Great place to stay with amenities within 10 min

Stay at Steve’s place was a great choice I made. It was in a private community felt safe at all times. Elevator’s work at all times not like my last place I stayed in playas. Easy to find good location with a beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean. Great host would recommend this place.

I stayed two weeks at Estela’s place and it was a perfect fit. The location, the home, and the communication was amazing! The home is spacious, has a perfect kitchen, and a beautifully fitted work area. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone looking to do so.

Easy and quick communication, very accommodating to requests, easy check in and out, secure, clean and comfortable location with good places to walk to. Real host that doesn't appear to be using AI to respond.

We had a great experience with this place. It had everything that we needed. Luis is very responsive and friendly. I needed a pen and he was kind enough to bring it to me. We would definitely come back. You can get to places walking distance. The price for the stay was a really good price! We are very pleased! With this Airbnb!

Clean and good location

We were a family of 4. It was excellent because my children slept each in different rooms. We went to the appointment at the consulate. It's not far. We always moved in Uber. Paco was always attentive and in communication all the time. I give it 10/10. Of course, if I stay again, I would definitely stay there. The place is very quiet and the view is beautiful.

We had a great time, but I do feel like the cleaning crew rushed our room because when we arrived, the room was not done yet and in one of the rooms the bed sheets were still dirty but other than thatI do recommend this place 😊

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described—perfect for a relaxing trip. The location was quiet yet close to everything we needed. A special thank you to Eduardo for allowing us to check in an hour early—it made a big difference after a long trip with two young kids and really helped us settle in smoothly. Speaking of kids, one of the best surprises was the dedicated kids’ area. We were traveling with two toddlers (both age 1), and the play safe setup was a total lifesaver. It gave them a secure, fun space to explore while we unpacked and relaxed. Overall, a great experience with thoughtful touches throughout. Highly recommended, especially for families with little ones!

Fer’a place is amazing. Can’t say anything wrong about it. Security is always on site, very helpful if needed. The views are amazing, walking distance to some good restaurants.

This condo at Cosmopolitan City Point is stylish, clean, and super comfortable. Check-in was smooth, the building is secure, and there are nice coffee shops and restaurants on the ground floor right outside the entrance. The building feels safe and modern, with amazing views and great amenities like a rooftop pool and 7th-floor gym. Check-in was easy and everything worked perfectly. The location is the real star: Tercera Etapa del Río: You’re surrounded by modern communities and luxury developments, art-forward mini-malls, and trendy cafés and restaurants—Awiwi’s Boba, La Postal Sushi, Berry Nice Café, Pizza&Love, House of Ribs, and more—all within walking distance along Paseo del Río. The LDS Temple anchors the skyline, and the neighborhood feels modern, safe, and full of energy. Perfect for cross-border travelers or anyone wanting a fresh, urban TJ experience. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent accommodation, very good place in front of the beach and with excellent views. The building's pools were at a good temperature and it was pleasant even though the weather was cold. The photos don't do justice to the beauty of the apartment!! Highly recommended

Enjoyed my stay . Felt safe. It was on a the higher end for being Playas Tijuana but it is what it is. Overall it was a good .
