Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Tigullio

The accommodation is close to Brignole and this allows you to easily reach both the center and all the surrounding areas such as Boccadasse, Nervi or Bogliasco. The available spaces are very large and comfortable for a family/group of friends. The host was very kind and helpful, both with check-in/checkout times and communications were very smooth. I take this opportunity to thank you again!

Marina and Antimo are very friendly people. In addition, we have never been able to move into such a clean apartment. Absolutely no dirt to be found. The beds sleep fantastically. The patio is nice to hang out in. And for the dog, it was also a nice place. In addition, one thinks of the small things that make the arrival pleasant. Toilet paper, soap, cleaning things, ice cubes, everything has been thought of. Antonio also came to let us taste his bottled wine (which was fantastic, by the way). In short, we had a fantastic time here for a period of 5 days and would like to come back again.

Elena was a wonderful host who made our stay in Forte dei Marmi truly memorable. Her apartment is beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and perfectly located for exploring this charming coastal town. The space had everything we needed and felt like a home away from home. Elena was incredibly responsive and provided excellent local recommendations that enhanced our trip. The proximity to the beach and local restaurants was perfect. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Elena's place to anyone visiting Forte dei Marmi. Grazie mille, Elena!

The house is very nice and with convenient parking for the car. It is clean and well maintained, equipped with everything you need and even more. The host, Maria Grazia, is very nice and approachable. A true oasis of peace, with a beautiful view of the greenery and in this season you can hear the chirping of birds. Highly recommended!

Perfect apartment as a pied-à-terre for visiting the 5 lands. Very clean, a 10-minute walk from the train station. Federica gave us instructions to park the car nearby on an unpaid parking street which was very appreciated. Very good communication with Federica and nice little touches upon arrival.

Elana and her daughter were very helpful and very accommodating to all of our needs. Her daughter met us and showed us around with helpful tips about the place and the location. She told us all we needed to be comfortable and take advantage of our stay. Check out was as seamless and flexible. The place was very quaint and clean. Beautiful beach and location. Need to bring groceries or a car as not much within walking distance. Expensive area - beach clubs and restaurants but worth the treat

We had a fantastic stay and were very sad to leave. We have young children and it was great to let them experience nature in a safe and friendly environment. The hosts made us feel so welcome and arranged local horse riding which was excellent. We were also able to try out making pizza with the pizza oven. We found plenty of things to do within driving distance but also really enjoyed our days spent relaxing and playing at the property. Borgo Val Di Taro has some great little shops, restaurants, park and a particularly good gelato shop (Dolce Neve) which was a highlight. We leave feeling relaxed and inspired. It was great to meet such a warm and lovely family.

Amazing apartment and view!

We urgently needed to look for a place near La Spezia. I wanted to relax surrounded by nature. Salvatore responded very quickly to the request, gave all check-in recommendations. He and his wife met us at the gate, told us everything and showed us. They even baked an incredibly delicious pie for us ( it was hot for our arrival). Everything in the house smelled clean and fresh), the interior is made with love and the patio as well. We had an incredibly pleasant evening in their house )

The place is cozy and comfortable, very close to the town center, the terrace alone is worth every penny, had a great time

We arrived on a rainy day, Angela was waiting for us in the rain and kept the closest spot to the accommodation so that we could park, it was super nice. Very warm welcome, very quiet and cozy accommodation. Clean, with all the necessary equipment. We felt like we were at home. They are really attentive. I highly recommend this accommodation owned by a person with a big heart.

Apartment as it appears in the photos in a prime location

A beautiful apartment in a super location just a couple of minutes walk to the old town. Iacopo and Loredana were on hand check us in and were super responsive and helpful in giving local recommendations. The flat was super - recently renovated with lots of great touches (charging cables, really strong aircon, coffee and biscuits) and the spa bath was obviously a highlight too! Would definitely come here again when back in Genoa

In a beautiful and stimulating city like La Spezia, Federica's apartment is a faithful reflection of the city. The decor is exquisite, without being pretentious. The spaces are spacious, practical and bright. It had everything you needed for daily needs, comfortable beds, clean towels, and tasty details: Coffee, olive oil, soap, shampoo. In short, it was an experience worthy of the Dolce Vita.

We were very well received, for my company's birthday we also found an excellent bottle of prosecco in the fridge! The apartment is very nice, well-kept and large. From the house, you can reach the port in just a few minutes (with beautiful excursions to the Cinque Terre), the station and the center, with many places for aperitifs or restaurants with excellent value for money. What else to say, really recommended, and again thank you very much for everything!

Very simple and flexible check-in and check-out service, to meet our needs. The apartment was clean, with everything you need to stay for a couple of days. Sofa bed slightly less comfortable but makes a virtue of necessity.

Beautiful, spotlessly clean apartment that is centrally located and in the perfect location for my business trip with the office just across the street. Also, Jacopo was incredibly responsive, friendly & welcoming. The fresh & still warm focaccia from the bakery around the corner was delicious and much appreciated 😊. Will definitely be back for my next business trip in town.

Accommodation in a great location, both for walking to any destination and to go quickly to the station on foot. The accommodation complies with the photos as described, it is very clean and equipped, from the window there is a nice view and you can't hear noises. The bathroom is large and cozy. The kitchen has equipment to prepare simple meals and there is also a dishwasher. The bed is comfortable. Communication with the landlord was great and quick, he was very kind to welcome all my requests. Absolutely recommended place to stay.

Absolutely loved my stay! The apartment is super cozy, everything is brand new, and it’s incredibly quiet.
