Le chalet était parfait en tout point. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La proximité des pistes est idéal pour les skieurs. Le petit plus c’est cette piscine avec vue sur la montagne. Point éventuel de suggestions : une barrière de sécurité près des escaliers pour les enfants serait un plus. Merci pour tout À bientôt ☺️

Our group of seven, 2 couples, 2 teenagers and an 8 year old, spent a fabulous week in Lathuile. The house was really lovely and accurately depicted in the photos. Amélie and Gaylord were quick to respond to all our messages before our stay, and helped us out when we had a problem getting the cooker switched on when we arrived. Everything else went really smoothly and it was such a treat to have the pool which we made use of every day. Also great to have a separate en suite shower room to the main bedrooms. The location is quiet (with cows for neighbours) and unless you are a very keen hiker you'll definitely want a bike or car to get out and explore. The Lake and its surroundings are so beautiful and we could have watched the sunset on the mountains from the garden forever. All in all a great place to stay. Thank you Amélie and Gaylord.

Vores familie på 6 havde en fantastisk uge i Anne-Sophie og hendes families hus. Fantastisk udsigt og rolige omgivelser. Alt var meget smukkere i virkeligheden. Boligen var meget ren og indbydende. Poolen var også ren og lækker. Alt fungerede perfekt og vi havde en god dialog med Anne-Sophie og hendes mand både før og under vores ophold. Vi vil helt sikkert gerne tilbage.

Juste incroyable. Emplacement calme, un très joli cadre et un accueil chaleureux. Ce logement a été au delà de nos attentes et je le conseille sans aucune hésitation. Merci encore pour ces vacances.

WOW - thats how i would describe this house - the views surrounding the house are amazing. It is so peaceful and quiet. The house is a real home from home and had everything you could possibly need, including a play room which was absolutely brilliant for my 20 month old grandaughter. The pool and garden were both ideal and my grandaughter loved the playhouse and slide. It is only a short walk down to the lake and swimiining in it is just amazing - water is clear and there is free to park municiple beach a short drive away. It is about 20 min drive into annecy which we did a few times which again is absolutely beautiful. Hubert was a fantastic host and was responsive and helpful as well as a lovely welcome gift from him and his family. I could go on and on about how wonderful our holiday was but i will finish with I would love to go back to this house and will be revisiting again one day - thank you Hubert

Accueil chaleureux et convivial. La grange savoyarde est un petit coin de paradis pour se détendre. Famille très attachante, c’était parfait merci beaucoup!

Wir haben zwei wundervolle Wochen in diesem tollen Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Unterkunft entsprach genau der Beschreibung – gemütlich, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Der Pool war bei dem herrlichen Wetter, das wir über die gesamten 14 Tage hatten, ein echtes Highlight. Auch die zur Verfügung gestellten E-Bikes waren ein absoluter Gewinn – damit konnten wir viele wunderschöne Touren in die Umgebung unternehmen und die Landschaft genießen. Ein besonderes Dankeschön gilt unserem Gastgeber Paul, der uns sehr herzlich empfangen hat. Zur Begrüßung gab es köstliche lokale Kekse und eine Flasche Wein – eine sehr schöne und persönliche Geste, die uns direkt das Gefühl gab, willkommen zu sein. Wir waren zu zweit mit unserem Hund unterwegs und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Ferienhaus ist auch für Reisende mit Vierbeinern ideal. Wir können dieses Feriendomizil mit gutem Gewissen zu 100 % weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Host gentilissimi e super disponibili anche prima dell' arrivo. Appartamento carino, tenuto bene, provvisto di tutto e quindi molto accogliente. Super comoda la posizione soprattutto con i bambini. Il paese è piccolo ma alla fine c'è tutto quello che serve! Bellissima la natura!

Bu evde konaklamaktan gerçekten çok memnun kaldık. Ev son derece temiz ve konforluydu. Tüm ihtiyaçlarımız düşünülmüş ve eksiksiz bir şekilde karşılanmıştı. Mutfakta yemek yapmak için her şey mevcuttu ve oturma alanı oldukça rahattı. Konumu da oldukça iyiydi; sessiz ve huzurlu bir ortamda keyifli vakit geçirdik. Ev sahibi de son derece nazik ve iletişimi güçlüydü, her konuda hızlıca yardımcı oldu. Evdeki tek eksik saç kurutma makinesi yoktu.

