Distance to the central station and the city center only 5 min. by tram or 20 min. on foot, a tram station is just outside the door. Various shops, restaurants and bars and cafes in the immediate vicinity. You live in my fully equipped, private apartment where you can use everything. The balcony invites you in the warm season for breakfast or a glass of wine.

Enjoy your holiday in our holiday home and get to know a piece of Leipzig New Zealand. From our apartment it is about 10 min walk to Kulkwitzer See with several bathing beaches, restaurants of a water skiing facility, sauna, and a high rope garden. Boat trips and dives are also possible. In the immediate vicinity, the tram takes you directly to Leipzig city centre. There are several shopping facilities on site. Your relaxing holiday can now begin.

Our apartment is a cozy apartment close to the cultural scene and not far from the center. In 5 minutes by tram and 15 minutes on foot you can reach the city center. At the same time, you can reach the popular pub mile with a variety of gastronomic facilities in just a few steps. Nevertheless, the apartment is very quietly located in a side street, so that you can enjoy a heavenly quiet night's sleep. And then the view from the terrace ....

Cozy, modern furnished apartment in the middle of the green Thuringian Forest. The apartment is located in a single-family house as an annex and was newly renovated and furnished in July 2020. Surrounded by meadows, forests and only a few neighbors, everyone will find the ideal oasis of peace here. The apartment is suitable for 2 people and equipped with everything that makes the stay perfect.

Located directly on the thermal spa of Bad Rodach, in the immediate vicinity of the Medicalpark, our apartment is surrounded by greenery. It is a 1.5 room apartment, on the ground floor, with direct exit to the large spa park. The apartment was completely renovated and lovingly furnished in 2018.

Our modern 95 m² apartment was only completed in the spring of 2019 and lovingly furnished. It has a separate entrance on the first floor and is wheelchair accessible. Behind the house is a large garden with seating and barbecue facilities. Free parking is available at the house.
