Surprising stay. Very nice and spacious home. Very warm reception. Close to the various restaurants, children's playground, bakeries, snack bars. Simply perfect.

Everton is flexible and attentive, a good person. Compared to other houses in the region, the price charged has an excellent cost benefit. The place is safe, very large, with 3 swimming pools, 2 for children or pets and a larger one for adults, where you can swim and has a whirlpool. I recommend bringing your things from home, such as bed linen, towels, fans, etc. (it is very cold at night, but depending on other times, a fan is good) The bathrooms are great, there are 2 electric showers. Outside, there is another bathroom on the pool deck, where the shower is very strong, good for bathing on sunny days (it was my official bathroom) The stove works well and you can cook. The refrigerator is also cooling very well. The access to the house is 50 meters from the CE, look for the brick house on the corner as a reference point. The only observation I would like to make is that, if possible, Everton should put some kind of furniture, such as a simple dresser, to store clothes and put things on top.

We were in two families. This time, we chose to spend Christmas away from relatives, without the traditional supper of previous years. Everything was very good. I highly recommend the place. Gustavo served us very well and quickly. You were kind and kind.

Few places made us feel like at home literally. The accommodations, the canes, kitchen with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Susan , very attentive, the house is very cozy, comfortable beds, excellent fans, excellent bathroom and a great room and kitchen space. It has everything we need and we love to stay there!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our stay at Karinne’s place during Carnaval was really great! She was extremely responsive and accommodating during the entire stay, it made us feel really at ease and able to enjoy our trip without stress. The flat was spotless and with hair dryer and iron. The location is perfect, being private and at peace a couple of minutes from the city centre and Igreja do Ceu. The possibility to park the car inside the residence is also a great point for peace of mind. We travelled with 4 people and would absolutely come back with the whole family for our next trip to Viçosa. 5/5 would recommend!

Everything was great! We had a mishap with the water but for only one day and for reasons structures of the time itself in the city, but we are still super comfortable and safe. Excellent accommodation and met all our demands.
