Comfortable detached architectural house in Leipzig for up to 5 people. The city center can be reached in 30 minutes, the A9 motorway exit Leipzig-West is 15 minutes away. Many shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity. The house has a large garden with 2 terraces and is located directly on the Elster-Saale Canal. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Private access to the canal with a small jetty is available. Garden sauna and kayak/SuP are available upon request.

Imagine: An idyllic little cottage right on the beach of a lake surrounded by nature and relaxation and not far for a trip to the exciting big city..... Doesn't exist? YES IT DOES! Your perfect vacation awaits you: in the house on the lake on Markkleeberger Lake near Leipzig The garden area was also completed in June. It was the last hurdle after a 2-year renovation. We left it natural in front of the house and I'm still happy about what's sprouting there.

The house is modernly decorated and the garden offers plenty of space to spread out. In the winter months, it is perfect for winter sports in and around Oberhof. In the rest of the year, it is great for hiking, cycling and sightseeing in and around the Thuringian Forest and much more. The sauna and hot tub require preparation. If you want to use them, please let us know after booking. Furthermore, we have a pool that you can use in summer by arrangement.

The dream house with its 120 m² of living space is not only directly on, but partly on the lake. Arrive and switch from "0 to 100" to vacation mode, as the previous guests describe it. Peace, pure relaxation and if you want it lively, the center of Leipzig is 25 minutes away by car. The 40 sqm lake terrace with lounge invites you to laze around and if you like it more sporty, a canoe, two SUP, two bicycles and a ping-pong table provide exercise. Welcome!

Stay in a waterfront loft with your own kayak

The Elster-Park with its approx. 100,000 square meters of gross floor space, is Europe's largest industrial monument from the Gründerzeit [founders' period]. The bright loft with 97 sqm on a total of two levels with an open living and dining area (facing northwest to Nonnenstraße) convinces with a fantastic location and its own boat dock. Leipzig's waterways can be explored with your own 2-person kayak for a small surcharge.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Our vacation home is located in Saaldorf, a small town on the largest dam in Germany. In the middle of the Thuringian Highlands Nature Park, on the foothills of the Thuringian Forest, the dammed Saale meanders here for a length of 28 km to the dam in Gräfenwarth. Perfect for boating, fishing, standup paddling, swimming, hiking and cycling.

Welcome to our tiny house on Lake Sundhäuser in Nordhausen! On 30 m² there is a living/dining area with a full kitchen, a sleeping area with a queen size bed, as well as a small bathroom. Another sleeping option is in the living area on a pull-out couch. You have direct access to the lake. There is also the possibility of a crib and a high chair. SUP and canoe can be rented on site.
