Hébergement tout à fait en accord avec les photos. Alessio était réactif à toutes nos demandes. à partir de l'appartement, tout est facilement accessible à pied. petite précision, pas d'accès en voiture à l'appartement. Merci pour ce séjour !

My husband and I spent three wonderful nights in this beautiful apartment, and we couldn't be happier with our stay. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the train and metro stations, and only about 15 minutes from the city center on foot. The apartment was very clean and offered a stunning 180-degree view of the city. The view was incredibly relaxing! Dario, the host, was exceptionally friendly and helpful. He took the time to explain everything about the apartment and even followed up the next day to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended!

Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo il nostro soggiorno. La cassetta, è carina, molto pulita e fresca, non manca niente. Laura è gentilissima, disponibile e molto reattiva !

La casa è molto bella, spaziosa, pulita e in una posizione strategica. Dispone anche di un box privato perfetto per chi arriva in macchina. Daniele è stato molto gentile e flessibile! Ci siamo trovati molto bene:)

The place is wonderful! It has a view of the marina, quiet bedrooms, and spacious rooms! Paolo was extremely supportive during check-in. Even though we were an hour late past the final check-in time, he was available and helpful. We really liked everything!

Прекрасная квартира,хороший и отзывчивый хозяин.Минусов нет,только грязный и пыльный пол при заселении,что пришлось убираться самим.И текла душевая,плюс она засорилась вся в волосах,что пришлось сами в чистить.Район не плохой,но надо понимать,что там вокруг все строится ещё,поэтому особых развлечений и пляжа нет,он закрыт.Поэтому придется ездить на другой.Плюс до ресторанов и остановок далеко.Поблизости ничего нормального нет.А так в целом и квартира и дом прекрасны

La casa es fenomenal, mejor de lo que se ve en las fotos: muestra el alma de Giorgio. La ubicación es muy buena, en un pueblo muy tranquilo pero con todos los servicios, y muy cerca de poblaciones con más vida, y excepcional para visitar lugares como Pisa, Lucca, Florencia, Serravalle,... El acceso asusta la primera vez, pero en seguida te haces, pues es suficientemente ancho e iluminado. Giorgio y su familia nos recibieron personalmente a pesar de que salían inmediatamente de viaje. La casa tiene absolutamente de todo: aceite, vinagre, especias, café (mi marido se enamoró de su cafetera), geles, jabón de lavadora... y todo tipo de menaje de cocina. La piscina es pequeña, tal como se ve en las fotos, pero ideal para nosotros. Las camas son muy cómodas y las habitaciones muy amplias, con aire acondicionado en cada una de ellas. Repetiríamos sin duda!

A beautiful apartment in a super location just a couple of minutes walk to the old town. Iacopo and Loredana were on hand check us in and were super responsive and helpful in giving local recommendations. The flat was super - recently renovated with lots of great touches (charging cables, really strong aircon, coffee and biscuits) and the spa bath was obviously a highlight too! Would definitely come here again when back in Genoa

Un séjour inoubliable à Gênes ! Tout était absolument parfait du début à la fin. Le logement est encore plus beau que sur les photos : décoré avec beaucoup de goût, propre, chaleureux et très bien équipé. Chaque détail a été pensé avec soin. Le rooftop avec jacuzzi est un véritable bijou, offrant une vue magnifique et un moment de détente incomparable – un vrai plus qui rend l’expérience unique. La localisation est idéale pour découvrir la ville, et tout était exactement conforme à la description… voire même au-delà de nos attentes. Je recommande à 100 % ce BnB pour un séjour exceptionnel à Genova.

Fabio's house is located on the top floor of an apartment building by the sea in Genoa, where you can see the most charming harbor scenery in Genoa, and the location is very convenient. The interior is very clean, tidy, and modern, but the best part is the huge balcony that surrounds the entire apartment, where you can sunbathe, eat, and barbecue. The scenery is absolutely beautiful, and the exterior is also well-maintained. In addition, Fabio is also a very good host, responding promptly, teaching us how to use some of the facilities in the house, and giving us some parking advice. It was a very pleasant stay.

Beautiful, spotlessly clean apartment that is centrally located and in the perfect location for my business trip with the office just across the street. Also, Jacopo was incredibly responsive, friendly & welcoming. The fresh & still warm focaccia from the bakery around the corner was delicious and much appreciated 😊. Will definitely be back for my next business trip in town.

