The cottage was perfect in every way. We had a great time. The proximity to the slopes is ideal for skiers. The little extra is this pool with mountain views. Possible point of suggestions: a safety barrier near the stairs for children would be a plus. Thank you for everything See you soon ☺️

Our group of seven, 2 couples, 2 teenagers and an 8 year old, spent a fabulous week in Lathuile. The house was really lovely and accurately depicted in the photos. Amélie and Gaylord were quick to respond to all our messages before our stay, and helped us out when we had a problem getting the cooker switched on when we arrived. Everything else went really smoothly and it was such a treat to have the pool which we made use of every day. Also great to have a separate en suite shower room to the main bedrooms. The location is quiet (with cows for neighbours) and unless you are a very keen hiker you'll definitely want a bike or car to get out and explore. The Lake and its surroundings are so beautiful and we could have watched the sunset on the mountains from the garden forever. All in all a great place to stay. Thank you Amélie and Gaylord.

A Truly beautiful home. Stunning views, beautiful design and lovely finishing touches everywhere. It was a joy to stay here. Talloires is a really pretty town with everything we needed from relaxed cafe bars to fine dining. We loved all the activities the region offers. Anne Sophie was a fabulous host and really helpful! WOW - thats how i would describe this house - the views surrounding the house are amazing. It is so peaceful and quiet. The house is a real home from home and had everything you could possibly need, including a play room which was absolutely brilliant for my 20 month old grandaughter. The pool and garden were both ideal and my grandaughter loved the playhouse and slide. It is only a short walk down to the lake and swimiining in it is just amazing - water is clear and there is free to park municiple beach a short drive away. It is about 20 min drive into annecy which we did a few times which again is absolutely beautiful. Hubert was a fantastic host and was responsive and helpful as well as a lovely welcome gift from him and his family. I could go on and on about how wonderful our holiday was but i will finish with I would love to go back to this house and will be revisiting again one day - thank you Hubert

We spent two wonderful weeks in this great vacation home. The accommodation was exactly as described – cozy, clean and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The pool was a real highlight in the wonderful weather we had over the entire 14 days. The e-bikes provided were also an absolute asset – they allowed us to take many wonderful tours in the area and enjoy the landscape. A special thank you to our host Paul, who welcomed us very warmly. We were greeted with delicious local cookies and a bottle of wine – a very nice and personal gesture that immediately made us feel welcome. We were two with our dog and felt completely comfortable. The holiday home is also ideal for travelers with four-legged friends. We can recommend this holiday home 100% with a clear conscience and will be happy to come back!

We stayed during our ski in Valgrinsenche. 15 minutes walk from ski. We had a great peaceful time spent there around rhe fireplace.

We really enjoyed staying in this house. The house was extremely clean and comfortable. All our needs were thought out and fully met. The kitchen had everything for cooking and the seating area was quite comfortable. The location was also quite good; we had a pleasant time in a quiet and peaceful environment. The host was also extremely kind and communicative, quick to help with everything. The only thing missing was a hair dryer in the house.

We were with four people Paragliding on site. The house is brand new and modern. Amenities such as a small guest gift, towels or spices, coffee and dishwasher tabs were on site. We both felt comfortable. Everything was clean and well appointed! Your own terrace invites you to enjoy the view of the mountains in beautiful weather. However, a car should be available; then you can reach Albertville in less than 10 minutes.

What an unforgettable stay! The view of Lake Annecy with the mountains in the background is absolutely stunning. You can watch paragliders landing and boats gently cruising on the lake. The lake is just a 2-minute walk from the property, and the surroundings are peaceful and incredibly scenic. The house is spacious and thoughtfully laid out, offering both comfort and functionality. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the patio while soaking in the stunning views of Lake Annecy. The windows and doors are soundproof, so you can enjoy peaceful, undisturbed nights without any noise from passing vehicles. Ample parking is available, and the hosts were warm and welcoming. There was nothing to complain about, only wonderful things to say. Restaurants and supermarkets are close by. I stayed for 3 nights, but it felt too short. The place is so beautiful that even 10 days would not have been enough. Words can’t do justice to the view. I am in awe and will definitely be back.

Armand is a really great host! Super friendly and available. Very well located accommodation (a few minutes walk from the lake) in a peaceful residential location and easy to access. Everything was very clean, and the bedding really comfortable.

Wonderful spot! Livia is super sweet and very helpful and responsive. We can’t wait to stay here again next time we make it to Courmayeur. Hopefully we can stay longer next time! One of the best Air Bnb places I have ever stayed at

We had a pleasant weekend in beautiful surroundings. The cottage was great!

Family of 6 aged from 6 years to 72 years old and we all had such a great time at this beautiful house. Lots of room for all of us. The amenities were fab and kept all of us entertained, the games room is such an added bonus and so happy that the owners choose to share that and not lock it off - think we all become frustrated F1 drivers by the end of our stay! Bedrooms were really comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. Very quiet and peaceful, lovely walk to the lake and we enjoyed the bikes to cycle along the cycle route. We wished we could’ve stayed longer but due to another booking we could only stay for 3 nights, would not hesitate to recommend or return.

We stayed here for 11 days in June as a party of 6 adults and we all had a fantastic time. The house is very spacious and comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen and several different spaces to relax. There were plenty of plates, glasses, cutlery and cooking pots so we never had to limit our cooking ambitions. As the weather was so good we ate most of our meals outside whilst taking in the amazing views, which changed according to the cloud cover and time of day. This is one of the best holiday properties we’ve stayed in. The whole of the Aosta valley is stunning and a trip up the cable car on the Monte Bianco is only 30 minutes’ drive away.

We stayed at Bruno's place for ten days during a cycling trip. It was the perfect spot for 4 guys with separate bedrooms. The upstairs area, living room and kitchen, is fantastic and spacious with nice views. The terrace is useful and relaxing. The bathrooms are clean and modern, the kitchen is well equipped. The storage room for bikes (or skis) was extremely helpful. Bruno was nice enough to allow the bike rental company to deposit the bikes there two days early because of a holiday situation. Parking was always easy (across the street). The only comment we had was that there are tenants downstairs. The listing creates the impression that one rents the entire house. That said, we never heard or saw them until the final day when we checked out (she checked the upstairs). Internet was blazing fast, TV worked great. It's an easy walk to the pedestrian area in Bourg with restaurants. The Lidl is walkable, but if you prefer Super-U a car is a must. Bruno's place is highly recommended!

My cycling friends and I decided to cycle in the region around Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne. When we went looking for a suitable base, we ended up at "Au Pied des Cols" by Laurent. This turned out to be a modern, compact, detached holiday home, literally at the foot of Col du Chaussy and Col du Sapey, in a beautiful, quiet location near Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne. Large enough for the three of us, ideal for cyclists as well; there is a practical storage space, including all the equipment for cleaning and maintenance of the bikes, perfect. The communication with Laurent went smoothly and smoothly, the check-in and check-out also, flexible by using the key box. All in all, this apartment is highly recommended!

Clean accommodation, very well arranged and equipped in a beautiful green setting. Joffrey is very responsive and available to his guests, it's very nice.
