.. and everyone said that we will be going back with their families... also Lola the house keeper was amazing... they will come and cook for you if you want.. we had them come and make us breakfast one day.. and the food was delicious.. i highly recommend you take advantage of this extra perk that this house provides... they will also stock up the fridge for you if you want... AMAZING!!!... and the location is only about 10 min outside of rosarito.. can't wait to go back again

This experience overall far exceeded my expectations. The host, house, location, and service was top of the line. I have my go to place from here on out when I go to Rosarito!

This home was absolutely beautiful! It was my first time visiting San Diego, and staying here made the experience even more special. The space was very clean, well-decorated, and spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our group of nine. My favorite part was definitely the kitchen it was large, modern, and perfect for group meals and hangouts. There were plenty of blankets and towels provided, along with extra air mattresses, which was such a thoughtful touch. Every room was beautifully designed and cozy, making it feel like a home away from home. I’ll definitely be booking this Airbnb again the next time I’m in town!

Such a beautiful home, in a perfect location. Walking distance from everything, stores and night life. Would definitely love to book again. Highly recommend it!

A lovely place to be away from home. This house has everything you need to be on a vacation and not have to worry about anything. Quiet and peaceful, friendly neighbors. Hat off to the host excellent! The home baked cookies was delicious , was left for me and my guess. What a way to make someone feel like they are at home. Thanks for everything.

Over all great little house. Very clean and very cute! Felt safe with the alarm system and having my vehicle behind a locked gate. Christina was a fantastic host. Checked in with us prior to arrival, through out our stay, and at check out. I would definitely consider another booking with Christina. 🙂

We had a great time, but I do feel like the cleaning crew rushed our room because when we arrived, the room was not done yet and in one of the rooms the bed sheets were still dirty but other than thatI do recommend this place 😊

Stay at Steve’s place was a great choice I made. It was in a private community felt safe at all times. Elevator’s work at all times not like my last place I stayed in playas. Easy to find good location with a beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean. Great host would recommend this place.

Excellent accommodation, very good place in front of the beach and with excellent views. The building's pools were at a good temperature and it was pleasant even though the weather was cold. The photos don't do justice to the beauty of the apartment!! Highly recommended

Great place, hosts were very responsive and we had answers to our questions within seconds. The place is incredible, specifically for its location. The patio at the top level is gorgeous. Only issue was that the showers flow was slow, and the hosts tried their best to fix it. Overall, a great place! 5 stars, easily.

Crystal was a great host. She was very responsive and provided great recommendations to local restaurants. Her condo was just as described and the ocean view was amazing. Hearing the waves crashing was a great way to go to sleep. I brought my family so we could relax and enjoy each others company and Crystal's condo was the perfect setting for us. If you enjoy walks on the beach you wont be disappointed, as you are literally steps away from the beach. We are looking forward to coming back in the near future.

Very nice, pleasant, new, good bedspreads. It would be better if the bed was king size.

The accommodation is as in the photos and has the description. They also have a dryer and steam iron (I put it because I didn't see it specified in the ad) the beds are very comfortable, my family and I rested very comfortably. And the view from the balcony is 1000/10. The sunsets were beautiful!!! And Orlando was very kind and attentive, he resolved each of our doubts immediately! My family and I will definitely book again.

Had a fabulous 3 nights at Martine’s home in Las Gaviotas. Well kept, clean, comfortable space with a well stocked kitchen for visitors who want to cook a few meals. Appreciated clear communication! We booked our own massage therapists to come over to the home and Martine allowed us to do so, it was so awesome. I would definitely stay in this home again; without a doubt. Thanks for a great stay.

House is excellent and as described in the listing. Chris was willing to listen to my concerns and willing to compromise, was flexible with check in and check out.

Phenomenal stay! The backyard had so many amenities to enjoy - space heaters for chilly nights, firewood for a real fire, jacuzzi, nice pool. It had several different areas to enjoy… lawn games like corn hole and bocci ball. Hosts are incredibly accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay. It was so so wonderful. Thank you so much

This was an amazing stay! The location is nice, private and the house is very clean. I could have stayed months just listening to the sound of the waves, the view at any time was beautiful and breathtaking. Pics do not do justice. The place is equipped with amenities and with extra blankets (I'm from Arizona so I needed them). Great stay, thank you Susan Louise for lending your beautiful home! Will be back soon!

The Las Gaviotas community is beautiful and serene. Sherrie's place is lovely and has a beautiful view. We enjoyed our time both out on the balcony/terrace as well as inside the house from where we could see the ocean! Sherrie was communicative, proactive and wonderful all around! Would 100% visit again :)

The airbnb was spotless and Jacqueline was a perfect host. She was very attentive with anything that was needed and check in was a breeze. The location of the airbnb was within perfect distance of everything in San Diego. Honestly couldn’t ask for anything better. If I’m ever in the San Diego area again I would definitely stay here again.
