Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Ontario

This is a great destination if you’re looking for a quiet, private getaway. Bonus if you have pets as our dogs loved the spacious backyard and that there were other pups they got to make friends with! Bobbi, the on-site caretaker, was available for questions and recommendations and very friendly. The walk down to the beach is well worth it, but if you don’t feel you can make it, the view from up top is great from multiple spots as well. Our stay was more than we could have asked for. This Airbnb is a hidden gem. We’ve been to many Airbnbs all over the world, and I can tell you this one is really special. The garden is very spacious, with friendly little cows in the background. The inside is also spacious thanks to the beautiful high ceilings. The decor and original church aesthetic they kept makes you feel at home. The outdoor annex for extra guests is so cozy and cute!! it really comes in handy if you are more than two. This Airbnb truly has everything a household needs, from bug spray to doggy bags. We’re usually honest and critical about Airbnbs, and we don’t shy away from pointing out things that could be improved, but with this one, we truly have nothing bad to say. We would come back in a heartbeat!

The nortehaus was definitely an inspiring and well designed space we enjoyed. Nestled in the middle of nature, you can definitely feel the calmness and quietness of it all. Parker was responsive and made sure our stay was seamless. Would book again!

A great weekend spent with friends! Scott’s place made the whole thing that much more enjoyable. The views are incredible, and the house is spacious and clean. Would definitely come back!

We had a great time visiting Elora for a night while staying at this listing. My husband and I stayed overnight with our 8 month old and Yorkie dog and were more than comfortable. The location is very walkable so we were able to pop in and out of the airbnb throughout our stay. There are great little shops and restaurants very close by. The Airbnb was very quaint and peaceful. We’d definitely recommend staying here.

The place was clean, cozy, and it was exactly like the photos. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook. The check-in and check-out and garbage disposal process was very clear and detailed, as the host provided an easy to follow instruction. We'll definitely come back!

I stayed in this beautiful seaside apartment for two nights and had a wonderful experience! The view of the sea was absolutely stunning — the perfect place to relax and unwind. The apartment was very clean, well-furnished, and had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked great. The area was quiet and peaceful, and the host was kind and responsive. I highly recommend this place and would definitely love to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Matt’s lakefront cottage! The view was absolutely stunning, perfect for relaxing mornings and peaceful evenings. The cottage is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, both indoors and outdoors. We especially enjoyed the outdoor BBQ, cozy campfire area, and kayaking right from the shore. Inside, the entertainment options kept us just as happy, and the kitchen was a real highlight with modern appliances and even a water filter (such a thoughtful touch). This place truly has it all. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a scenic, comfortable, and well-equipped getaway!

A truly fantastic stay! Frank and Zoltan’s attention to detail shines through from their gorgeous home, to their detailed instructions, to the homey atmosphere they created for check in. A beautiful home, and great pool. Very close walk to Clifton Hill and you can see the fireworks over the falls from the backyard. I would definitely recommend!

We really love this property! This was our second time staying here, and we enjoyed it so much that we ended up extending our visit by a couple of nights. The space is large and offers plenty of cozy spots to relax in different areas of the home. The kids had an amazing time playing in the pool and hanging out in the spacious living room. We’re already looking forward to coming back again. It’s the perfect private and local getaway for our large family!

Ollie and Frank were tremendous hosts. We loved the log cabin and all their recommendations were exceptional. We will be back!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Shahrzad’s cottage in Innisfil! The place was cozy, clean, and exactly as described. It had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Shahrzad was a fantastic host—very responsive and thoughtful. The location was peaceful and close to the lake, which made it perfect for a weekend escape. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

This property is absolutely beautiful! We had the best time playing tennis and basketball, going in the pool and sauna. The pool is cool which was so nice after getting super hot in the sauna. 10/10 recommend. The inside was beautiful and relaxing, felt like a perfect getaway and we will be back for sure! Heather’s cottage was amazing! Able to accommodate a group of guests without squishing or being in anyone’s way! A couple little insects wanted to join our weekend but nothing a paper towel and a double wipe with some all purpose cleaner couldn’t beat! After all it is a cottage! Amazing large space (especially that sunroom!) with lots of amenities (the hot tub, chrome cast, indoor speakers and pool were a BIG HIT)! Great for game nights and the sunsets were beautiful. Bunker house was also clean and very comfortable for some of guests to stay in! Overall great experience and our hosts were so nice and easy to talk to. Would recommend this cottage and would definitely book again!

I was more than lucky to have found Natalie’s place, it’s in a great neighbourhood, place was exactly like the photos & as described, and the most amazing host I’ve ever encountered in this app. Natalie was always more than accommodating with my requests & responded on time. Cute/quiet place. Was very clean. The hot tub was a nice touch and a short walk to the beach. Bring bug spray it’s heavily wooded. Not ideal for someone with mobility issues as there are a flight of stairs to enter the suite. Sophia was a great host and has thought of everything right down to extra slippers in case you forgot sandals to go down to the hot tub like we did. 10/10 would defiantly recommend.

Jessica was wonderful, and her place is absolutely charming—cozy, cute, and beautifully surrounded by nature. Grateful for the experience and would happily book again!

Amazing property, I am definitely coming back.

We had an amazing stay at katherine’s, the place is gorgeous and right by the water. The place is very clean and very cozy. There are a lot of bugs as expected but they provided an electric bug zapper which was very helpful. They have a bbq and a very cute hut outside to hang out under with a net to protect from the bugs. And the canoe was a great addition as well. we wish we could’ve stayed longer. The wifi was actually way better than we thought, we were able to watch shows and movies on Netflix which was great! We would love to come again

We had the best vacation! So much to do and not enough time. Would definitely stay again. Was nice that our dogs felt comfortable too. The location is spectacular, beautiful waterfront. The fishing was so much fun caught us a big one. We also hiked to Lions Head look out was close by and amazing views. Elizabeth was so amazing and helpful. Thank you for sharing your home with my whole family we loved it!

This is the perfect place to get away from it all. The host is super friendly and the cabin is so very comfortable. We had a great time with our dog out in the canoe for an afternoon. We would absolutely return.
