What a fantastic place. Bath in the bedroom, Sauna in the bathroom, hot tub outside. Very private and secure. Staff were very good. Can’t wait to stay again.

Absolutely perfect from booking to checking out. Richard is an incredible host with everything you need. If you have kids, this is the place. Our 6 and 4 year old loved swimming multiple times, reading the kids library of books and playing with the many toys at the house. You can’t get any better than these hosts and this house.

Great location as half family in the north and half in London. Took bikes and did cycle routes round Rutland water. Also did paddle boarding. Love it and hope to return to discover more in the area. House was awesome , lovely welcome pack of chocolate and Prosecco; staff on site super helpful. I did notice the week after we stayed was £ 200 more per night - which I suppose is school holiday/ high season. As we are retired, this would be quite expensive for us.

Lovely well equipped spacious lodge in a great setting

Lovely hosts, very friendly and very accommodating! The accommodations are even better in person, it is very cosy and me and friends had the loveliest time for my birthday relaxing weekend! All the amenities were provided, definitely worth the money and definitely enough space for everyone! Thank you so much, would recommend it. Only downside is that there is only two parking spaces available (which is stated) but we managed to find parking elsewhere for our 3rd car.

Even better than described, will definitely stay again.

We've just spent a great week exploring and walking this part of the Peak District - staying at Peter's wonderful home Saunters in Darley Dale. Everything about Saunters is perfect - perfect location, quiet and peaceful with wonderful views across the countryside from the lounge and conservatory. Saunters provides a spacious and comfortable home in which to relax and unwind.

The house is beautiful! High ceilings, large rooms, clean and in a wonderful location. Very private. Andrew helped me with any queries and questions I had to the run up of our stay, and responded very quickly. On our first night there Andrew went out of his way to help us, which he didn’t have to do, and we were most grateful! Thoroughly enjoyed the stay and felt right at home!

It was a very clean and tidy apartment with everything we needed. The only issue was the hot water in shower, it kept going off and caused a difficult experience in the shower. Apart from this, everything was perfect!

Really comfortable beds, lots of space and perfect home from home vibe! We stayed during Download festival and was bliss to be 40 mins away from the festival and come back to good beds and a lovely kitchen. Really easy to find, really clear instructions to access and make the most of the space, and communicative host

Excellent, unique cottage. Perfectly placed for Nottingham or the Spire Lea Hospital (10 mins away) which we were visiting. Has everything you need, secluded, relaxed and a comfortable bed. Host communicative, entry is easy. All good.

Suz’s place is absolutely gorgeous. It’s in a great position and walkable to town centre and restaurants. The apartment is spotless and feels very new. Lovely touches and treats. Suze is always contactable

Great stay. The noise detectors are a bit distracting and off putting of a relaxing vibe but can understand why it’s needed. We are not very adverse to hot tubs and found the instructions lacking a little and couldn’t get it working as well as we like but feel like that’s us. Otherwise great location and host is very response, would stay again.

Louise is one of the best hosts ever!! Not only a gorgeous house but a gorgeous human being, helpful, friendly, couldn’t do more for us. The house was beautiful and clean, near the loveliest village. Shops were 2 minute walk away and lively pubs also! Would definitely return x

We loved our stay at Gill and Steve’s. It’s one of the nicest we have ever stayed in. My husband and I plus 8 of our friends stayed for two nights. We had so much fun!!! The outside space is perfect for dinners and drinks. The house is huge and has everything we needed. Gill and Steve are amazing hosts. Such good people and were so responsive and helped us to make a lovely weekend for our friends. Enough parking for all 5 couples to drive!! Will be back!! :)

Great flat in such a peaceful part of the city yet so close to the centre. A real oasis. A bonus to have a beautiful patio to have breakfast on each morning. Communication was easy and there was a good info manual in the flat. We had a great weekend, thanks Sarah!

The house was perfect for the five of us - friends meeting up. The house was clean and equipped with what we needed.

This is a great property and easy to find. We have a small dog and the back courtyard area is secure and big enough so she could stretch her legs and sniff around. We completely relaxed here, for a number of reasons. Firstly it feels complete safe, it’s a gated property and away from the road, so nice and quiet and no traffic noise. Secondly we slept great as the beds were prefect for us, king size and comfortable. The bedroom spaces had plenty of room and storage. Thirdly the large bathroom was a luxury, fantastic big shower which was easy to control and plenty of towels. And finally the pool table, we had a good few games of killer, and had such a great laugh, great entertaining space. So much so we didn’t watch the TV and we would end up chatting round the dining table. We would definitely stay again and walked away with great memories.

Excellent accommodation, had everything we needed for a couple of nights stay, place was spotless with a huge warm bath! Peaceful location with plenty of parking, perfect. Jayne couldn’t have been any more helpful or responsive, a true example of how an AirBnB host should be.

Kay was super helpful , provided two portable fans and arranged the bed setting for us! House is super clean, and thanks for the welcome pack ( bananas, oranges, bread and some drinks in the fridge). You will have everything you need there! Also convenient location, quiet neighbourhood, clear instructions to get there. Highly recommended, we will definitely come back again next time. Thanks again for everything! ☺️