Wir waren mit vier Leuten zum Gleitschirmfliegen vor Ort. Das Haus ist Brandneu und modern eingerichtet. Annehmlichkeiten wie ein kleines Gastgeschenk, Handtücher oder Gewürze, Kaffee und Spülmaschinen Tabs waren vor Ort. Wir haben uns sowohl wohl gefühlt. Alles war sauber und gut ausgestattet! Die eigene Terrasse lädt zum Aussicht auf die Berge genießen bei schönen Wetter ein. Ein Auto sollte aber vorhanden sein; dann erreicht man Albertville in weniger als 10 Minuten.

What an unforgettable stay! The view of Lake Annecy with the mountains in the background is absolutely stunning. You can watch paragliders landing and boats gently cruising on the lake. The lake is just a 2-minute walk from the property, and the surroundings are peaceful and incredibly scenic. The house is spacious and thoughtfully laid out, offering both comfort and functionality. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the patio while soaking in the stunning views of Lake Annecy. The windows and doors are soundproof, so you can enjoy peaceful, undisturbed nights without any noise from passing vehicles. Ample parking is available, and the hosts were warm and welcoming. There was nothing to complain about, only wonderful things to say. Restaurants and supermarkets are close by. I stayed for 3 nights, but it felt too short. The place is so beautiful that even 10 days would not have been enough. Words can’t do justice to the view. I am in awe and will definitely be back.

Armand est vraiment un super hôte! Super accueillant et disponible. Logement très bien situé (à quelques minutes à pied du lac) dans un endroit résidentiel paisible et facile d'accès. Tout était très propre, et la literie vraiment confortable.

Wonderful spot! Livia is super sweet and very helpful and responsive. We can’t wait to stay here again next time we make it to Courmayeur. Hopefully we can stay longer next time! One of the best Air Bnb places I have ever stayed at

Family of 6 aged from 6 years to 72 years old and we all had such a great time at this beautiful house. Lots of room for all of us. The amenities were fab and kept all of us entertained, the games room is such an added bonus and so happy that the owners choose to share that and not lock it off - think we all become frustrated F1 drivers by the end of our stay! Bedrooms were really comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. Very quiet and peaceful, lovely walk to the lake and we enjoyed the bikes to cycle along the cycle route. We wished we could’ve stayed longer but due to another booking we could only stay for 3 nights, would not hesitate to recommend or return.

We stayed here for 11 days in June as a party of 6 adults and we all had a fantastic time. The house is very spacious and comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen and several different spaces to relax. There were plenty of plates, glasses, cutlery and cooking pots so we never had to limit our cooking ambitions. As the weather was so good we ate most of our meals outside whilst taking in the amazing views, which changed according to the cloud cover and time of day. This is one of the best holiday properties we’ve stayed in. The whole of the Aosta valley is stunning and a trip up the cable car on the Monte Bianco is only 30 minutes’ drive away.

We stayed at Bruno's place for ten days during a cycling trip. It was the perfect spot for 4 guys with separate bedrooms. The upstairs area, living room and kitchen, is fantastic and spacious with nice views. The terrace is useful and relaxing. The bathrooms are clean and modern, the kitchen is well equipped. The storage room for bikes (or skis) was extremely helpful. Bruno was nice enough to allow the bike rental company to deposit the bikes there two days early because of a holiday situation. Parking was always easy (across the street). The only comment we had was that there are tenants downstairs. The listing creates the impression that one rents the entire house. That said, we never heard or saw them until the final day when we checked out (she checked the upstairs). Internet was blazing fast, TV worked great. It's an easy walk to the pedestrian area in Bourg with restaurants. The Lidl is walkable, but if you prefer Super-U a car is a must. Bruno's place is highly recommended!

Mijn fietsvrienden en ikzelf besloten in de regio rond Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne te gaan fietsen. Toen we op zoek gingen naar een geschikte uitvalsbasis kwamen we bij "Au Pied des Cols" van Laurent terecht. Dit bleek een moderne, compacte, vrijstaande vakantiewoning, letterlijk aan de voet van Col du Chaussy en Col du Sapey, op een mooie, rustige lokatie nabij Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne. Groot genoeg voor ons drieën, ideaal voor fietsers bovendien; er is een praktische bergruimte aanwezig, inclusief alle materiaal voor schoonmaak en onderhoud van de fietsen, perfect. De communicatie met Laurent verliep vlot en soepel, het in- en uitchecken ook, flexibel door gebruik van het sleutelkastje. Al met al een aanrader dit appartement!

Logement propre, très bien agencé et équipé dans un écrin de verdure magnifique. Joffrey est très réactif et disponible pour ses hôtes, c’est très agréable.

On a passé un super séjour ! Les hôtes sont tres accueillants et super sympas! L'endroit est très calme et la petite terrasse est parfaite ! On reviendra avec plaisir pour crapahuter dans les Bauges à nouveau ! Merci beaucoup
