Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Thunder Bay

Jesse is the perfect host...very friendly, always smiling and responded to any texts I sent immediately. His home was very easy to find and we were blown away at the amount of cool artwork he had on display and antiques. Not to mention all the movies and games he had for us to watch. We had a little 2 year old girl with us and she loved the room she had to run around. I was worried she was bothering Jesse but he said she wasn't a problem at all! The floors do creak but it adds to the character of the home. I loved Jesse's home and would stay there again! ☆☆☆☆☆

Rachel’s place was very clean. It is in a great neighbourhood and we felt very safe. We had so much room it was great. We stayed with a 20 month old and he loved all the space! Would definitely stay again. 5 stars for sure! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

First time staying, checking in was good, being able to extend the night was awesome, and having Netflix ready to go was top tier. beds were comfortable. Didn’t realize how close we were to everything so that was pretty cool. Everything was as listed, I would stay again. Communication was on point :)

Annie kindly let us know that we could check in early, even though we didn’t request it. Her place was very well stocked with more than enough supplies, which even saved us a grocery trip when we arrived late. The setup was also very thoughtful—there were convenient spots for charging and placing our phones right next to the bed, which we really appreciated. We felt comfortable, relaxed, and truly at home during our stay.

We had a very comfortable stay at this property. Marcus was great and check-in was a breeze. It was very clean and uncluttered, with two bedrooms that have really comfortable, soft beds and a fold-out in the spacious living area. It’s worth mentioning that the shower has plenty of water pressure, and there’s a fairly deep tub as well. I noticed that they do allow pets, and there’s a small fenced backyard, which is great since I sometimes travel with a small dog and know it’s not always easy to find a pet-friendly space, especially one that’s kept so clean. The location is probably the most convenient I’ve found in Thunder Bay—close to everything yet on a quiet, walkable, residential street that feels safe. There’s an apartment downstairs, but we heard nothing and seemed to be the only people there. It was stocked with coffee, spices, and anything you’d need to cook, plus a huge TV if you’re into that. I don’t always enjoy trying new Airbnb places, but we were pleasantly surprised.

This was honestly one of the best stays i have ever had in Thunder Bay. The setup was perfect for my dog, and the house was beautiful and homey. The location was great, nice and quiet, not a lot of street traffic. The place was clean and comfortable and felt so welcoming. Hosts were responsive and made sure i had everything i needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Robert’s place was the perfect Mother’s Day getaway for my daughter and I. The setting was peaceful and private — just what we needed to unwind. My daughter especially loved the game room and trampoline, while I really appreciated the relaxing hot tub and sauna. The space was well-equipped, and felt like a little retreat from the everyday. Being just a 30-minute drive into town made it convenient without sacrificing the quiet we were looking for. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Po was a great host! They responded quickly to all messages and kept a tidy home for us to stay in. Also, the proximity to Lake Superior was great- can walk to it from Air Bnb. I eould recommend Po’s home to other travelers looking for a relaxing get away in Tbay!

Absolutely loved staying here! It was clean and tidy when we arrived. It looked exactly like the pictures. The location is excellent - there’s a variety of restaurants and shops that are in walking distance. The hosts are friendly and responded quickly which was great. I definitely recommend staying here!
