It is located on 1200m above sea level in the immediate vicinity of the ski bus (5 min to the gondola lift Pengelstein I & Ki-West). A practice slope for children is in front of the house.

On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed each and 2 bathrooms with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin, as well as a sauna. On the ground floor there is another bedroom with bathroom, a guest toilet and a large living and dining area with fireplace, kitchen, dining table, TV and a sofa/sleeper for 2 persons. The large terrace offers a fantastic mountain view of the Hohe Tauern.

This quaint retreat is not far from the Mölltal Glacier Railway and many excursion destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. For ski enthusiasts only 7km to the famous ski area Kitzbühler Alpen (Panoramabahn) In summer our house offers many starting points for hiking and mountain biking.