Le restaurant à proximité conseillé par notre hôte toujours très réactive comme toutes ses autres recommandations étaient parfaites. We stayed at Monica's place for 3 nights and had an absolutely wonderful experience! The apartment was perfect for exploring Genoa with its incredibly central location - we could walk everywhere with ease. The combined living/sleeping area worked brilliantly for us since we were always out sightseeing. Monica is an exceptional host who waited for our arrival and gave us a thorough tour of both the building and apartment, showing us where to find everything. This personal touch made settling in so much easier! The location is unbeatable - there's a delightful bakery right across the street for fresh breakfast, and just steps away you'll discover a charming street packed with fantastic restaurants and cafes. Perfect for food lovers! The bathroom exceeded expectations with strong shower pressure and all essentials thoughtfully provided. While the apartment sits on a busy street due to the prime central location, Monica had even provided earplugs just in case (though we didn't need them

Hermoso departamento! Más lindo que en las fotos. La ropa de cama y las toallas de excelente calidad. Estaba muy limpio y confortable. Tenía todo lo necesario para tener una buena estadía. Está a unos 15 minutos caminando de la estación de tren. Cerca de todos los puntos turísticos. La zona del centro histórico no nos encantó, por ser centro histórico hay algunas calles feas , pero el departamento es muy lindo. La anfitriona fue súper amable.

Excellent séjour en famille (6 personnes de trois générations différentes). Appartement encore plus grand et plus agréable que la description faite sur le site et les photos. Extrêmement bien situé entre la gare d'où partent les trains pour visiter tous les villages des Cinque Terre et le centre-ville de Levanto qui mérite également d'être visité, accessibles tous deux à 10 mn à pied. Nous aurions aimé profiter des 2 magnifiques terrasses mais le mauvais temps ne nous l'a pas permis !

The home was exactly what I was looking, a peaceful spot to relax and enjoy nature. Close to all the places you might need to get to in the area e.g. Camogli, Portofino, Santa Margherita etc. If you don’t have a 4x4 you can leave the car in a free on street parking spot (which is a luxury for the area) and walk a couple of minutes to the home like we did, no big deal it’s part of the experience. If you have a 4x4 you can drive directly to the home. Alice and Jeo were always happy to help. The home has clearly been recently renovated and furnished with good taste and most importantly it was clean. I would certainly recomend it to fellow travellers.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property in Recco! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed – the location is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the surrounding hills and still close to the sea and town. The garden is truly a little paradise – immaculately maintained with so much care and attention to detail. One of the highlights was definitely the pool: crystal clear, spacious, and perfect for relaxing. The entire property radiates peace and quality, and it’s clear that a lot of love has gone into its upkeep and design. We felt completely at home from the very beginning and would love to come back!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genommen. Angefangen vom Checkin verlief der Aufenthalt reibungslos. Das Apartment lädt abseits von vielen Menschen zum Entspannen und wohlfühlen ein. Zu zweit ist wirklich mehr als genug Platz geboten. Die Wohnung empfanden wir als sehr sauber und gepflegt. Den Pool konnten wir leider aufgrund der Temperaturen nicht testen. Für uns war kein Wunsch offen. Supermärkte sind super mit dem Auto innerhalb von 10-15 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Lage war für uns perfekt, da wir abseits von der Stadt wohnen wollten. Zum Meer haben wir meistens je nach Stelle so 20 Minuten Fahrzeit- einfach perfekt.

Wonderful host, she was so helpful, kind, and understanding. We had a hard time finding a taxi and were over an hour late to meet the host at the house to exchange keys, and she was nothing but gracious and even tried several times to help call us a taxi. She gave us amazing recommendations and even helped us figure out the bus systems to get to the train station. The house was beautiful and comfortable, 100% worth the price.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa. Close to the beach, everything was close by. We stayed here and visited Cinque Terre and Lucca. Would definitely recommend this lovely home.

eine wirklich tolle Unterkunft wenn man mit paar Freunden die Stätte in der Nähe angucken will wie zb. Pisa, Portofino, Genua, La Spezia oder an verschiedene Strände gehen will... unten in der Stadt gibt wirklich sehr viele schöne und billige Restaurants man hat tagsüber und abends einen wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer/Hafen.. nur zu empfehlen
